Doing honest review. Lets start at pedicure the second best option which is like 55. I like the detail to the basics but hot stone massage and basic massage were not good. Seemed as though they were new or never done it. I mean i we asked after how the massage was so she obviously wasn't sure. She just seemed to not have a good grip of the stone and our a technique down. At for nails the girl who did it had great shape but also seemed new. One finger the paint was lifting and she just painted over it. You can see some of the folding of the polish. It took forever to do the nails for pedicure and manicure took 2 hrs and 40 mins. The price was alot 55 pedicure + 5 to remove gel and + 20 for gel no way. Maybe if you have time and looking to spend money to support what seems like a small business by all means go for it. Plus they should include kids pedicure prices not pay 25 for a basic for adult.

Highly recommend going with them! Staff is very friendly and super professional! I got a pedicure and manicure done with which they did a great job! They do very gorgeous nails with beautiful designs and they do last long!!! If you're a first time customer or thinking about going to Ragazza I say to definitely go with them! I know I will keep going with them!

I don't understand why their ratings are so high, while the customer service was nice (owner/texhnician was friendly, the service was bad). I went here about 8 months ago. They were short staffed (only the owner was present) she soaked off my nails and gave me an acrylic gel overlay, the process took a very long time, and my nails were extremely lumpy and uneven. I wouldn't recommend.

I edited this review in the interest of keeping it clear, honest, and concise. Customer service/friendliness is fine, no issues there. They were actually really nice. In terms of quality, skillset, creative ability, etc... Not good. They aren't able to do certain designs, especially not on smaller nail beds (preteen-aged kids). The tech was visibly stressed and nervous, to the point where her hands were shaking. The 4+ star rating and pictures are deceiving at first glance. I realized afterwards that the high ratings were from a few years ago and the pics are likely old as well. To be fair, they probably do decent work on regular nails. But, if you are looking for designs, this is probably not the place for you.

My cousin and I got our nails done here 4 days ago and the nail tech was rushed and absent minded. One minute shed be doing nails the next shed be stopped talking, eating, or just looking off in space and when she gave us her attention again she couldn't remember what she was doing or what nail she had been working on. She cut my finger when doing my cuticles, didn't clean the polish of my finger that she got on it, the sides got no polish at all on about half my hand, and the gel polish is already coming off. While my cousin who got acrylic nails was left with her nails being uneven bumpy and just overall not done well. I would not recommend this shop not just because of the above mentioned but also because they up charged for everything.

My mother and I frequent this spa, it is so relaxing. The owner of this shop is the nicest and most vibrant person we have ever encountered. Alessa and Diana are the best! We are happy to have found our go to spa. Highly recommend as our nails are perfect!! The shop is perfectly decorated and we find it very cozy. Thank you! 💅🏼

The staff was very unprofessional I went in for a facial waxing and got service from a lady and she made many rude remarks about my appearance like “ don’t you get embarrassed walking around looking like that” and many more unessesery comments she also kept making gaging noises during the service overall rude and unprofessional staff don’t recommend

This is the best nail salon that I been to in years! Alessa and her staff do an excellent job and are so attentive. I have been coming her for 3 years for a manicure and pedicure. Love, love their work!

Very inexperienced! There were only 2 ladies there, the owner and another employee. The other lady did both my husband’s pedicures. Had to do our pedicures one by one. Charged us for a pedicure I didn’t even ask for. The color choices were very poor. Asked for a light pink marked with a number on their sample nails and she brings a magenta color marked with the same number. Then the minute we got home both big toe nails smudged.

Worst experience at a nail salon. Nail tech seemed under the influence of alcohol and was extremely rough and uncoordinated. Gel removal was extremely painful, she cut my cuticles, filed nails super uneven and left polish on my skin. I just wanted to get out of there asap. Paid and left and will NEVER go back.

Don’t know how this place received a 4 star rating. The owner did a horrible job at a pedicure. Not worth 35. Did not do the scrub so my feet feel dry and the polish was messy. Did not take any pride in the job they were doing. Manicure sloppy - again I could have done the same at home. Don’t waste your time or money.

