I took my daughter here to get her nails done for the first day of school. Her appointment was at 6pm. I showed up a little early just in case she could get in early. We waited and waited and waited. At 7:45 she finally got seen. When she got done it was 5 till 9pm. I was extremely unhappy but she loved her nails. I will not be taking her back.

this place was awesome, will for sure be back. i went in for a gel manicure & this is the first and only nail salon that didn’t make me feel self conscious about biting my nails. my nail tech was super cool & my nails turned out perfect. exactly what i was looking for. the environment is super relaxing and very welcoming. would 1000% recommend this place!!

I googled this place and saw they closed at 10 so I was excited about finding a place that stays open later than 8. I called before I went to confirm. They specifically said they close at 10 and take walk-ins until 8:30. I get there at 7:30 (which is only about 15 minutes after I called) only for them to tell me they can soak my nails off but to make an appointment for the next day at 10 AM to get my set. First of all, who does that?? I’ve never heard of a salon soaking you off the night before and come back later to get them finished. And second, if I wanted to do that, I would’ve just waited until the next day instead of getting in my car to drive up there. It’s really hard to get good service these days.

So excited to find this gem! First off, everyone there was super laid back and make you feel welcome. I explained what happened at a previous nail salon with my nails and they took what I said and empathized with me. They took amazing care of me. Pearl did my nails and they look 10 million times better. Not embarrassed to show off my nails anymore. Not to mention they are very affordable! Thank you love!! Will definitely be coming back and with friends! ❤️❤️

So happy to find a nail salon open late on Saturday! I called at 7:30pm to get a full set gel nails. The lady answering phone wasn't happy when I asked were they open till 10 😔 She put someone else on and she said "yes, but they were in a hurry to get out earlier and didn't have time. Giving me hours for the next business day. No. I wouldn't want to be doing nails on Saturday night until 10:00 p.m. either! Call before you go!

Specifically searched for black owned nail salons because I wanted to patronize a black establishment. Instead of a pleasant experience, I was met with a nonchalant/incompetent owner. Also ended up leaving without service and $35 less in my pocket. To throw salt in the wound, they also tried to charge my card an additional percentage. Luckily that charge didn't go through because I removed my card from the app. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Stay clear of this business, there are other choices in the Greenville area.

I booked a appointment with the girl Angelica and my nails look terrible maybe she is new just learning but she should not be doing nails she does not know what she is doing i asked for pink and white she put pink acrylic on my whole nail then polished the white at the bottom which looks horrible she had my skin on the side of my nails bleeding from filing to hard on my nails

I would give it a 0 star but you got to at least give 1 star but my girl and her friend called and made a reservation and they had them to come on just make sure we was there before 8 and we was there 20 mins early and they went in and they made them sit there for another 25 mins r so just to tell them they had to go outside and wait and they would come out and get them but let other black people come in there and sit and chat But then some lady pulls up to see if she could get her little girls nails done and they told her yea and put her in front of them then come out and told them they would have to come back tomorrow that they couldn’t get to them tonight after being there for almost 2 hours

$60 for thick uneven nails that took 3 hours. I wanted my accent nails to be ombre. Only one got ombre and not in the way I wanted. Not once did she ask if I liked how she was doing them. Then proceed to do the other nail marble not ombre without asking. I honestly do like the marble nail, but I absolutely hate that both arent the same. I never said I wanted marble. I regret wasting my money. On top of all of this she cut two of my cuticles and did one of the nail differently than the others. She said "theres no difference" when I brought it up, but theres definitely a difference. When she was done she finally asked if I liked them. I told her I didnt. She got an attitude and said I should've said something. I'm naturally shy so it's a bit hard to speak up, but shes the one providing a service not me. She should be making sure her service is satisfying her customers. 100% never going back.

Didn't like my nails the first time I came but I didn't have time to get them done over but I decided to give them another chance glad I did cause I love these. Went back again and the girl didn't take all the darker polish off and I had got lighter polish so you could see and she was being rough when filling just to say "sorry I'm trying to get the right shape". Went back again got regular polish but the owner put gel coat on top next day a nail broke and the gel coat was peeling which cause the regular polish to chip which the peeling happened every Time she put the gel coat on top of regular polish which now I know from another nail tech that's a big no no to do and that is the reason my nail broke because she was continuously doing acrylic nails with regular polish but gel top coat instead of regular polish top coat. Well since I've had 3 well now 4 bad experiences including today when I went and waited ten minutes and nothing was said not a what service are you waiting for how long anything will be or anything I will not be back to support! I'm done giving chances. I fully recommend TLC nails they have black, Mexican, white and Vietnamese techs they are great, friendly, good service, fast but also perfect at the same time and better prices and quality... I ONLY kept going back here because the only other black nail owned salon is in Spartanburg and I don't like to do home salons. I love to support my people.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. After being required to make an appointment, the owner with which I made the appointment passed me off to another tech. My nails came out Lumpy with Polish on my cuticles. It was obvious to me that I had become practice material. I use ratings and personal recommendations to direct my patronage it doesn't always work out. Don't use Joyce.

GOD Bless you both for your kindness and generosity in making our GIRLS DATE a Beautiful & Successful Outting Making Mom Memories. We will get our pedicure and Mani's done soon as I make an appointment with one of the ladies.
