I went here with my mom and sister for pedicures and I needed a fill. I waited over an hour which was fine since they were busy but I waited all that time for a 10 minute $42 pedicure that was awful. I’ve been going here for years and never had such a bad experience. My mom and sister had great luck with their tech but mine was awful and she hurried and didn’t do anything but cut my nails, soak my feet in plain water, and paint my toes. Never asked me which pedicure I’d like or if I even wanted gel polish. I was so disappointed I didn’t even get my fill. IT IS THE CORRECT SALON, I CHECKED - the lady charged me for a specialty pedicure.

Been here for service. Small shop and not very clean. They talk with each other in their language but can not communicate with the customer. Bathroom was filthy. Pedicure chairs are outdated and unclean. Look like they in shortage of supplies. Couldn’t do design I asked for. For what I paid, not worth anything.

I set up an appointment at 430 because I work 60 plus hours a week and have every little free time between work and sleep and sat here for nearly 45 minutes. And now it's gonna be another hour? Seriously... I just moved to Knoxville looking for a new regular nail salon .. this will not be my choice.. Why double book appointments and take clients that you know that are going to hold the ones who called ahead over. On top of that the lady didnt bother to really acknowledge me, pick a color is all that was said and very rudely at that. Which granted I just got up and ain't put together .. but they lost a new customer who happens to spend a couple hundred a week on nails and tips.. I always tip my tech 100 plus depending on the work ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place...

Today was my first time going to this salon, The entire experience was great, I am a hard working mom that enjoys being pampered. I definitely felt pampered and valued while I was getting a fill on my nails. I have been getting my nails done for years at other places, but because of my schedule I don’t get to do my nails during the week, being open on Sunday is such a blessing for me, the young man who did my nails did exactly what I asked, he was very attentive to details, very much a gentleman, he pulled my Chair for me to sit and pushed me closer to the table asked if I’d like something to drink and got it, he offered wine, water and different choices of soda. I will be returning to this young man and next time I’m asking his name. The massage on my hands honey almost made a grown woman weep. I recommend this salon highly. If you go there before I het a name look for the guy who wearing the black wire framed glasses.

Did good but surprised us with extra costs at the register that I didn't have the energy to argue. Apparently a simple gel polish is not included in the deluxe pedicure cost, but they don't tell you that when asking you to pick a polish when you walk in.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this nail salon! I’ve been going here for over two years, and I will never go anywhere else. Anthony has always taken such great care of me and does the most amazing job ever on my nails! Everyone goes above and beyond for every customer that comes in. One of my many good experiences, I requested a specific color that isn’t at their other location yet and Anthony drove to this store just to do my nails. Can’t brag enough!!

The staff simply didn’t listen to what I wanted. My nails did not look like the photo I brought in, they seemed annoyed when I asked for a different color, and the colors are completely see through. I had a crack in one of my nails and asked them to soak it off and get a new acrylic put on, and they said it’d be “fine” for them to put the fill over the top. 3 days later, my nail has been completely ripped off and now I can’t have a nail on it at all until it grows enough to put a new tip on it.

I have never left a negative review before, but I really feel compelled to share my experience from last night as a warning to others. The man who did my pedicure did not cut or nip my dead cuticles but grabbed the edge of my cuticle and pulled it off, including the live skin. The absolute doormat that I am, I didn’t say anything when this happened at first in case he had already realized he had hurt me, but when he did that a second time, I vocalized that it hurt, which it did worse than the last time. This man looked up at me because he heard me, and I know he saw the look of obvious discomfort on my face, and he continued what he was doing! So I very clearly told him that he was hurting me, and he kept pulling until he ripped the rest of my cuticle off. I was bleeding so much that he had to put my foot back in the water. Both of my toes are still very tender today, and I’m having to put antibiotic ointment on them to ensure they don’t get infected. He spent the rest of my visit awkwardly, repeatedly asking me “Are you okay” and offering me something to drink, which I never accept as a personal preference, so it was super annoying. On top of that, I’m wondering if this is the same tech who did the nails on the lady with white polish on her toenails because my toenails look the exact same. It’s such a bizzare shape to just give someone so on top of being injured, I have to look at this ugly nail shape. I really wanted to like this place, but I don’t ever want to be in the same room as this guy again. Editing my review two days later to include pictures taken in the morning light because they’re still sore. Absolutely horrible treatment.

Love the people and the selection here. Never had a bad experience. Brought my girls for a manicure day and they were wonderful with them making them feel special. Complimentary glass of wine with one of the deluxe pedicures so relaxing. The hot wax dip with your pedicure is beyond amazing!

Today was my first time ever coming thanks to my DIL treating me for my birthday. My experience from the time I walked in the door was awesome. I loved my pedicure and my nails are beautiful!! Anthony is amazingly talented! I will definitely be coming back!
