HONEST review, the shop is very clean organized calm relaxed cozy and so cute. The customer service is AMAZING. They communicated with me from the time I made my appointment until the time I arrived. Very professional and nice. The receptionist was so sweet she even offered me water and kept checking on me and asking me if I was ok throughout my entire service. I love how the owner greeted my by name as if I had been a regular for years. She also checked on me during my service. My nail tech was great I love my nails and overall a great experience I will be returning🥰

just sharing my honest experience! place was cute, and clean, everyone with the sole exception of my nail tech seemed really social and super friendly. maybe she’s more introverted and that’s okay! but i found a lot of times i was apologizing or saying thank you after using the restroom and she wouldn’t respond at all. EXTREMELY rough, the drill would get hot, filing cut my finger a few times (she did apologize for that) my nails were definitely sore by the end of my appointment. which was OVER TWO HOURS. i’ve had a full set and pedicure done in less time. and they are THICK. my pointer fingers are not even close to matching. i was the last one to leave and it wasn’t even worth it to ask to be fixed. i could MAYBE understand over two hours for some good nails and a detailed design but she didn’t even apply a base coat for my polish, which as she said in conversation everyone is different but i have been getting acrylics for years and i have never not had that done. i dont know just my honest experience. all other costumers seemed happy and like regulars so thats saying something too! i just personally will not be back literally ever.

all the girls are lovely & provide excellent customer service. the owner however is absent & to my knowledge, doesn’t do any customer service so if you need the owner for something, good luck.

Everyone there was super nice and friendly. The lady who did my nails was not very good. I got acrilic fake nails. They were cut cricket and several were not glued on right. Within a day, two of my nails had started separating from my real nail. The place was beautiful and clean. Just the tec wasn't the best.

I love Maria and her team. I started going here for my eyebrowns 2 years ago and retouched every 12 months. I decide to give it a try for the nails, I live far away so it's rare for me to actually schedule an appoiment but I've had this cat eye color for 5 weeks bow and they are untouch. Obviously, you can see my nail growth. Also, the manicure is nice for what my job is. These are very talented girls, and I recommended 100 percent .

Maria is THE WORST WITH EYEBROWS. DONT EVER TRUST HER. She ruined my eyebrows, very expensive, has the most TERRIBLE customer service. If wanna through over a $1000 and get a terrible eyebrows, and receive the worst customer service go to her she will be the best taking your money and ruin your face. I am not the only one and she is literally hiding from me because she doesn’t wanna fix what she did.

Me and my bsf went here in search of a new nail salon. AMAZING we set our appointments they called to confirm got there early and was seen right on time. The whole place is beautiful, played all types of music and everything. Maria did my full set of acrylic nails I showed her my design and she did EXACTLY that. She was sweet and held mini conversations which was nice and comforting. Her mom I believe Tina was the one who did my pedicure she was sweet as well 🩷 The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming too offered cold drinks and recommended I do a color acrylic powder with the set I was going for. Thank you and will be back 💋

Very disappointed, went with my sister in for pedicures ; first the nail tech used gel polish when clearly I wanted regular polish, after she realizes she wiped it off with a towel? Don’t use any type of nail polish remover and left it messy around the nail. Then she put on the corrected polish . Had to tell her to clean the residue from the first polish and still didn’t get it cleaned and nails around the toes weren’t cleaned , see the picture. Not going back!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO FOR NAIL SERVICES!!! Both my mother & I used to come here because of the military discount (much appreciated). Little did we know that included bad service all around. The receptionists are unprofessional, the nails were just So/So, you may have an appointment (scheduled well in advance) but still have to wait and if that wasn't enough GUARANTEED-your nails will lift, split, chip and/or break. My teenage daughter had her nails done this past Monday, by Friday she'd lost THREE!!! I accompanied her back to the shop hoping to speak to a manager (who wasn't there) and was informed that after three days, any repairs would be a PAID SERVICE!!!. Are you kidding me? If I pay for a service and tip well, I expect said service to last. Please save yourself the time, money and regret. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

I have never had a bad experience at Nail Addict. All the girls do excellent jobs. It is always packed, so I suggest going early or making an appointment in advance.

I’m super disappointed…came here with a bridal party and the experience was great. Staff was lovely and they had snacks and drinks prepared for us. As the maid of honor I decided to splurge and get dip with french and chrome. The tech asked if I wanted to to the french tips with gel, and I brought up how my friend had done that before and they chipped really fast. She assured me this wouldn’t happen. So, I get the get tips. I wake up the next day (wedding day) to multiple of my nails peeling off. Now, a few days later, half of my nails half chipped/peeled off the french tips and chrome. When I asked if I could get a partial refund, they said no we can only repair it. I told them I lived out of town and can’t come in and they basically said well that sucks for you! And told me that being in a wedding is a lot of work and things happen. I woke up with them chipping so I guess sleeping is manual labor! So now I’m out $100 and have half of my nails peeled off. Super disappointing because I was so happy at first.

Look I always give HONEST reviews and love lifting up small businesses but...🤐 I've never been scraped during my pedi. I have a pic, I'm so confused how this happened. The heat in the paraffin bags was TOO HOT! Ouch! The nail tech asked if it was my first time...it surely was not. However, it was my first time here. The leg massage was good BUT you guys need to change the massage ointment you use. The oil is too harsh on the legs. It felt like my skin was being scratched off. All that's needed on our legs is a bit of lotion or oil. The exfoliating stuff doesn't feel good AT ALL unless it's on the foot. They did my mani in my pedi chair but it felt so rushed. I don't complain about prices but this ain't my first rodeo so I expect a certain standard lol. I paid and didn't complain because I respect that this is how folks get paid but...I won't be back. Thoroughly disappointed! (Sadly) Positive is that I loved the environment. Very new and updated place. Has potential. To be fair, my wife's experience was much better.

The shop was nice and the people friendly. I got dip manicure. It was beautiful. But the the next day they started popping off. Not chipping, the entire dip that had been put on my nail came off. Now 4 days later all of them have popped off.

Their customer service was very nice which is the only reason I’m giving two stars. I paid 120 dollars for two spa gel sets (one for me and my friend) and within the first three days two of the gel polishes came right off when I was sleeping. It’s been about two weeks and I have no polish left on my feet. Every other place I get gel it’ll last me forever. But here it didn’t even last two weeks. Pricing and customer service isn’t an issue just the quality.

Everyone is extremely friendly Emmanuel was super cool at the end of the day he was very nice sociable did great with the customer service. The first time I went I went to Micah she does bomb designs she takes her time but is also speedy. She's also good with conversating and getting a job done some people don't do too multitasking and she was able to. I needed a nail fixed the nail was fixed properly and actually looks really good compared to the last job I got at a different nail shop was thankful that she was able to repair my nail so it would not get infected. The second time I went I went to Layrne ( I am sure I am jacking up the spelling of her name so bad. ) She is the surgeon of nails, she does great designs as well also does a very thorough job. I went to someone previous and disaster was happening to my nails. The nail shop as a whole is very clean the temperature is comfortable and the music is actually pretty decent. Everything looks clean and sterile.
