This is my first visit at Kings & Queens in Sandhill. I am not sure why this shows as Blush salon: never been there. I am truly impressed with their adherence to the CDC guidelines on C19. My son saw Al (barber)who is very sanitary, professional, appointments only, and time efficient. He verbalize standards for clients and takes safety as a priority. I am a healthcare provider and this company’s screening process is superior. Sanitizing station outside, temperature check, questionnaire for screening tracking clients who are serviced, and they will sell masks at a very reasonable price. Thanks for taking precautions!

I don’t have any complaints about my hair when I leave here. It always looks good. However, every time I’ve booked an appointment, the stylist has been late. Yesterday, the stylist didn’t even show up.

I have been to many places for a haircut but this was the worst location. Here are all the reasons, hope I could meet the owner and let him know. Barber: Marty green 1. Appointment: 12noon on Saturday, reached don time. He was with a customer so told me to wait which is fair. But then he took another customer at 12:45. Had to wait till 1:15 pm to get my hair cut. Totally unprofessional. UNPROFESSIONAL 2. Haircut: he did not know how to cut hair which makes me feel he was not certified. He did not use a comb nor he changed the apron which was given. He used the last customers apron on me. He was cutting my hair like a bush as he was not using a comb. HE IS NOT A HAIRCUT SPECIALIST 3. Covid-19 safety: he told me to remove the mask which cutting which I was not comfortable with. He was have coughing once in a while so I was not comfortable. But he made me remove it at the end. BUSINESS IS NOT FOLLOWING CDC RULES. 4. Payment: the shop said we support square, visa , master, discover which implies they support cards. Turns out after the haircut he said we don’t support card so he wanted cash or transfer via cash app. I did not have the later as I had only card. SO HE TOOK MY PHONE iPhone 13 pro max and told me to go to the atm and get money and pay him. I WAS SHOCKED !!! This is FRAUD!!!! 5. VERDIT: hope this place is not doing tax fraud, they need to buck up and treat customers like friends.

I made an appointment over the phone and showed up at the time of my appointment. No one knew who my appointment was with and didn’t seem to care. I was told, “someone answered the phone and told you the wrong information”. No apology or attempt to rectify the situation. First and last time customer.

Mrs. Valencia delivered the best experience I've had thus far in a hair salon. She really went above and beyond my expectations by getting to know me, teaching and explaining the smoothing treatment and how to care for my hair in this climate. A one stop shop for natural hair clients and that's exactly what I had been looking for since moving here. This is my new home plus my hair looked and felt beautiful.

Nice, clean and friendly clientele. My beautician always finds a way to make an appointment for me. It was so nice to get everything needed in one setting. I went to her previously before her relocating. She told me in advance and texted me the new location. I was recommended to her through my sister, which past on since. My beautician was so sympathetic and kind. Was so sensitive and did not as k insensitive questions. I would continue to go to her. She always find a time to work me in, and they open early. I can go early and be completed within two hours. Kudos 💆💆💆 She followed the protocol for the pandemic also.😷🤒