Unsanitary. They don’t put the plastic around the pedicure tubs so keep that in mind! That was the red flag 🚩 that made me say I gotta go.

Well I tried getting service by them but there shop was closed it says it opens at 9:30 am and it is now 10:35 and there shop isn’t open you call there number and it’s closed it’s a shame these shops can’t keep there service in buisness because they don’t open!!

Friendly staff but person that did my nails needs more experience. She was really heavy handed and kept on filing my finger instead of the nail. When cutting the tip nail to a shorter size, two pieces went flying to my face and and she seemed really distracted. Asked for oval shape and some nails have pointy tip and some don't. I asked for ombre nails, showed the picture multiple times and she helped me pick the 2 colors to use, yet she painted the full nail with the light color then went over with a full coat of the darker color with gel nail polish. When I asked what she was doing she said I should of told her I wanted ombre. Instead of admitting she messed up, she kept on saying she didn't know thats what I wanted. She said she could not do ombre with gel polish but then the nail technician next to her said she could. The second nail technician tried to show her multiple times how to do it with the sponge but she couldn't. Instead of asking for help she tried to file the nails to blend the colors and was trying to convince me they looked nice. She even asked the second technician for approval and confirmation that they looked good but she didn't, I do appreciate the second technician for being honest. Some nails looked scratched since she filed them afterwards. The second technician also kept on reminding her to clean the side of the nails. The picture below shows how the bottom of the nails look, glue, polish and pieces of the tip (pinky shows how they look before I removed the glue). There were some "hairs" from the brush she was using stuck to the nail and the second technician also asked her about those. After she was "done" she kept on saying sorry and asked if I wanted one solid color so I said yes since they looked bad. I had to ask her to redo some of the solid color since you could still see patches of the previous color under it. At this point I was really tired and annoyed and decided to stop asking for corrections and paid the $40 she charged me plus the fee they added for using a card and still left tip on top. I understand people need practice to get better but wish she could admit she didn't know what she was doing and asked for the other technician to do them. Flying out to a wedding (the reason why I wanted to get them done in the first place) so I don't have time to go somewhere else to re do them. I think it would of been better for me to have painted my nails at home. Currently removing glue and polish that is stuck under my nails.

I went to this nail salon last weekend (mother’s day weekend). I called to make an appointment and showed up early because i knew it was a busy weekend for them. I did not mind the wait even though it ran a little over my appointment time. When it was my turn, I asked Audrey to do my daughters nails first and she kind of had an attitude and said “sure” even though the appointment was for both of us (child mani and full set). First off, she did not wash her hands between any of her clients or wipe down the seats, anything. No Covid protocols, except masks, were being followed. So she’s doing my nails and I guess things are going well but after full sets and before the polish goes on, I’m used to my nail tech asking me to wash my hands. She didn’t do this so my hands looked ashy and gross. My nails could’ve used a 3rd coat because the color was light but she didn’t and now you can see streaks. Not to mention, she had another client towards the end come up and started taking off her sets while mine were drying between coats. I thought that was unprofessional. They were getting busy at the time but I was still a paying customer and I had waited for my turn. The next day one of the acrylic nails came off. They have a 2 day policy on their nails but honestly I wasn’t about to go back for another poor quality job. Overall extremely disappointed with the nail tech and the quality. I never took a pic of my nails because I was honestly embarrassed. 2 stars only because they were short staffed.

Lol, This place is a Joke! Came here for a dip manicure and apparently my nails were too short? But honestly I think this is reflective of their skills or lack there of.When I told them I would go somewhere else, all of a sudden they offered to do it. Needless to say, I walked out of there. You are not worth my money and I will take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend. These two women had the nerve to discuss whether or not they could do a manicure in Spanish with me right there. It turned into a whole discussion. I requested a dip manicure, not surgery. Thank God I may not look like I speak Spanish but yes, I do. And yes, I knew exactly what you were saying. This place just had an Unprofessional feel. Next.
