Here’s a possible review for Google: “I hadn’t been to the nail salon in a while, and I was impressed by the changes they’ve made! The new chairs and décor look amazing, creating such a relaxing atmosphere. I was warmly welcomed with a delicious cup of coffee, and Vanessa truly made my day! She provided exceptional service, introducing me to a new treatment that I absolutely loved. She also did my eyebrows, and wow, what a transformation! I’m beyond happy and ready to start my weekend feeling fabulous. Highly recommend!”

If you are new to the area and are looking for a quality clean nail salon, then this is it. I’ve been coming here for 4 years. I’ve tried other salons in the past and they are just not as good. They carry tons of colors and the staff and atmosphere is so nice. I definitely recommend this salon. Kim is amazing! She is so sweet and kind and she is a perfectionist at her work.

Tina provided a thorough pedicure and massage! Topped off with the best chair massage I’ve had in a long time! Ambiance is relaxing and soothing. Will keep coming.

I've been going to Nail Garden for more than 4 years and have had a great experience and keep coming back. I had my nails done by Vanessa a couple of days before my wedding and she did an amazing job!! I really loved how they turned out and the ladies were all so kind and excited ahead of the big day. Vanessa made my nails look like new and I would definitely recommend Nail Garden!

I have been getting my nails done with Vivian for about five years now. She is amazing and can do any nail shape, style and design that I ask for. She is meticulous and shows pride in her work. I will always go to Nail Garden!

Love this nail salon. It’s spacious and the ladies are so good here. I’ve had Lucy and Joanne (two different times) and they did a wonderful job on my pedicure. They also have chairs for children to get pedicures so I bring my girls here too.

Polite staff but overpriced. The price for a full set is “$35+” and I was charged $40. What’s the big deal you ask? Well my “full set” was simply acrylic on MY real nails. No tips, no nails, no gel, JUST acrylic. If anything deserves to be ONLY $35, it should be that. Not to mention that after my nails were “done” I was never told to go wash my hands and they didn’t even put cuticle oil on them like one usually would. I had to walk over to the sink all on my own and wash the debris off. So all of this money for crusty, dry cuticles and hands.. Smh a mess. Although they were nice enough, I won’t be going back.

I came in today planning to just get a set of acrylics, no color as I do that at home. I could tell the tech was a bit disgruntled by that. In their menu of services, the price of a set of acrylics was $35. When I went to the register to pay the tech put in $40. I asked why and she said something about shaping, which, as far as I’ve ever known, was already included in the set that you’re paying for. So why wouldn’t she mention that? I felt like this act was very deceiving and dishonest. I came in there, with a set price that I could spend, as well as leave a good tip, which I was not able to do after I was charged additional five dollars. I’ve been coming here for years, I usually get dip wasn’t able to this time and I’ve always loved my results. It is doubtful that I will be returning to them after this.

I love this nail salon! I typically always make an appointment with Vivian. She is amazing! She takes her time and paints to perfection! My daughter also love going here as well, because they treat her like a little princess. All of the staff are so friendly, accommodating, and treat every customer with care. I've been going her for years and don't ever plan on going anywhere else.

I am not a lover of Mexican food but this is the worst I have ever eaten. The presentation and taste have nothing to do with Mexican cuisine. They served us burnt meat, it smelled burnt and worst of all, the poor customer service since we arrived. they received badly at the entrance I will not return to this restaurant very bad experience not at all recommended

I got a gel pedicure. It was a little painful during the process, but overall I’ll come here again. My nail tech took his time on me and I appreciate that. I wish I asked for his name so I can ask for him next time. My toes came out really nice.

I would absolutely give Nail Garden Lake Nona more than 5 stars if I could! ⭐️ I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years, and I can't think of a single time when I wasn't completely happy with the service, cleanliness, or overall atmosphere. Vivian, the salon owner/manager, and her incredible team are undoubtedly the most skilled, talented and professional in town. Without a doubt, this is the finest nail salon in Lake Nona, and possibly in all if orlando⭐️

They were fantastic! Went with my 6 year old, cute butterfly chair for her and I was able to be in a normal chair next to her. My pedicure was relaxing and they were super sweet to her, even fixed her toenail when she wiggled too much! We are already repeat customers and this will continue to be our go to nail salon.

This business is clean, smells great and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I have had several mani/pedis with Christina, who is amazing! I asked another technician for something and she helped without even recognizing me because I have not been here in over a year. Today, Tracy did my dip nail mani and Yen did my pedicure. Yen also answered the phones and it was a very busy day. I’m not sure why they don’t have higher ratings. You can’t please everyone, I guess. I highly recommend Nail Garden!

Twice now I have tried this company and the appointment didn’t start for more than 20 minutes after the scheduled time. Some of the ladies are not as skilled and cause a lot of bleeding and pain during the services.

Never felt this rushed. Deluxe pedicure with French tip in 35 min…. Barely scrubbed my heels, no massage or lotion. Had to scrub myself when got home. Horrible service, do not recommend.
