I’ve been going for a really long time now and everyone there is just so nice and takes their time with all the details. I recommend this salon anytime someone asks where I go! They have so many different options and styles, plus they will always try to do the designs I bring in. I love this place so much ♡

Very nice salon! The customer service was great and the atmosphere was just as nice. They had a full bar and very classy furniture. I would definitely return.

Excellent service. I got a new gelx service and nail art and I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. My artist attention to detail was impressive and respected. I will definitely be back. The coffee was wonderful too. I believe I’ve found my new favorite place for coffee & nails.

Beautiful, clean environment. The extra mile is shown in every detail. I gave 4 stars because the prices are outrageous. My pedicure looks the same as I pay for a $35 one. $80 is a bit much.

If I could leave zero stars, I would have. Today was my first time at Nail Bar as I'm searching for a nail salon to call home. Set in a nice location, and after having read some good reviews, I decided to try it out. Making an appointment was easy. When I arrived, the salon was busy- always a good sign- and I was immediately greeted. I didn't have to wait long, either. Well, how I wish they would've made me wait an extra five minutes. I was escorted to a side room off of the pedicure station. The table had acrylic tools and uv heaters out, so I clarified that I had scheduled a natural manicure. The table didn't just have tools and machines out, it had the used plastic gloves of the client who sat there before me and powder all over. I was asked to sit while he put stuff away, but he never wiped anything down. I bit my tongue and didn't say anything bc I wanted to really like this place and give it a chance. The manicurist went right to work. As he filed my nails, I noticed how they kept the tools that were being used on me right now- In a dirty glass with barbicide and cotton. Now I know that tools are disinfected in a glass of barbicide, however, I question the salon's practices when the glass they use is filthy. It was over for me when he put a tool he'd just used on me inside the glass upside down, in the air, not in the barbicide. I had seen enough and didn't hesitate after seeing the cloudy, dirty glass and the tool just used on me not getting cleaned for the person after me. I called the whole thing off, told them I no longer wanted a manicure from the salon. I was asked if everything was okay, and when I explained, I was told, "Oh, it's probably just his fingerprints." 1. No lady. Not just his fingerprints. I lifted the glass up so she could see the filth inside; 2. There shouldn't be an excuse. Properly managing this situation would have looked and sounded like her picking up the glass for inspection, apologizing for such a bad experience, and asking what could be done to keep me there. I wouldn't have stayed,.but that's how to handle an embarrassing situation for the salon. It all is unfortunate bc I was looking forward to making Nail Bar my home salon.

The lady doing my feet cut 2 of my toes to where they were bleeding 🤬 was not happy with the pedicure but was completely satisfied when another woman did my nails!! She did them perfectly and just the way I like them!!!

I am new to the Lexington area and could not be happier with this nail salon! I see Mimi specifically for my nails and she does AMAZING every time! I have had multiple pedicures by whomever was available at the time and they were perfect!

Place is so clean- staff was friendly Chairs are comfortable but he never told me there was a massager, it's been a long day lol. Great selection of polishes. Being remodeled but still very nice and trendy inside. Good music/ bar area looks cool! Massage was great, but for 43$ they didn't remove any skin. Deluxe package is what I picked, so not even the base package.. I only get pedicures for the skin heel removal and they didn't do it, I asked and they said yes but then never did it. That's why it's 3 stars.

I have been getting my nails done here for over 6 months ths now and have yet to have a bad experience. My daughter has her pedicures done here also. We have mother/daughter day's here often. We love this shop.

I don’t leave reviews very often but I felt like something needs to be said about the quality of service here. I paid $47 dollars for my nails to look like this when I left. The lady cut me in three different places, and constantly made comments about my nails being short. I left feeling sad about my nails and very self conscious. I wasn’t listened to at all. I wanted tips on my nails and to be treated like a person. I guess that’s too much to ask for.

I went here to get my fiancés nails done today(02/04) and the entire time Annie(nail tech) was one her phone talking and not listening to what we asked her to do. I noticed when we first sat down at her table there were previous clients nails on the surface area and wasn’t cleaned. My fiancé also wanted a simple neutral color but she could find it each time she went to check and ended up making us chance our decision 3 different times. She stated that she was tired of looking for the colors. When it was done the nails were crooked and all different size as if she wasn’t trying. At the end of this experience she harassed us for a tip our total was $51 after tip it was $56. I don’t think this was worth $56 dollars for the awful experience and would like a refund or something to make this right.

I’ve gone to Nail Bar for a few years now and it’s been amazing but the best part is Mimi, she is so talented and I won’t let anyone else even touch my nails, every time she does my nails they’re perfect!

Love coming here! I highly recommend Antia, Vy or Mimi for nails and designs! Pedis I love Hannah and Linda and Vy! Very clean and friendly staff. I love that you can make appts or walk in!

My daughter went there two days ago. The lady cut her several times, dipped her cut bleeding nail into the dip powder and flooded her cuticles with sns. We won't be back. Her cuticles are still irriated after two days. Dipping back into the powder with active bleeding is not sanitary.
