I needed a full set for a trip to Chicago. The woman did not know what she was doing. They looked terrible. The nail overlay is not smooth at all. They looked nothing like what I asked for. She clearly had little training. I was so disappointed 😞

This location is right by my house and my office and it's my favorite place to go. I love the staff and I love the work that they do.

The first time I went to Nail Fever for an acrylic fill the woman who did my nails did an amazing job. I was very pleased with her work. I returned to have my acrylics removed and get a manicure. The man who did this did not file or shape my nailtips. The polish is lumpy and wavy. He also punctured a nail into the nailbed with his cuticle trimmers. No apology and lots of smiles when this happened. If you go here don't let that man work on you.

Went in for a gel manicure and with in days my nails were breaking due to not enough gel being put on them. I called the facility and they told me there was a $5 fee per nail. I previously went else where and they lasted forever and no nails broke so with that being said, I won't be a returning customer!!

I am disgusted by the service that I received from this establishment; it was terrible from beginning to end. The skin on the side of my big toe was ripped off by a technician and began bleeding, there was no apology or recognition he just kept blotting then painted over it. This was a lazy error from rushing. Two weeks later I now can't walk in tennis shoes without pain and the toe nail polish has chipped tremendously within the first week! I also had to move to another pedicure chair because a BED BUG was crawling in the one I was in. I'll never come here again; the quality of service does not match the high prices I DO NOT RECCOMMEND!

Got a clear French tip on a Thursday. By Sunday the acrylic is lifting at the cuticle. I’ve had French tips before so I know they should not look like this.

My nail tech was Chris (James Bond's brother 😂) PHENOMENAL SERVICE!!! I got a mani+pedi and brown wax. I will be back ❤️

Overcharged me by $75 for 2 pedicures and a child’s nails to be painted because when they give you a price and it says “and up” they double the price. I will NEVER use this business again nor do I suggest anyone use them. I don’t even know how they got the stars they have.

This place is not good no prices on wall and pedi sucks you have to pay to get your polish it doesn't come with pedicure! Bad business ....definitely not recommeded !!!!!

Best pedicure I've had in a long time. Now I know what I'm missing out on. I was passing through town visiting family. Nail Fever took me in and did my French manicure beautifully as well.

My new favorite nail salon. They take their time and don't make you feel rushed. It's close to home and I don't have to make an appointment. They make it easy for me to pamper myself. Lily was really nice. 🤩😍🥰

This place is allowing it's employee to steal my social security number and use it. When I called they hung up on me and the second person I talked to when I called back said I was wrong and refused to check who has been using it for 2 years. I got a call two years ago from the state of NE to verify my employment and now two years later I'm still being sent letters to verify my income based off the use of my social. Thieves all around.

Very impressed by nail fever . For one all mail technicians we're dressed very business like and more upscale than most nail salons, for two all the nail technicians had their nails done which isn't the norm for nail techs, for 3 the lady who did my ombre coffin nails was fast precise and the shape of my long coffin nails are prob the best I've had done in 2 years. I found a new nail place and a new nail person .
