I had long, thick nails and when I left there my nails were paper thin. I ended up cutting them down because they kept tearing really short. It took a long time to get my nails long and hard. Now I have to start all over.

I have been to many nail spas in the area and this one is my favorite! Very clean and affordable too! They do a thorough job and are gentle when dealing with my feet! I enjoy the calm and friendly atmosphere here too! My nails and feet look wonderful after! The stylists work is superb!

The lady was so rude , no greetings it says walk-in but unfortunately they said they are full booked or l go somewhere else. They refused to do the service for me

Never have had a bad experience with them. Didn’t matter if I had an appointment or walked in. Do recommend for anyone wanting to check them out for the first time have an appointment. They get booked and busy pretty fast.

First off I just want to say I am not the kind of person that ever leaves reviews whether it’s a good or bad experience. I understand people have busy days and I do not judge anyone for that. I came in 40 minutes after they opened on Saturday and waited a few minutes to even be greeted, then they asked “what do you want”. I told them I was looking to get a full set of acrylics and they didn’t say anything so I assumed I was gonna be waiting for a while so I unzipped my coat to get ready to sit down and get settled and the lady goes without looking up at me: “well I’m pretty booked today so sorry”. I felt like she was really unkind and rude about it when she told me and I would not recommend anyone to go here if they want and approachable customer service. It was just kind of sad experience because I do not get my nails done often (it’s been 4 years since the last time I had my nails done) and I’ve been on the road for almost a week and just wanted to give myself a little bit of self-care and this ruined my morning. It says “Walk ins welcome” on the door but obviously that’s not true. Hopefully I can give myself enough confidence to go somewhere else.

I have to update my review. Today we went in and saw that they had a full house. We kindly asked if that had any appointments for today that we could have for four of us. It's my birthday today so my husband wanted to treat me and two of my kids. We set our appointment time.. mind you never did they ask us what service we were wanting.. we come back and they take us straight back to get pedis.. I was like ok that is fine I guess.. but than after we get done with that the start to say they don't have time to do our nails and to take a seat and they would get to me as soon as possible.. we sat and sat and sat just for them to tell us that we needed to come back later.. we just spent over 200 dollars for just pedicures.. and I will now have to try and remember the exact colors I had chosen as these nails were ment to be suicide awareness colors for my father who sadly committed suicide on my birthday 2 years ago. Very upset and really wanting to tell them they need a better system for appointments so this doesn't happen again... The guy who did our toes thank you Soo much you did amazing

I switched from going to vip nails on e.c to coming here. So many people reccomended I come here and try. I am very happy with the service I had received. I got a solid nail color to try out how the service was. I came & got my nails done on a Monday, one had fallen off. So I came in on Friday, got it fixed for free. The service I had received both times, the original service and fixing, was very nice and well. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment time either. I was sat down in less than 5 minutes. I will be coming here for my nail experiences from now instead of traveling all the way to e.c. I cannot wait try them out more and get some awesome designs!!

I had an inexperienced person do my dip manicure. The skin around my nails was scuffed up and the polish cracked within 2 weeks. Won't go back.

I went in and showed them an inspo pic and they did so good! I usually never get what I want from other salons. I’m obsessed with my nails. They took their time and it really shows.

Just had my nails done by Lisa and she did a fabulous job and her skill and nail techniques are up to trend .I will be back for Lisa to do my nails again. THANK YOU jen

Normally this is the best place around. I sat down to start my mani/ pedi at 10:05.....I left at 11:42... Not only was the nail tech EXTREMELY slow, she did an awful job. There is polish everywhere, the nails are so short and not what I asked for.

This is a great salon. They always do an excellent job. Mai Chang and Moriah are so talent and welcoming. You will not be disappointed. They do such a nice job with nail designs and really provide a relaxing and fun experience at the salon. Go to nail spa for your next manicure and get a pedicure while your at it - you deserve to treat yourself!!! 💅
