Always so kind and thoughtful. I am always offered a beverage when I enter. There is never a long wait. I have had them fix a BADLY broken nail, and have had several subsequent dip sets from them. The technicians are great at helping bring inspo picks to life, or help you come up with something creative and new. They even have cookies most weekend days! In Knoxville and Farragut, this is the place to go!

Wow. Just wow. I had an amazing experience, Lee was wonderful, I asked him to do whatever would be fun for him and look good, he asked for my budget ($100) and he did not disappoint, my sister and mom also got their nails done and those came out beautiful as well.

Came in to get my nails for the first time in almost a decade. I came in for blue and black nails to get ready for Onyx Storm book release. The person who did my nails was incredibly kind and amazing and my nails are beautiful! They even gave a super amazing lightning strike that I asked for and I am really proud of the nails and can't wait to show them off tomorrow!

Shop isn’t very friendly. They don’t offer you water or anything. My nails ended up uneven and the sides are missing polish. Very haphazard and careless work. I was the only person in there so it’s not like they were slammed or in a rush.

Best pedicure ever! I usually only get pedicures if a friend asks me to go with them. After this one, I will be getting them much more often and always at Nail Bakery & Spa. Such a relaxing and fun environment! The entire staff is attentive, helpful and friendly!

Lee provided excellent service. I was booked at another shop when they realized they didn’t provide the service I was looking for. They reached out to Lee. Fortunately he was able to take me right away and he provided exactly what I was looking for a great design with a great experience.

Found our new favorite nail salon in Knoxville!! I booked an appointment for a party of 8 for a mix of manicures, pedicures and facials. The staff was patient and welcoming with our large party! I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a new nail artist in Knoxville!

I got a gel manicure and a deep clean facial with a large group for my wedding, and it was the best experience I've ever had! Both technicians that helped me, including the manager, Lee, are delightful to talk to, and they gave us a discount on facials too! They were very professional, and they gave us chocolate chip cookies, a jelly roll, and water too! This is the best my nails have ever looked!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars of how thankful we are with the staff’s kindness, patience, and attention to detail. Not once did my children and I feel like a burden here or was rushed during our time here like we have at other places. We will definitely be back and will be recommending this place to everyone! This is a NEW salon, not the same one that was in this location before! This one is so beautiful, clean and they take their time. Lee did an amazing job on my nieces nails. The designs are so intricate and perfect that they don’t even look real. I can’t recommend this place enough. We will be back time and time again. The attention to detail that Lee offered was incredible. He was so kind and did an amazing job. Go here! You won’t be disappointed!
