My tech was really nice (language barrier, so it was a quiet service which I appreciated). He was very gentle. However, I'm originally from the West Coast and these prices out here are ridiculous a $20 upgrade for gel? A basic pedicure with gel is over $50, delux is $60+ and goes up from there. IMO highway robbery. There is/was a nice relaxing music mood (until a ghetto client came in blasting her phone and social media page oblivious to disrupting others around and none of the staff asked her to turn it down or put headphones on, docked off 2 stars for that alone), the place is clean, but I didn't even get offered a beverage. I won't be back.

thank you very much to the older lady who is so aggressively filing natural toe nails that I have now lost both nails on each foot. She is so overly rough and aggressive on natural nails I’m still dealing with having broken toe nails months later. Even though I spoke up for myself and had her removed from doing my feet I’m still dealing with the fall out months later and now both my natural big toes are down to nothing. Thank you for ruining something I have loved for years 😒 every time I see her performing a pedicure the person looks uncomfortable.

I have gone to several nail salons in the Raleigh/Garner area, I've been going to Nail First for a year and a half. Nail First staff always greet everyone that comes in, my appointments start on time, and it is a clean environment. My nails always look amazing! If there is something I don't like about my nails they will fix it for me. I highly recommend.

I drive all the way from zebulon to come see Mrs. Vickie because she is so amazing!!!! She takes her time and makes sure my pedicure is perfect!!!!!! Thank you so much for always doing my feet right 💯😁

My first time at this salon and they definitely took my money. For $18, I look worse than when I walked in. Eyebrows for $18 is crazy when no hair was taken off and my brows are now full of oil. Never experienced this when getting an eyebrow wax before

This is my second time there but my first time with Shimi, one of the techs. She was amazing! I got a pedicure and she was very gentle and attentive. My first experience was mediocre at best, my acrylic nails were crooked and different lengths and my gel toenails were smudged on one toe. I didn’t say anything bc it’s just awkward to complain. But I wanted my toes done again and they are the closest to my house and I’m so glad I gave them another shot. I will definitely make sure to ask for Shimi again! Thank you!

Three of us went there for a Foot massage and Pedicure. Other two except me got their service started right away but I had to wait almost 30-40 min for my foot massage despite requesting multiple times. Also when I called them on phone they abruptly hung up my phone. Overall the foot massage was decent but the service was not satisfactory.

My new favorite pedicure place! The orange pedicure is very relaxing and the massage is an actual foot massage lol. You get complimentary drinks and a heated wrap.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Anna is an incredible talent and I am so glad she was able to do my wedding nails. Pedicures are also wonderful here. I’ve had several friends fall asleep from being so relaxed.

I’ve came to this spot a number of three times. At first I liked it because they have really nice foot messages and they also did okay work. It was one guy who always did my nails and they were real cute. This last time I came in they had another guy working on my nails and he did not make them look as cute. I asked for almond shape and he filed too much that made them look short and stubby. I only asked that he make them longer and he continued to make excuses as if my real nail cuticle were too short and I asked for that size. He never even really finished my nails. He told me I would still have to pay for the set. I responded that I would not pay for something I did not like. He then called the police on me. I can’t believe this and they made a horrible experience for me. Not them calling the cops on me because they messed up my nails. I AM NEVER COMJNG HERE AGAIN! And I do not recommend this place. They do not take accountability for their misapps. I’d give 0 stars if I could. COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME AS WELL. Because I then had to wait for the cops to come. I even said he could redo them just pop them off. My nail came off as soon as I flicked it. This is not good quality nails

I love coming here to get full sets/fill ins/ pedicures. Service is always great. I highly recommend nail tech Anna, she’s always very welcoming and makes sure to let you know prices and also makes sure you’re happy with your nails. Everyone in the establishment is also welcoming and friendly! 10/10

Secretly, I don’t want the news of this place to get out. It is the best nail salon in a 45 minute radius, trust me, I’ve tried most of them. Am I picky? Yes. Am I high maintenance? Yes. Are they still perfect? Yes. Everyone there is amazing, because the owner is a wonderful manager for her people. Anna, Kein, Christmas, John, seriously, all amazing. The pedicures are to die for and put a perfect end on a perfect spa day. Even my husband loves it.

I went to this salon on a Sunday as a new client and was a walk-in. Upon arriving, I only waited for about 5 minutes which was not long at all compared to other places. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was getting old acrylic nails removed and a new full set on. I had an amazing conversation with the lady who greeted me and took my old nails off. A different staff member, I think his name was John, did my full set and he did such an amazing job. He had such good attention to detail and my nail shape was top tier. EXACTLY how I wanted them! It was a very calm and peaceful experience. I am INLOVE with my nails and I am definitely returning to them for my fill in in a couple weeks. Very very very pleased with my service and I highly recommend this nail salon!

My first time coming here was great! Jon did my pedicure & full set ( with Tammy Taylor powder) & I loved it! Everyone was super nice, friendly, & I spent about $180, including tip. My second visit was completely different! The guy who did my nails was extremely standoffish. When I asked questions he brushed me off. He used this cheap acrylic powder to give me this fat thick fill in. I could cry. For a pedicure and fill in he charged me $160!! I was so upset because he wouldn’t explain how my total became so much. He became talking to the other techs in another language about me. I thought I found my nail home but he ruined it. I’ll save my self the trouble and won’t return.

They OVER CHARGE & don’t go off the prices listed in their pamphlet! The manager was not helpful in resolving the matter & customer service is top a priority. I would NEVER go back or recommend this place!

This is the best nail salon ever I always come in here to get everything done I was a bit scared of getting my eyebrows done here for the first time but Ana did such a incredible job I came here again to get my eyebrows done and she had already left but had came back to do me and my sisters eyebrows and my lashes this is very good costumer service everybody there is so nice all there work is good from nails to eyebrows lashes and everything I definitely recommend this place there so professional this is the only place I’ll ever go to!

This was my first time here and after reading reviews I decided to give them a chance and they did not disappoint! There was no wait when I came and I came around 4pm on a Monday. The person who did my nails was very kind and paid a lot of attention to detail and the place was very clean and organized! This is by far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to and I will definitely be coming back!
