I went and got some knottless braid done on 12/13/2024. My appointment was at 2pm I was done at 3:41pm. I had four people on my hair. This is my second time going and they have you in and out. They do a awesome job

This was my first time getting my hair braided in Jacksonville and i decided to come here bc of the great reviews even though my friends tried to send me somewhere else! So glad I came! The atmosphere is nice! The customer service is efficient and they take their time and make sure u look perfect before walking out! Will be back! Thank you Uju ( hope I spelled that right)

Best Braider in Jacksonville Edit after a year, I have been coming to Naija for over a year now and I must say the experience keep getting better. I am stuck with them forever and also my hair keeps growing they have growing hands as well.😘😘love to you all the amazing women at Naija

I got small knotless and they look great they blended my braiding hair for a custom color also. My Braider Cece did a good job with RJ & Daphne’s help I was done in a reasonable amount of time instead of spending 12+ hours with one Braider how I usually do

Was looking for a Braider on the coastal area, found this gem with five amazing women. Nonso was kind, polite and very gentle on my head. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Jacksonville surrounding area.

Well, I guess my experience wasn't as good as most. Maybe because I was just getting my braids taken out and my hair washed. So, guess I wasn't spending enough to get the masked treatment. It started ok, with a nice atmosphere, playing gospel music. But then the lady in front with the jerry curl-looking wig used the wrong word in a sentence and her co-workers corrected her. So, I guess she was embarrassed or something and said she's speaking American English. She proceeded by saying Americans don't speak good English, they speak broken English. I thought that was so disrespectful and I was offended. It was about 4 of us in there getting our hair braided at the time. One of them had on headphones, so not sure if she heard it or if any of them were offended. But I was. If I didn't only have half of my head done, I would've left. I thought how can you talk about the same people that keep you employed? Maybe I took it too seriously, but I think some things shouldn't be said. That was very unprofessional and unnecessary. Immediately, I felt uncomfortable. Also, two African women came in and one of the women who was taking down my hair offered them drinks/snacks but didn't offer me anything. And after my braids were out, the lady who said Americans speak broken English, washed down my chair, as if I contaminated it. But didn't wash the other ones when clients left. Then while the young girl was attempting to wash my hair, I had to help her untangle my hair and request more conditioner. Also, reminded her to rinse the substance off the back of my head. Even still she was nicer than the rest. As I sat there, the lady who offered the two African women drinks/snacks, then asked me if I would like a drink. That was fine, but a little too late. And once I got home, I noticed that the lady who had offered me a drink late had cut my hair. The side she was taking down was shorter than the other side the other woman was taking down. I wouldn't go back there and recommend Americans not to go where they're looked at as dumb. We have to stop supporting companies that don't care about us or our nationality.

The best hair braiding experience I ever had! The staff is super nice and the shop has such a lovely and professional atmosphere. I had three lovely women working on my hair and my hair was done so very fast! I will be going back.

Have been going to Naija before she moved from EYE KANDY, have followed her to her new location. The ladies are all very nice and may I add does great work. I even referred friends and coworkers to her and they all are very pleased with their work. Every time I call to schedule an appointment she fits me right in. I have no complaints . This was my first time getting service from them and it went very well! From the time I entered the salon the customer service was excellent! All of the women are very nice with good vibes and good energy! Marie did such a good job on my smedium box braids. So happy I found my new braiding spot and I can not wait to visit these ladies again!
