This was my first time here and unfortunately, it’ll be my last. I decided to try this place out because it was across the street from a doctor’s appointment I had, and also wanted to try something new. When I first walked in, the place looked clean and there was hardly anyone in there (staff and customers). I got seated pretty quickly for my pedicure. The total pedicure lasted about 30-40 minutes, but the technician was really rough and didn’t do a great job in cutting the cuticles. It felt like she was rushing to get the job done. I got a French pedicure, the white parts were uneven and chipped the next day. For the money I paid, the polish should’ve lasted more than a day. Will not be returning.

My experience was horrible I wish I could rate them a zero. The male nail tech is rude and disrespectful. He doesn’t have any manners. I was politely asking him if there was a way to make my nails the same size and he started saying they’re different sizes because my middle finger is crooked and “ hard to work with “. I usually go to my nail tech but all of her appointments slots were taken up. He started telling me I should go to my nail tech because my hands were “ too difficult “ to work with. He was also yelling at me because I didn't like his work. DONT GO HERE!!

I don’t typically write reviews for any service, but I was so disappointed in my service. I got a color change on my nails. I removed my old gel polish and got a new gel color applied to my nails. The start of my service was fine but when it came to applying the new gel polish, I felt the tech was rude. I’ve had gel polish applied so many times and know how to switch out my hand in the machine. However, the tech kept telling me to stop moving my hands and that the polish was not applying correctly to my nails because my finger is not correctly in the machine. When I tried to address how one of my nails polish was smudged, she was so dismissive and rude. I was afraid to comment on anything else during the service because she was so unpleasant. I’ve worked in customer service before and understand how hard it can be. I always try to tip 20%. However, I didn’t leave any tip this time. I felt bad leaving without tipping but my experience was so not relaxing or enjoyable. Not to mention, it cost $30 for gel color change and that’s without a manicure. I’ve never had a bad experience in the past but after this experience I will not be coming back.

Employees are kind and thorough. I love the new decor and the videos of food being made in other countries. It’s a nice time to relax and decompress while you get your nails done.

Horrible. She cut my hand and did a horrible job. Asked for coffin shape and they don’t know how to make that shape. Left with an injury and bad manicure.

My favorite place since months ago. Always my nails get done perfect! The only thing that I would love the girls change is that they work extremely fast like feet and hands at the same time and is a little uncomfortable to put my two hands at the same place even someone else is doing my feet. That I want to say is when we go to pedi and hands we wanted moment like spa(relaxation) and that way I feel like “they want to finish fast” you know? :/ But the work is always on point ! I’m in love!.

This is what a regular mani and pedi for $60 will get you. They charged me $5 for my toes and another $5 for my finger nails to remove gel nail polish. Every nail salon I have gone too only charge $5 to remove gel nail polish on both hands and feet combined. This salon is also very unsanitary. They do not use a new nail file or pumise stone on you. They use the previous customers. They place rags with stains on it under your feet when they are giving you pedis. I also didn’t see them pull out sanitized nail clippers etc from a sanitize machine or from an enclosed bag so that lets me know they are re using their nail tools without properly cleaning them. Lastly when I first came to this nail salon 7 years ago they would include the hot stones in the regular pedicures now they want to charge you $50 alone to include it in the pedicures. If $50 pedicure would have gotten me a sanitary clean pedicure with clean nail tools and hot stones believe me I would have done it but I doubt it. Would not recommend a full set with the "dipping" solution. They did not come out even, the shape I wanted or of the same quality I'm used to, the person doing it was not speaking English either so challenging to communicate the dissatisfaction.

i love going here :)) the inside of the salon is very pretty , looks very modern almost like they just renovated it. the woman i had doing my acrylic set was very sweet and was starting conversations with me during and was just really good overall. it was a great price too, $50 for full set not including tip. definitely recommend. 😊😊

I’m NOT coming back. The place was dirty, the girls are always pushing you to choose more expensive packages, and if you refuse their attitude change and they start acting rude. She was pulling my hand while painting my nails in an unpleasant way. They did a horrible work on my hands, they didn’t file my nails right, the application of color was done poorly. I left feeling so unsatisfied and angry.

