I’ve been coming here for at least 7 years, Ryan has always been a great nail technician. The customer service over the last year has went downhill in my opinion. I called regarding a service rendered yesterday that totaled $122 just to be told that’s how much it has cost over the past three years. In fact, I have gotten the same thing many times and it has never exceeded $90 before tip. One charge being $5 was for a nail trim? Then I was told that charge is added anytime you don’t get the basic square shape? I just have an oval natural nail to begin with. My advice is to make sure you ask for a receipt with individual charges before paying. My total changes each visit.

I do not recommend. I moved down from Connecticut a couple of months ago and this is the second nail salon I have tried. I went Saturday morning and by Saturday night my polish was chipping off 2 nails. The gentleman that did my nails had an attitude and got sloppy when I told him exactly how I wanted my nails while I was there, the shape, the design, the color. They’re in such a rush and do not want to hear the criticism from the customers paying for the service being provided. When I went to get them fixed yesterday, I had an attitude from them again. Also, it’s been 12 hours since getting them fixed and my nail is chipping AGAIN. I spent over $100 on my nails and toes and the quality and customer service should be better at that price. I do not recommend. They care more about getting the most amount of customers in and out than they do the quality of their work and making sure their customers are truly happy and satisfied with the work. I will definitely be looking into finding another different nail tech. Update: when you leave a review and share your experience, this is the response you get from tech’s. Wrote on my post and then blocked me right after when I commented back. VERY unprofessional. I was recommended other tech’s in this salon and I never once name dropped on Facebook who did my nails. I just shared MY experience at that salon. BTW- the only ones recommended were Nicole or Kevin, so if you decide to go here, maybe see them but other than that, it doesn’t seem like there’s much quality customer service or professionalism happening here. If you’ve had a different experience, I love that for you, but I did not.

I HATE saying this, because I’ve been a customer for years. Their prices aren’t what they used to be though, and while I understand everything has gone up, I was struggling with $92 for a gel fill and basic pedicure, no art, nothing fancy. When I called to ask about it later (occurring to me how high it was), I was told the prices that included an extra $5 because I had my nails shaped “almond” instead of square. To me, that’s gouging. I’m finding another establishment 🙁 UPDATE: I spoke with Shannon the manager, who was honest, informative and helpful. She told me about up-charges for particular services and polishes, and while I still didn't like the “not knowing beforehand”, the end result is that I’d rather they do it this way than them setting higher prices across the board if you don’t want/need those little extras. As it is, I priced the same services at Euro Nails for comparison: (liquid gel fill with gel polish and basic pedi with gel polish) It’s $102. I can admit when I need to reverse myself and leave a better review. This time based on the good service I’ve always had.

I always have a good experience with M. He is pretty good and take a good care of my ingrown nails. I just didn’t like the way the manager talked to me today. I asked if M was available and some of the employees said he would at certain time. The manager looked at me and very rude said something like: there are all those people waiting and you just don’t come here and wants priority. I came back later and said to the manager who had given me that remark: you don’t talk to people like that. I just asked a question and you were very rude. Try to be nicer next time. Instead apologize, he said: I am always nice. I just keep going because M and the other employees.

If there was anything less than a star that is what this nail salon deserves. I wanted to paint my toenail and fingernail done. After the nail tech finished painting my toenails, he left me for 45 mins or more and never returned to me. I asked 2 of their staff that who is coming to help me out but no response. It was a total waste of my time.

Been going here for years, to Kevin for almost a year now and I have not been disappointed since, he is always making sure I have exactly the nails I want with no complaints while genuinely doing a great job. Thank you guys for your excellent work and customer service!

Ella and Ryan are the best for gel nails! This is the only salon I've had my nails last weeks on end without breaking, even after working a very physical job. The best around.

First time visiting after being recommended by a doctor I work with. I normally love driving to VA to see the same nail tech I've used for 5 years.. however I gave you guys a try and it was an amazing experience. M was beyond artistic! I will definitely be back.

(firstly sorry i don’t know how to take nail pics.) This is my second time coming here, and M ATE as always. Very nice and detailed the price was reasonable and I LOVE THEM. If you want your nails done amazing and at a nice price come here. Ask for M (regardless i’m sure all the techs are capable and wonderful ) •+*•. ♡ Glad i can start uni with the beauties 🥰

I have been looking for a good salon close to home where I can show the nail tech what I want and it be done how I want it! In the past it’s been very hard to do so but then I found this salon and met M is very kind and takes close detail to what you want will ever match the color you want perfectly.. the salon is very welcoming and the scheduling process is fantastic! Very organized salon!! I definitely recommend.

Great service. My mom and I get our nails done here every few weeks as walk ins and never wait more than 10mins for service!! Don't have a favorite yet as every one that we have had has been great!!

Always very friendly here. I go to Alice and she is always friendly and does the best job and takes her time. I always leave happy and my feet feel and look great after my pedicure.

I normally avoid salons but I started going to Nail Lounge again and once again they’ve let me down. I got my nails done with two chrome nails on each hand and paid almost $60, which is wild because I paid $65 for a new set with designs on every finger last time. And most of them are lifting/peeling already because the polish did not fully dry on them. She saw that- told me stick my hands in the light longer and I did that and they’re still all screwed up. I normally hold my thumbs at an angle because they sit weird and don’t dry if I don’t but it’s 4/5 fingers on my hand- not just my thumb this time. Frustrating I wasted so much money. Especially trying to overlook how thick and curled they look. I guess not all places deserve a second chance :( And coming back in is a waste because I’m wasting more of MY time and gas money to get it fixed.

everytime i go to the nail lounge i never walk out with what i asked, & the prices are crazy. i get yall are trying to make money but small business nail techs charge less and do a much better job. ive been to two nail techs who do them out their homes and they’ve turned out much better then they do in the solon.

I got a full set done, and they had me waiting at the pedicure Station for about 30 minutes With my feet in water. After the first 10 minutes, the water got cold, and it was really uncomfortable there were multiple people available. I’m not sure why I wasn’t tended to usually when I go in there being a person of color anyway, I feel like they put you on the back burner. I will not be returning.

I have gotten my nails done twice so far and I am in love. I have never had any acrylic nails stay on me and be sturdy . My nail technician was Kevin and he was amazing. If you are looking for a good nail salon. This is it. My new permanent nail salon!

Got Rachel for the first time bc I never knew her name ! But I went short. Bc normally medium long my thing and she did her thing like always ❤️ gives good energy and vibes and take her time will deff be booking with her Also deff look into the dazzling gel ! Polishes ❤️❤️❤️
