That’s my 3rd time year first time here was in 2019. I went in for pedicure you can literally see that no one want to touch my feet and not sure why . The man that was doing my feet show negligence . I don’t know if it because I was too quit or something he did an awful job in my feet I will never never come back here ever again. As you can see my toe nails specifically the sides

I was recommended by someone for brows but only one guy actually does a good job. The others not so much. But I wasn’t told until after my service it would be cash only. They had no signs on the door saying cash only but they Did have a sign on the front door pointing you to another door that was all blacked out which was a little weird. No warning signs lead me to believe they’re purposely servicing people without telling them so they don’t have a choice to go to another salon that takes credit/ debit cards. I asked to Zelle and they charged a $5 fee on top of the price so I couldn’t even tip unfortunately. I will be reporting this place to the IRS because these foreign people come here and make money off of us while inconveniencing and deceiving us and then try to find ways to cop out of paying taxes so they force us to pay fees to get money from the atm. It’s wrong and they don’t care. A business that doesn’t put it’s customers first is just janky business. Unfortunately I have to find another eyebrow tech though. The gay guy does a great job.

I like how they greet you when you walk in, and they can do any style you want, I was so impressed ,they like no problem , I always live happy and very satisfied with the work they done, so I highly recommend them no problem

Customer service here is horrible. Julie, the owner has a bad attitude. One of the mail techs became irate because I didn’t like the polish I chair and wanted to change it. He kept snatching and grabbing my hand. Julie told me she would go crazy and they don’t get paid enough for customers like this. A couple of weeks ago I got ringworms on the top of my feet prom a pedicure. Never I’m my life has this happened before. The place is filthy, and they don’t sanitize or sterilize their instruments. Never will I go back

Nasty nasty business don’t go here they are not sanitary at all the workers was coughing all over my hand while doing my nails the nails tech are so rude and disrespectful they will mess up your nails and argue with you that they did them right when they didn’t i know they don’t clean they tools and was doing a rushed job on my nails that i hated this place is disgusting touching people feet then proceeded to do lashes or nails without washing there hands

They were horrible. Did half -a$$ job ..acted as if did not have enough towels and rarely paid attention to me. Failed to get all of the dry skin off my feet..I felt rushed and it was not late to whereas they were about to close. The product that was used looked like it was used on another consumer and I had to ask the technician to use cleaner instruments. I am from Chicago and had the impression it would be better in Indianapolis!!! I will never recommend or go there ever again..they don't deserve to have a section on Google to get rated!! MINUS 10

This shop is horrible!! And I will never recommend anybody to come here. When I told the guy I my French tip was to thin and just wanted a full toe instead the owner came talking about you should have said something before he was done. And started talking in their language and pointing in my face. So when I said something back she said you can't come back here started video taping me without my permission.

After paying $100 for manicure and pedicure, I watched a customer be screamed at by the owner for asking for a minor adjustment! She continued to yell that she didn’t have time and had an engagement to attend. I will NEVER return!

Awful! Charged way to much for a fill in and 2 nails with art. I was charged less 3 weeks prior for full set & nail art on 4 nails. My nails are bumpy, just a messy job. Yes I paid but lesson learned.

It was my best pedicure ever. Stacy did a great job. Loved her personality. Service was superb. She took her time and had a conversation with me. She was funny. Which is a +. My feet felt great and looked great. I would recommend Stacy to anyone needing that service.

If you don’t mind being rushed and switched from person to person this is your shop! He’s doing nails and eyebrows back to back and in between. No gloves or hand washing. People are touching multiple feet at a time. Doing multiple pedicures at a time, no hand washing or gloves changing. Very unsanitary!

Moms and Dad's- DO NOT BRING OR DROP OFF YOUR YOUNG DAUGHTERS FROM AGES 14 TO 17 YEARS OF AGE. THEY HAVE A NAIL TECH THERE NAME LIP OR LIT THAT WILL ASK YOUR TEENAGE DAUGHTER OUT TO A KOREAN BARBECUE OR TEXT YOUR DAUGHTER IF SHE IS FREE FOR THE NIGHT. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!

Hayden is not the same anymore, he is very rude and always rushing. I have been going there for over 10 years and had to move on to a nails spa that actually cares. His perfection is not there anymore don’t waste your time.

I arrived at 9:12 am and there was only 1 person before me. It is now 10:58 and I still haven’t been serviced, even after being promised I was next. Which was fair because that was my spot in line. Julie instead takes another full set in front of me. I would walk out but I have an appointment at 12 which looks like I’m going to be late for. So I get here at 9am to be late for a 12pm appointment. I’m so angry right now but I have to control it. I’ll never put my hard earned money into het pockets again!

I've been going there for 15 years, my tech is NAAM he is great, they have really expanded and up grade every thing. I think the prices are wat to high, a $50 pedicure is just to expensive but they do a good job 👍

Nails popped off a week after service horrible place to get my nails done I work hard for my money and I'll never return here they rob you then make your nails popable to expect you to return to only give more money that's insane don't come here.

The head lady there Julia gave horrible service. She had me waiting for almost an hour and then when she decided to fix my broken nail she put the new nail on crooked. I ask could she the crooked nail she said no and carried on trying to do my nail. Then she thought I was going to pay her for the service when my nail wasn’t done correctly or even at all. She has a horrible attitude and customer service. I would go to every place but here and it’s not worth the time or money.
