This is me and my mom’s regular nail spot. The more you come the more you’re like family. I have noticed patience, kindness, and respect when I come here. I love their massage chairs, the calming ambience, how clean and how welcoming it is. In terms of service, I can be very specific and particular about what I want and they make sure I get it to the best of their abilities. Kimberly specifically has given me a manicure, waxed my eyebrows, and glued on lash strips for me. She waxes my brows very well and the lash glue used was so strong that my lashes lasted for days and kept its nice appearance. I highly recommend this nail spa.

I’ve been coming here for a few months and have not been disappointed. Kim and Tommy always do a great job on my nail, and Mimi gives great pedicures. They always go above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied. I definitely recommend!

Serves wine to minors… my daughter is 19 years old and they gave her wine. Ummm that’s against the law. I think this nail salon needs to be investigated..

Be careful after using your debit card here. Was told total price for manicure/gel nails that was printed on my receipt to later see a different total posted to my account. Ig my nail tech gave himself a tip bc I didn’t & I did not like my nails therefore I paid for service rendered to me

I will never go back there again, The lady that did my nails stopped working on me to work with another client for about 10 minutes, then after she finished my nails and I went to pay they charged me $5 for shaping my nails round I have never in my life ever paid money for that I will never go back

Never again will I ever go back there I ain't never seen somebody Rush doing nails and it wasnt even nobody they're but like three people he just did an awful job on my Nails. I got a feel in an a pedicure and it was $100

I've gotten 4 pedicures here, and they have all been fine. This is the first time I've done my nails. I got the sns tips. For reference, I know how to do my own nails. I'm just lazy. The tips were placed quickly and sloppily and not at towards the edge of my nails, which caused the whole nail job to lift up and point upwards. The dips in my nails are clearly seen and felt. There is space under the false tip where you can see my nail which means water, dirt, and everything will get in there and cause it to lift, break and be dirty. It was just a bad job. I voiced many times that there were issues but my tech just pushed through. She fixed my one thumb but not the other and at that point I just got quiet because why would I keep saying things to only get stared at with no change. The other nail tech did offer to redo my nails and I probably should have done that but honestly I'm just pissed someone took time to do my nails, give a hand massage and feel the bumps, lifting and uneven tips and think it was a good job. I'm far too emotional to sit and have them redone, so I'm going to take them off myself and redo them. As a side note my cousin also got her nails done and they were perfect. Her hands look great and I am happy for her. Once again I was offered to have them redone by another tech but my day and mood is already ruined and I just wanted to go home.

Kimberly is very friendly but I went in today around 10:05 am just asked for a cut down the one that do eyebrows was very rude I don't do for you because you went to another nail shop ill spend money with Kimberly but the other young lady she's lost a customer i was polite even after she was rude to me.Doesnt cost anything to be nice other employees are nice also that's the thing she refused service she said we can't do for you cause you went to another nail salon but I was polite I just simply said it's okay I don't mind returning but it's nothing to be nice

While visiting my daughter in Newnan, I went to Nail Spa & Beyond for SNS and a pedicure. The salon was clean and well-maintained and everyone from Lesmy, the friendly/helpful receptionist to the awesome nail technicians, Mimi and Tommy, was professional and accommodating, making my experience a very pleasant one. I will definitely go back when I’m in town and if you’re looking for a decent nail salon/spa with reasonable prices, Nail Spa and Beyond is for you!

ALL AMATEURS AND DO NOT LISTEN. I went here for the first time today and by the time I left, I was convinced I will never return. I explained to the front desk i need eyelash, manicure & pedicure, emphasized nothing fake like acrylics. just for a guy who came to do my manicure holding fake nails. I quickly corrected it wasn’t what i asked for, then another lady came and did what i asked for. Lady working on my pedicures almost made my right big toe bleed. After these two, Kimberly stepped in to do my eyelashes. Cut a long story short, all the lashes are sitting on my dresser because they have already come off, doing them about 8 hours ago. I spent $116 (including $45 for lashes) for all plus I tipped Kimberly $5. My advice is run away from this unprofessional business. Their culture is that of deceit and have no clue about what their doing.

I have been coming to this shop for a little over a year. When I first started coming it was filled with nail techs as time went on it went down to only one nail tech “Kimberly” I went in to get a fill-in from a new guy nail tech and he literally drilled deep into my actual nail so I proceeded to tell him no that’s okay I will leave. Another nail tech stop me & said that she will do my nails. I show her what he had done to my finger and nail. I had to ask for an apology. She then say that she wouldn’t charge me for the nail that he damaged. That was a lie, I was still charged $40 which is the price I previously paid before. Today will be my last day going back and I will just invest in press on like most of the other ladies have done.

Kim did AMAZING. I usually end up being iffy about my nails but she did EXACTLY what I asked and at an amazing price. She also did my eyebrows which I hadn't done in weeks. They look phenomenal. It took less than 5 minutes to have the best eyebrows I've ever had. 😩 She even put my man's initial on my ring fingers. 💍 She even individually went over each nail to get off all the extra skin when I told her I picked at it because of anxiety and she put a nice oil on them to help them heal. She took her time even though she was about to close and I love love love them. ❤️ I can't wait to come back and get them done again. I also got a pedicure by another woman. She did a good job too. I'll def see if I can get Kim for a full day next time and let her do my feet too. I know she'll do an amazing job. 10000% make sure you ask for Kim specifically 🥰 She definitely took her time making me feel beautiful. Thank you Mrs. Kim! See you in a few weeks!!

Excuse the account it’s my step dads lol. I would highly recommend this place. I took my daughter in for an early birthday gift her & I both got full sets. We had the experience of having Tommy & Kimberly along with Kim & all of the staff there. They were all amazing, service was great & super quick. Very comfortable and welcoming environment…. For anyone looking into a new nail salon you will be happy choosing Kimberly & her staff. My daughter & I will not be going anywhere else. Thanks to the whole Staff 💙 -Kimberly & Sydney
