Nina did a manicure and pedicure with me. She was so patient and did not rush. She wanted everything to look perfect. Which I really appreciated. She was also so friendly and wanted to chat. I’ve had two great experiences here. So I think I’ve found my new nail spot!!

They were great at squeezing me in before my niece's wedding (I'm from out of town). It would've been 5 stars, but I requested only filing no trimming. My toenail was trimmed, anyway, resulting in an ingrown nail (took me 6 months to grow out/cure and now back). Be clear with pedicurist! Toenails and fingernails turned out gorgeous, though... great job!

Hit and miss. Enjoyed it the first time I went for a pedi and Mani. Then the second time I went I felt rushed, my massage chair was broken, and it was not an enjoyable experience.

I hadn't been in 10 years. It definitely looks different, and they seem to have a great client flow. I even asked the owner if he remembered me, and he did. It was a great experience, and I am so pleased with my mani-pedi. I walked in without an appointment because I am heading out of the country this week and wanted pretty nails. They squeezed me in no problem. Now that I live over here again, I will definitely be back! Thanks, everyone!

So, Kah and Long are genuinely great nail technicians. The place is clean and they have an in-house ATM which is nice if you’re always lacking cash for a tip. However, one of the nail techs was extremely rude and hostile with my mother and sister last time we were there. During a pedicure, my mom was asking him not to cut her toenails too short because she gets ingrown toenails. He didn’t acknowledge her at all, so my sister asked if he heard mom. He quickly snapped back “I speak English!!” When my sister apologized and explained that she thought he simply hadn’t heard, he loudly said “What am I going to do, go in the back room and cry about it?!” My sister is a very shy, introverted and kind person who would never intentionally offend someone. She started quietly crying and my mom asked for someone else to finish her pedicure. When the tech stomped back to his station, he began loudly telling his next client about the interaction, laughing and making fun of my sister’s tears. All within ear shot of my mom and sister. I get that people have bad days, but this is horrible customer service. We won’t be going back.

Long as the best nail tech in town by far! He is always booked and you need to get an appointment way in advance. I've been going to him for 18 years and never been disappointed. Always friendly, energetic, upbeat, and always remembers what number nail polish you've had what color you would like next and if you need your nails trimmed each time. I also recommend eyebrow waxing they do a great job! I won't go anywhere else.

The color on the sample didn't match what I picked, and my dip nails started cracking 2 days after I got them! Not worth the money.

I’ve been coming here for years, I recently had surgery and they were so gentle with me and I was so happy to get a pedicure but they really outdid themselves, the service you get at Nails Pro and Spa is some of the best in Tucson. The best French pedicure ever. (They offered to add acrylic to my little toe but I declined) Everyone working here has so much skill, Long runs a great business 🩷 thank you so much!

I love having my nails done and pedicures at the salon. I never feel like they're rushing to get the job done and they do such a great job. Very relaxing and awesome pedicures! Long It's so nice, and Tina is my girl! But honestly everybody there is amazing!

What an awful nail salon. They care more about how many people they can stuff into an hour than they do about the quality of their work. The owner is constantly answering the phone instead of hiring someone to schedule people which causes him to start and stop and forget what he’s doing. He’s also very loud and obnoxious. He tries to joke around, but instead comes off as rude. Not everyone that walks into your salon is interested in conversation like that. Do not come here if you intend on relaxing. This place is anything but relaxing. It’d be worth all the rudeness if the nails were high quality, but unfortunately they’re severely lacking. Save yourself the time and money, Go elsewhere.

Best mani-pedi of all time. All of the staff are professional, courteous, and do excellent work. The environment is clean and I always have a great time every time I go. It’s the best place in Tucson for sure!

Great experience. Had the dip and it was well worth the money. I recommend this salon over many others on the east side. This one is good and I have been to many. The owner is very impressionable and made me laugh. Update: went back in 2023 and Jason assisted with a dip for two natural nails I had broken.

Love it every time I go. The staff are professional, kind and courteous. Place is clean and neat. Lots of fun colors for dip and gel. I wouldn't go anywhere. Long is fantastic. He does my nails great every time.

Staff are friendly, talented and quick. The salon is very clean and comfortable. I wish they had online appointment scheduling; they are very busy so an appointment is recommended.
