It's not what it used to be. The old stylist aren't there anymore. My hair and my daughters hair is now damaged. Our hair feels dryer, still smells like it's burning and falling out. And its been over a month since we were there. A little area of one of my daughte' s hair was actually burned off and we didn't find out until a week later. It was near the back of her head, so it was hard to notice.

In May 2024, I booked an appointment online for my daughter. The instructions were to wash and roller set, Nothing else. I sent my daughter to the hair salon with her dad. When my daughter returned, it was obvious that her hair was straightened with the flat iron. Her hair looked beautiful, but I was Upset that what was instructed in the appointment directions was not followed. It is now September 2024, after washing her hair at home on a weekly/biweekly basis my daughters here has not been the same. Her hair is not as thick as it was and her curl pattern has not come back. Some areas of her hair are straight and some areas are curly. Her hair constantly smells like burnt wet hair. I’m just trying to figure out if this is just from the flat iron or if something else was done. This was the second time that my daughter had her hair done at this salon. Service has always been good. But I’m disappointed that the instructions were not followed that was written in the booksy Appointment app and I am Disappointed that my daughter’s hair texture has not returned, and her thickness has not returned.

Decided to treat myself last minute to a silk press, I have crazy curly hair and usually I leave unhappy because it's never as straight as I want it. Maria was fast, kind and paid great attention to detail. My hair is super straight and shiny I'm a happy girl thank you Maria!

I’ll start by saying I have 4c hair. A lot of stylist find this texture hair hard to manage, style and deal with. I came here today with the same expectation in mind, disappointment. However, that disappointment turned to happiness when my stylus Anna Took the wheel, not only did she wash and condition my hair she placed it under a Hydro steamer which helped my hair loosen and prepare to be blown out more natural way. I knew I was in the right hands when she sectioned my hair off before she even started the blow dry process, and then she sectioned my hair again before the flatirons as well as giving it a trim. After all that I asked her to style it into a mullet and she executed perfectly this was amazing and I think I found my home. I thank god I found you guys

By far the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I have wavy/curly hair and it looks awful. It’s likely that the stylist hates her job. She did not listen to my wants and my desired style. She took less than 10min to wash and cut. The layers are extremely uneven and choppy. If you want to look like a rag doll get your cut here.

Excellent service and experience. Frizz from humidity is completely gone with the Botox treatment and added bonus is the hair growth. If you have 4C and/ or biracial hair- I highly recommend the Botox treatment. Kireiny did an excellent job on my hair.

Destroyed my wife’s hair sent her into a hissy fit for 3 days thanks to the old lady who cut her hair and burned her forehead without even saying sorry . This Was not worth the 100 bucks and 45 mins of disaster.

I love these ladies because they never turn me away always make me feel Comfortable… my hair was previously damaged and it is thin but they work with me also they understand how to do different textures of hair and as a black woman with short hair it’s difficult to find someone that will do your hair and do it right!!!

These people don't even deserve one star. I went in to get my hair touch up in April with the same person who usually does my hair and I came out with a whole different hair color. My hair color was a med sand blonde and I came out with a tacky copper color. The person acknowledge what she did wrong she said she didn't leave the bleach in long enough. She had me go back the next day to fix it instead of redoing the bleach she put in a color and it was worst. I called the salon several times to have them fix the issue or refund me my money I never heard back from them, I'm still waiting this is why my review is three months late. In order for me to have my hair fixed to the color it was before I have to pay extra to rebleach all of it and redye it, this is all a scam they use to get more money out of you. I gave them ample time to rectify the situation but they haven't, this post is the first course of action from many that I will take to get my money back. These people think that because they are a salon no one can make them take responsibility for any mistakes that they make and then steal your money. Please stay away from these unprofessional hair dressers and this place in general. By the way it doesn't matter if you change the salon's name it's still the same unprofessional and nasty ppl working there. I just looked at the app these ppl use to make appointments and notice my previous appointments were cxl and charged without my knowledge so a cancellation fee can be charged, but I went to both appts. So not only can’t these ppl do hair but they rob your money.

BEST SERVICE EVER FOR 4C Hair!!! I have been turned away from salons (respectfully) bc they don’t know how to deal with 4c hair but Melissa made me cry bc of how beautiful she made my hair! It was great conversation and she gave me coffee as I was waiting! Made sure to ask if she’s combing too hard bc I have a very sensitive head! I was so comfortable! I’ve been searching for a salon since I moved here 2 years ago and I’m so glad I found this salon! I’ll be going back every 2 weeks! I just found out they do nails so next time I’ll try that! Y’all I came into the salon with my scarf on. I had not touched my hair in 3 weeks. I’m pregnant and sick all the time so my energy has been at an all time low. As soon as I walked in for my appt, one of the ladies called me to the hair wash station with the biggest smile on her face. Literally no judgement and she didn’t even flinch when she took my scarf off 😂 I asked her “are you ready?? I’m so sorry in advance” and she was like “please, no worries. We’ll take care of you and make you more beautiful than you already are” ♥️ they won me over. One of the other ladies took her time to detangle my hair under the water, they gave me a deep condition and got me together real good. My husband got a completely new wife when I went home, he was so pleasantly surprised. I didn’t cut my ends but I’ll be back to do that for my next visit. These ladies were pleasant and wonderful. I told my mom I felt like I was at my Dominican aunties with her friends. The only thing is as soon as I stepped outside my hair did frizz up rather quickly. EDIT PLUS NEW PICTURE: After my last visit here I left a review stating that my hair before and after was an amazing difference. They did such a great job with my 4C hair and the only concern I had was regarding my frizz. I made another appt a month later and I got a call from someone at the salon who wanted to make sure I was taken care of so that wouldn’t happen again. While I was there Kireiny explained to me what my hair needed. I have super dry hair and high porosity hair it’s hard for my hair to retain moisture. She gave me knowledge and a plan of action that involves hair masks and deep conditioners to keep up with to improve my hairs moisture. Again, amazing customer service and hair services. So happy I found them. 10/10

I have 4c curly hair and just gave birth to a beautiful little girl so I only had time for a wash. Triple A booked me an appointment on a Sunday right away, very kind customer service and the most incredible and efficient and fast hair wash. Sara was the BEST. Thank you so much for making a new mom feel so well cared for and welcomed! Hasta pronto!

I spoke with the owner Izzy after driving to the location at 5 pm. Location is closed even though door states they close at 8pm and online said they close at 7pm. Izzy informed me that had I had an appointment they would basically still be open. Door says walk-ins welcome. However they fail so state that walk-ins are welcome of appointments are booked. I actually liked this salon until speaking to the owner. I've only ever walked in and was never informed that closing times vary based on appointments. Completely waste of my time. And Izzy seems to not care at all

Jenifer was great! I got the Dominican Blowout & Silk press. I have a lot of hair like down to butt long hair and she was so efficient, professional, & such a sweetheart.
