Honestly extremely disappointed because the reviews were so good. I went here because on their social media and reviews everything looked so nice. The tech had no interest in the video/pictures of what I wanted, it was a reverse ombré with a neutral and a periwinkle. She asked me to pick out a color, I found one but apparently it wasn’t a gel so she went to grab the gel version but she came back with a lavender. I mentioned it and she told me I was wrong and that it was the same color. I chose to ignore it because that wasn’t the most important detail to me. During the manicure portion she cut me on 3 different fingers. Then she started the polish portion. She was doing something completely different than what I wanted. Putting the lavender all over my nails. I tried to show her the video again because maybe only 1/4 of the nail was actually color. Still no interest in what I was saying. She finished the test nail and I told her I didn’t like it. We ended up deciding to just go with my preferred basic polish because she obviously couldn’t give me what I was asking for. She half way removed my lavender polish that she put all over. So now I’m stuck with dirty looking nails with chunks of lavender under all of the nude and painful little cuts all over my fingers.

It’s Saturday , it’s 6pm . Their sign say they close at 8pm , I come the door is locked but I can see someone getting serviced. I knocked on the door , and the girl getting serviced come and tell me it’s closed and leave . Very unprofessional won’t be coming back

I discovered Nail Haus & spa from a user on TikTok and I'm so glad I did. I am very particular about beauty services and the business I patronize. Nail Haus & spa scheduling process was a breeze. I called, expressed the services I was interested in, was provided pricing and an invoice immediately after. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome. After waiting roughly 10 minutes, I was directed to choose my color. My Nail tech was Chelsea. Her services were absolutely impeccable. She was warm, conversational, informative (I asked alot of questions) and overall a sweetheart. I couldn't have chosen a better Nail tech. The environment is very laid back, not too over the top as I don't care for the full out lavish Nail shop these days, but this was perfect! In conclusion, Nail Haus & Spa undoubtedly will be my new go to for Nail services. Thank you Chelsea and the entire Nail Haus Team ❤️. You ladies rock!

Let me start by saying the atmosphere is beautiful, the team is so welcomed , the music selection is very on point and the amenities attached to the service is amazing everything listed on their website was delivered. Beyond that I wanna say Braden was amazing his service was over and beyond making sure I was comfortable highly recommend will be there again.

I came to visit my granddaughter from MCcomb, Ms. N was in great need for a pedicure. My grandsughter brought me here n I was really treated with royality. Chelsea was so gentle with my foot care n offered my a choice of wife, water or soda. I was really impressed at the kindness n great service. I will definitely come back again. Thank Hid for these professional .

I normally don't get nail designs and just get a solid color but I found a picture on Pinterest and Branden exceeded my expectations!!!! He was nice and soooo detail oriented. My nails have never looked so good!! I am definitely coming back.

I started coming to this salon August 2024 and had Chelsea as my nail tech and I’ve been coming back ever since. I always get great service here and my nails and toes are always on point. Chelsea has amazing attention to detail and always takes care of my natural nails as well! 10/10 def would recommend 😉

When they say hidden gem, that’s exactly what this place is. This shop is in an ideal location, it’s very spacious and clean, the service is top tier, and it was definitely a vibe.I was so excited when I found this place, love the fact that it’s FUBU nd also others and they made me feel very welcomed. I had the pleasure of being serviced my Branden, and when I say he’s the one. I mean just that. He’s kind and funny and his work is immaculate! He took his time and gave me his undivided attention, my nails came out flawless and I was in and out in no time. They do take walk ins but I recommend setting appointments to get the best experience. The ladies in the shop was very nice as well and I already set my next appt. I found a home here and I know you will too.

I had such a great experience at Nail Haus! Chelsea did my gel nails today and did a phenomenal job. The salon is so cute and I felt very relaxed and comfortable. I definitely recommend the salon and especially booking with Chelsea!

I was VERY comfortable here and everyone was so nice it gave back in the day shop vibez with laughing and playing etc I loved the experience I don’t mind making that drive from Frisco to here again I was looking for the gel x nails they was reasonable and I love it 💕

I love this place. It’s very calming and not stressful at all. You can really go to relax. Brandon is awesome. I was in need of a pedi and didn’t have time to reschedule an appointment and he had the kindness to find time for me.

Overall ok experience for my birthday nails Pros: the shape and design came out cute Cons: The nail tech was a bit rough on my nails causing 1 of them to blister. 😔 Also the inspo I showed her was more pink (which is what I wanted) so I was hoping she would let me choose the gel color. The color she chose was too much of a translucent blush pink … basically not as pink as the inspo. Also she did not offer me a drink. Granted I did have my own water, but still… customer service-wise, she could’ve offered something like the other nail techs did with their clients. I would give them another chance, especially since they’re black owned… Hopefully next time can be a 5 star experience. 🙂
