Overpriced BORING BASIC CHEAP NAILS. Within 3 hours my nail broke. They charged me 100$ for the worst at off nails I ever received in my life. Don’t waste your time it money. They are rude, unprofessional and price gouging people. Uneven nails. I didn’t even want color after hearing that this set was $100. Are you serious. My nail tech charged $80 with gel polish, designs and rhinestones. I am very unhappy and disappointed. I will never patronize this place again. Save Ursula a headache

Terrible service. Overpriced basic boring nails. I get my nails done frequently and I’ve never been this disappointed. I was not happy about the price I didn’t allow them to even paint my nails and they still charged me $90 for a set. I went home and out in my tennis shoes and one of the nails broke the same day. Not even 3 hours after me leaving this shop. It’s way better nail shops that do great with. If you ate in the U city area, I recommend Ric Nails. Price gouging is what they stand for. I will never patronize this establishment again. I wish I could give 0 stars My husband even said the nails were mediocre at best.

Worst nail salon to go to! They will skip over you if you let them! The young one in there that does nails is the rudest! I never had anyone talk to me the way she did! She kept telling me to look at the tv and not her doing my nails which was rude af! Not only that but was telling me what color I couldn’t get cause my skin might be to dark like wth!! I’m one of the sweetest most loyal but this was it for me then she OVER CHARGED ME I should sue them

They are very good at getting you in and out. So they rush the job. Just make sure to say something if they messed up.

This place does a bad job on nails. I came in with two nails broke but still giving looking like my real nails. Now two nails fixed looking like press ons. Never will I come back I’m sticking with Kayla @ Platinum Nails name speaks for it self

I called and got in the same day. I worked with Ben. He was great and paid attention to detail as he gave me a manicure and a dip. I was very happy with this salon. I highly recommend it.

The person who so called greeted me was super nasty and rude. I read reviews on this place, this was my first time going and will never go back just on that first impression alone.

The rudest nail tech I have ever encountered. My first time and last time patronizing this establishment. I ask for a fill for a dip. The nail tech proceeds to the fill with gel. I ask if it’s normal to fill a powder dip with gel. She ignores me and proceeds with the service as well as a side convo. When the nail color doesn’t match. She acts as if I shouldn’t have issue. When I try to speak, she tells me not to speak over her as she begins to raise her voice. I ask to have my nails removed. She does so. While I’m having my nails soaked off, I witness her be just as extremely rude to the next two customers. When my nail soaking is finished, I’m asked rudely to “pay and go home” by someone else. I have never been treated in this manner while spending money in my entire life. I’m extremely disappointed that this is how this establishment treats customers.

This used to be my go-to 0lacr...bit I assume the products used at either cheap or materials aren't being cleaned properly. I ended up with fungus on 7 of my nails.

Ann is very unprofessional, this place doesn’t consider their policy. Time management isn’t practice here. As a new resident to this area I wanted to give this place a try after waiting over 2hours still haven’t been seen. Anyone they know will be placed in front of you and say it’s an appointment. But They’ll clearly ask prior to service how long the wait. So it definitely about the relationship here. I truly would like to be an regular here but not if the treatment is like this. All money should be accepted and respected. If you don’t plan on sitting for hours DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!!!.. Ann is very rude and unprofessional unfortunately I won’t go back and will travel outta my way to receive good customer service in a timely manner.

I wish I could give no store they are horrible the attitudes are horrible especially when it's their mistake for not training their employees on how not to file a person's nail bed to the point where they have none. The first day I went to just get my nail fixed and a gel nail color change and he ruined my nails. The older couple absolutely horrible especially when you tell them about how dissatisfied you are they become offensive and hostile. They will never get another dime from me I'm glad that I do have a black nail tech that listens and not strip your nails while she takes your money. I just so happen to break my nail and she was out of town and I needed my nail fixed and I have very long natural nails with gel polish they ruined my nails Never again!
