I started going to Nail Luv back in the early 90’s for John to do my nails and the service was great then. My Mom and I went to get our nails and Pedicure done and John was still there and doing an excellent job and the atmosphere was very pleasant. So, if you are looking for great customer service please stop by the Nail Luv!!!

I've been trying to find a nail salon that gave me a similar Los Angeles experience and I think I've found it. My nail tech John was very nice, we held a very nice conversation, the prices were reasonable and I didn't wait long for him to start my full set. My next service will be a pedicure and if that goes as well as my full set, this will be my new nail salon. 💗

I’ve been going to Nail Luv since abt 2015. I love their work but sometimes the prices are higher and not consistent. As a long time customer, I went yesterday and was barely acknowledged. And over charged. Maybe it was a bad day, all in all my nails are nice. Just need a set price list and better communication.

I came for a full set and a pedicure , they told me there would be a small wait which was fine but once they started on me it took the tech 45 mins to finish, after finish she walked away from me for about 20 minutes knowing i was waiting for a full set at this point i’ve been in the shop for 2 hours with nothing but my toes done . long story short the service is extremely slow definitely wouldn’t recommend for quick runs, the ONLY reason i gave two stars is because I actually like my pedi

Ben is the best when it comes to pedicures and a foot massage!!! I really can’t give an honest fair review out about my nails , first time was okay.. the second time 5 🌟… but this last time with my nails… NOT HAPPY!!!! I love my nail tech.. so because of him I may give them another try with my hands… we will see ..

I had an experience at this business that needs bragging about! Jonathan and Linda Tran hired two new outstanding manicurists. Selena and Carolee. I was very pleased and impressed with their professional work. They were thorough with much patience making sure that I would be happy with the service. Customer satisfaction makes a business to prosper. And they strive in satisfying customers. They have beautiful spirits. So does Jonathan and Linda. 🥰🤗

Made an appointment for 5:30 the day before. Came in 15 mins before my appointment and he forgot about my appointment and then tried to say that I booked for 4:30. I don’t even get off of work until 5 so I know that was a lie. Safe to say, he lost my business. Disgusted.

I have been going to Nail Luv for years. I love there work that I refuse to go anywhere else. The prices are reasonable that I get my nails, toes, and eyebrows done here. John always makes you feel welcomed and his wife Linda takes care of all my services. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Best nail experience ever. I had to get a fresh new set, John the nail tech removed my old nails with no pain at all. He's the first nail tech to do this and my nails look marvelous
