I went for pedicures with a group. It was fine, but your experience will depend on the employee. Despite starting a couple minutes later, and ordering the same service, my pedicure was done well before my friend sitting next to me. It felt like the guy rushed through everything, which was disappointing.

They don't write down phone numbers to call if your appointment is running late 30+! This can be quite inconvenient when you plan your day around an appointment time. Pedicure was okay- wouldn't return for that here, but I do like the gel builder fill and they have a good ventilation system.

This is my go to nail salon because the customer service and environment is so unique to the Sacramento area. The modern decor, a relaxing environment with a wide range of colors and menu options to meet your needs. Whether it’s a solo trip or celebrating a friends birthday or wedding this is my friends group favorite place to go

Side to side comparison of what I asked for vs the final output. Honestly, I like my nails more than the inspiration photo! Very pleased with how they turned out as well as the service here. The interiors are also really nice, more spacious than other places and very police service. They do both appointments and walk-ins. They’ve done a good job with both dipping power and acrylic so far.

This nail salon is Amazing!!! First time in Sacramento and I am so happy I chose to stop in! Staff is attentive and very detailed, I haven't had this sort of service at a nail salon in a very long time! Staff & owner were soo kind. They were so good with my 5 year old daughter and gave her just as much attention as they did me.Will be back again if I'm ever in town and if your thinking of stopping in just do it you won't be disappointed! Thank you Nail Laundry, I love my nails!

It was clean and that was the best part. They advertised a free welcome drink but didn't actually give one. They wouldn't give it on the way out either. I got a pedicure that should have included polish but they didn't want to do it and quickly left to go to another customer. It could have been great if it didn't feel like they were trying to cut corners.

Called in as a walk in, and really happy with the experience. It’s not a quick manicure, they really took their time, however it was worth the thoroughness as my nails look great! Thank you Amy and Cassandra! The complimentary drink touch is also very appreciated.

Came in as a walk-in for a fill and was turned away due to “non availability”. My friend had an appointment and was able to be serviced. She witnessed multiple white people come in asking for a fill as walk-ins and was sat and serviced immediately. Do better!

I had good experiences initially but the last 4 visits have not been good so I'm looking elsewhere for a new nail salon. When this place opened the staff seemed more skilled, there were beverages offered and other little details that felt like the pampering was worth the price. Nowadays, staff are rushing and the quality is not great. Several times I've had sets come out crooked, cuticles being cut and designs that look messy. The last time I went it was obvious there wasnt much clean up done before I got sat down, as there was hairs and a used face mask on the seat that I had to clean off myself. All the little extra pampering type extras are also gone. Long gone actually. I honestly cant justify the prices of going here. I do hipe they can turn things around though

I honestly do not know where to start showering with positive feedback on this establishment. I have been going to Nail Laundry since COVID, and it has been an absolute pleasure to go to a nail place that values customer relations while providing a high-quality standard. What does this mean? It means that no matter how big or small your need for service is, most of Nail Laundry’s staff upholds flexible times, and their technicians always give their 100 of their services, while providing a clean, calm environment. Trang, Cassandra, and Amy are amongst the best people to encounter at Nail Laundry. The manager, Amy, (owner) has kept the business services aiming for high quality and affordable for her clients. While most places are charging more for less; she ensures her techs offer higher quality at affordable prices. These ladies are all artists and very talented, but most of all, they are personable and can communicate well with their customers. Is it alway perfect, no, but when is not, they ensure to make it right. I’m thinking about relocating, and I plan on driving 65miles just for them. This place is definitely recommended!

Always got pedicures from here and one of the ladies pulled out an ingrown on my toe and caused it to bleed and acted as if I didn’t notice. She avoided the toe at all cost thinking I wasn’t paying attention and my toe has been infected every since. Never had this issue before at any other shop. I get it’s a business but don’t over book yourself and rush through clientele.

If I could do zero stars, I would. We had an appointment and were called in 30 minutes late, no apologies. 2 and a half hours later, we still aren't done, and it wasn't even busy. Terrible customer service as well. I highly discourage anyone from going to this salon.

After moving and having a couple of really bad experiences I was a little leery to try another new place but I trusted the Google reviews and gave it a shot! Boy am I glad that I did! Cass was amazing!! My nails are super cute! It was such a relaxing experience and she actually talked to me!! It was the best! So glad I found this place!!