Service was really bad and location was super dirty. Tech cut my cuticles twice with the drill and blamed me. The also charged me $30 for acrylics when posted price is $25. She said it was because my nails were long (pic posted for reference). I walked out mid appointment without having color done.

The wait is to long. Their prices are to high . Unprofessional use the same towel on everyone nails. I do not recommend this nail shop to anyone!!😠

There's really nothing special about this place and this was just a spur of the moment visit. I chose a gel pedicure (I never had this type before). I did enjoy it. It felt good on my aching feet. Ruby was my nail tech and she did a decent job. However I will not be back. This place won't get another dime of my money. Here's why. . .Another woman had just gotten a pedicure and apparently was nicked on her foot and it bled. I saw her trying to talk to a woman who I believe was the acting manager at the time; she thought it was funny and giggled when the woman told her the situation. She also tried to talk to the nail technician who did her pedicure and was told she didn't speak English. The woman wanted some kind of acknowledgement about the incident possibly she was going to pursue some kind of action because of the way they were treating her. But they told her they do not write up incident reports when she asked for a report of the what happened. They absolutely did not care that they had just cut this woman's foot. They acted as if they had no culpability. Of course they started to speak in their language (which was also insulting). They completely dismissed her and her complaint. The client ended up calling the police. I'm not sure of all the details but she did at least obtain a police report and the police did ask if they any such process. They said they did not. I'm not sure of what will happen but I will never return here. They've shown me they don't care about their clients and they act as if they have no duty of care or responsibility to them. I was appalled by the behavior on display today. Get you services done here at your own peril. . .you've been warned.

This use to be my go to nail salon. But I have noticed that if the owner is not there, service is not good. I visited about 3 weeks ago but just now getting around to doing a review. There were only 2 women working because they said everyone went home early. I went in for a fill in w/ gel polish and also a regular pedi w/gel polish. This was my first fill in after a new set of acrylic. The lady that did my full set was also doing my fill in because as usual she’s the only one there that does nails. My nails were already lifting 2 weeks after getting new set, she did nothing about it. Once nails were finished she put me in the pedi chair with no water and then 10 mins later asked me if I would be able to come back tomorrow and get my pedi because they needed to leave. Although it was only 6:30 and they don’t close til 7:30 because it was a Thursday. After me expressing how this was unacceptable and her speaking to the other lady that was doing another pedi she finally decided to do my pedicure but with an attitude and rushed and did it in literally 15 min. I wasn’t allowed to soak my feet or anything. A couple of steps were skipped. I thought I had finally found a great nail salon but I will not be back. Also they could use a better selection of gel polish colors.

After dealing with rude management when I was attempting to compliment the new chairs and flooring a few weeks ago. I returned because they are so close to my home and open at 11:30 on Sunday's. This past Sunday they attempted to charge me an extra $5.00 because of the length of my nails when the tech trimmed them to an active length. I was already paying $85.00 for my Spa Pedi $50.00 and my SNS $35.00. Thank God this was my 5th visit and I got $5.00 off. This establishment will nickel and dime you to death.

I think this is probably the worst pedicure I have gotten in a long time! Anytime I have to go home and redo my own feet after spending $$, it is not good. I felt my technician rushed through the pedicure although the salon was not busy. Trouble areas I asked her to give extra attention were ignored. And her shaping and filing my toe nails was awful. I won't be going back.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would! I literally got my nails done June 27th now it’s July 6th, they were closed for the 4th. I walk into the shop all nails are chipped (OLD GEL NAIL POLISH).I stated to young lady unfortunately my gel nail polished has chipped. With being a ONLY gel polish client, I’m aware it can last to 2 weeks.I wasn’t aware this would ever happen.I paid a total of $95 only for a gel mani, pedi but I tip really great because I support all businesses. I stated to young woman what can we do to resolve this she stated “ I will charge only $15.00 to fix” NO! You need to just fix it no customer service at all. My first and last time going. What a way to stop Asian hate crime.
