I love the staff and they do a great job but they never take you on time. Waited 40 minutes and finally left. They didn't even apologize.

The lady that did my nails did a awful job she can’t even do nail art I showed her what I wanted and she said it too hard to do and she put stickers on my nails and used the sticker paper push it down and then put clear nail polish on it and called it a day and she put way too much nail polish on my nails and she takes so long to do my nails

So satisfied!🤩 I went there with my friend today. I showed the man the reference picture of the nails I wanted. And he did not disappoint! They’re so pretty and the price for them wasn’t expensive compared to other nail salons👍 Good service, good pricing, amazing skills. 10/10 recommend

When I was unhappy with the first time I came in. I spoke with the owner who was extremely nice and even fixed the issues I had. Would definitely pick here over Top coat down the road!

Amazing! Decided to get a full Gel set. I am a nail biter and my nails looked horrible when I came in. Not a problem though... the lady fixed them up and my nails look amazing now! She did a wonderful job. Much better and friendlier experience than the place I went to at the mall years back. I highly recommend!

I seriously cannot recommend this place enough!!! I’m originally from York and recently moved 5 hours away but I happily make visits back home just to have Nail Central do my acrylics. Beyond how friendly and welcoming the salon is, they are extremely detail oriented. They check in continuously throughout the appointment and really take their time perfecting everything. I have sent others over and they have all said the same!! If you need a nail salon in the York area, Nail Central is IT!! 🩷🩷

My friend and I got our nails done here and it was the best nail experience I could have gotten. They spoke pretty good English which made me feel so much more comfortable describing what I wanted and what I liked. Very polite and nice and I don’t have enough good things to say about Hau, who did an amazing job on my nails and was super kind and great to talk to.

They are wonderful at this nail salon. They take the time to answer all your questions and are very accommodating and with scheduling. They don't give the "they're talking about you" vibe, which is very much appreciated. All I've experienced is friendliness and that has gained my business and recommendations.

Been coming here for years now and they have never failed me. I love it here! New owners are very nice and really good. Never had so much fun time at a nail salon! No matter what challenge I bring they can always do it. Definitely recommend to anyone! ❤️

I made an appointment to get my nails done advising them, I needed to have the old soaked off with a new set. I arrived to my appointment and the nail tech I always see was busy which was not a problem. His work colleague approached me about my request to have them soaked. He told me it would take a long time and I didn't need to have them soaked. I explained (which I shouldn't have had to do) that they have started lifting and that one of the nails I believed had a fungus. He continued to go on about how i didn't need to have them soaked and how long it would take. When he finally gave in l choose to leave because the peaceful relaxing atmosphere was gone. I shouldn't have had to push to have a service done that I am willing to pay for and soak as long as I needed go get what I wanted. Needless to say I went to another salon and I was right. Not only did I have a fungus on one nail but 2 nails. I am sorry that I had to go to another salon and will never return. I loved my nail tech but its sad my service was loss over someone that isn't even my tech. When someone request a service just give them what they want instead of making it an issue that shouldn't have been in the first place.

My bridesmaids, mothers, and I all had a wonderful experience getting our nails done for my wedding. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We had a large party (6 of us) and they were able to take care of all of us at the same appointment time. Our nails turned out wonderfully and we couldn't have been happier with the service or prices!
