My husband and I had a loved one in the nortons hospital and during our stay with them I walked over across to their nail shop due to good reviews and it being right across the street. The lady was so so so so nice and made the place very welcoming. Her prices were very very reasonable!! I live in Radcliff ky and really considering making her my every 2 week nail lady. 💅 perfect place 10 outta 10. I also just told her the length colors and cut I wanted ans she freestyles rhe rest and it's soooo cute.

This will forever be my go to nail salon! Always so polite and I never leave unhappy. Every tech is wonderful. Jimmy is probably my favorite but just because of this last visit....check out that sparkle!

It is unlike me and very rare to leave negative reviews but my most recent and final visit to this salon warranted a warning to those who might go here. This had been my regular salon for years because the young woman (Kim) does the best pedicures but the owner is an extremely rude and unkind older woman. She always up-charges without telling you until it's checkout time, puts a 6-month expiration date on gift cards (Kentucky law is 12 months) and mocks you for wanting your nails to look different from most people (I am a runner and a cook so I keep both fingers and toes extremely short and she doesn't like that look). Today she even pushed her hand into my forehead to "joke" with me about something she didn't agree with; last time I checked, unwanted touch without consent is legally assault. Today I was absolutely rushed and made to feel humiliated when this woman put her hands on me and mocked me when I had to scramble to pick a new color because they waited until the last minute to tell me they didn't have the color I had chosen from their sample set. Absolutely awful experience - I left the salon in tears. There is a reason this salon is rated much lower than others in the area - trust the paying customers and read what they have to say. I have never left a nail salon in tears; this was a humiliating (and extremely expensive) lesson to learn.

Friend went to place to get a pedicure and told me the service was great. The manager and staff locked friend in place until she paid. They asked her multiple times to pay even before service had ended. They treated her like a criminal and said they take cash but not change. Do not go here they are all criminals and treat you terrible. Bad place . No stars

I was surprised to see some of the poor reviews of this place. I’ve been going here since I moved to Kentucky almost 10 years ago and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. Sometimes they may get crowded and the wait could be a while but they offer appointments so if you plan ahead of time it works out great. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is great. They are friendly and conversational.

This is a smaller nail salon, and is managed by a family. I love coming in, they are fun to chat with and do a great job. They allow me to test out colors and have always been patient with me if I'm not sure what I want yet. I'm really confused by some of the reviews, I've never felt rushed and never been made to pay before the service was finished. My nails always look great, last, and I've enjoyed every mani/pedi I've ever gotten here!

Hidden gem. Honestly this Salon does a better job with nails than all the other fancy salons in the area. Love going here for mani pedi. Highly recomended!

I received a gift certificate as a gift right before the pandemic. After finally feeling safe enough to go out and get a pedicure and use this gift certificate, I was told they would not accept my gift certificate as a form of payment because it had expired a few weeks before. I had to pay in full with the addition of a tip and was shocked that during a world pandemic this would hold true. Very disappointing, I will not return and felt I have been stolen from.

I was walking into the nail salon at 6:30pm (sign says it closes at 7pm)… they literally turned the lights off and closed the door in my face. This was extremely RUDE and unprofessional. This is the second time this has happened to me. I will never step foot in this place again.

Horrible manicure and dip polish lasted less than 48 hours. Although their price would have been good -it was horrible since it didn’t last 2 days. I won’t be back.

I came here because I had a gift certificate and wanted to get a French manicure for my maternity photos. While everyone was friendly and they fit me right in, I'm super disappointed in the fact that the first of two nail technicians who took care of me cut my cuticles really bad on two nails. They bled like crazy and had to use the gel to make it stop bleeding. The second tech who took care of me and finished the job, actually called the first tech over to show her how bad I was bleeding. She blamed it on having a hangnail but he disagreed and then said something in Korean. You can clearly see where she cut into my skin at the top of the nail when she removed the cuticle. The second nail tech was super sweet and did a good job but for $35 I should have been offered a discount since she made me bleed so bad. I have washed my hands 3x and still can't get all the blood from around my cuticles

I get dip nails and I couldn't make time to get to my normal nail shop, as I was driving by I saw this place and stopped in. There was no wait really but the young man who did my nails took his time, it took me 2 hours to get my nails done. He was very nice which is the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars. Second day after having them done 1 nail broke, a week later 5 nails broken. I usually get them done every 3 weeks. Very disappointing. I went to my normal shop and got them done.

Leigh is the best! She took a lot of time & attention on my manicure & pedicure for my sons wedd6on 10/19/29. 12 days later, & still looks excellent!! Prices good, service even better!!
