I came with my daughter who actually has longer nails - all tips, she got charged $12 less than I did I was asked to pay tip and was also asked to go to an ATM to get in cash Bad experience for me

Posting 2 stars because my pedicure held up but I got a gel manicure the 21st and they peeled off by the 26th. This has never happed before and was super disappointing considering how expensive this location is. The woman who did my nails also got the gel polish all over my fingers and cured it on my skin and everything. I thought she noticed and removed but when I left my fingers were still covered in the product. Never coming back.

This was a very good spa and nail salon. It was very clean and the hot water soothed my feet very well🤩. I love this place and I will definitely fly back to Tucson just to do it again.

I have been a customer at Nail Fever & Spa receiving a dip manicure and pedicure for more than 10 years. The owners, Alex and Karen, are professional and caring individuals and are excellent technicians themselves. Their mani/pedi's are perfection! I highly recommend their salon as they are always accommodating and have excellent customer service. Their staff is also knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I also enjoy the large selection of colors.

I’ve been to this salon 3 times. 2 of the 3 for gel mani/pedi. The last two times the skin around my cuticles has been cut to the point of lots of bleeding AND they charged $103 before a tip. Needless to say, with the injuries AND the cost, I won’t be back.

My tech was very distracted with answering the phone and making appointments. She scraped off skin on the side of my foot while she was booking an appointment because she wasn't paying any attention. Sloppy job of painting also.

Always a good experience here. I always make sure to get the performance manicures and they always last for weeks on me. The location is clean and looks nice as well.

Do not visit this salon! I called to make an appointment and the staff told me the best time to arrive. I can in at time suggested to me and waited for over 30 minutes to be seen. The technician did not do a quality job on my gel pedicure. To tip it off my credit card was charged twice. Thankfully the double was able to be refunded.. I would bot suggest using this salon

Literally still in the chair, and this is the most thorough pedicure I’ve ever received! Karen took good care of my feet! I’ve pretty much had a pedicure by every person that works here and I promise you that you won’t be disappointed. Super sad to be moving and leaving this place behind.

There are several salons in the sabino canyon area- I have tried them all And HANDS down Nail Fever - is the best! Karen does the best job with my nails-my dip manicure lasts so much longer then any other places I have been she takes her time and pays attention to all the details -she even picks my colors!. I have had pedicures by everyone and I am never disappointed- they are all very good and my polish lasts for several weeks. Don't try anywhere else in the area! Nail Fever is the best!!!

Walked in on a Sunday after lunch no appt they sat us for pedicures in 5 or so min. Good quality good price good massage chairs. They asked about the water temp which was a plus I like mine warmer than some.

Best nail salon ever! I have been going to this salon for years seeing Victoria and they are truly the best. Karen and Alex are just the sweetest people! Today I went for my last nail and toe appt before I have my baby and they gave me my pedicure as a gift! They are just sooooo sweet….. truly like family to all that go here!

I had an appointment at 11:30am. I was there at 11:25. I was seen on time and got my nails done. During the time I was getting a full set, a woman walked in and started demanding and acting quite rude to the staff making her seem like she was a priority over other customers. The tech who was doing my nails stopped working on me to work on her, I ended up waiting 45 mins until my full set was finished. I had also experienced racial bias at this salon. I am an african american young woman mind you. My tech kept saying that getting 2 full sets would be really expensive, asking or making sure I could even afford one. She kept implying that I was poor and didn't think I could afford anything. But as soon as the obnoxious older white woman walked in she was the main priority and got everything she wanted without being questioned or "harrassed" about if she could afford a pedicure. It was completely inappropriate and rude. I had asked for 2 full sets (hands and toes) and a manicure for my boyfriend. The lady I spoke with on the phone kept saying that's not what I asked for and said I wanted a pedicure and fill. Which is INCORRECT. I corrected her FOUR times saying I DID NOT want a pedicure. They still gave me a pedicure when I didn't want one and I said that. I ended up paying $190. I will not be going back.

On a whim yesterday I decided to stop by and see if they could see me as a walk in. They were lovely and welcoming and I had a very good pedicure and manicure. I left and went about my day, and as it wasn't until i was getting ready for bed last night that I made the horrible realization that my wedding ring was gone. I had left it. I was heartbroken and upset, but just now I stopped by to see if anyone found my ring, and they did! They safeguarded it for me overnight and it is back on my hand as I type. I have never been so grateful in my life. Thank you, ladies of Nail Fever, for taking such good care of me and my lost ring!

This is my favorite nail salon I’ve been to in Tucson! Karen is my go to for my nails and she kills it every time! I’ve been going here for almost 3 years now and will forever be a returning customer ! They give great service and always greet you making you feel welcomed.

before coming i had gel-x extensions from a previous nail salon. i made an appointment which was easy and my nails were a mess. hanah was my tech and she was so nice and amazing! so was everyone else there. anyways she took her time to remove everything nicely with no damage and shaped and cleaned my nails perfectly. she then did gel on my normal nails and i asked her for bows and she did great! the price was amazing for the removal, gel, and art. i wish i lived here so i can come back often:( i loved it!!
