my sister paid for my manicure and I did not receive a manicure. I didnt receive lotion or a hand massage. The guy nail shamed me for having short nails and literally only painted them and nothing else. Then when we were leaving the woman (not the owner) proceeded to stop us and ask was I not leaving a tip. I said no and continued to walk out. Tips are not mandatory they are optional. I will continue to go to my normal place in waterlick plaza. I will never go back here.

I came here for a fill in, while my friend came in for a pedicure and they did an amazing job. They were very pleasant, quick, and the prices were affordable. I would definitely recommend this place!

I was searching for a new salon and did my research. I read each salon’s reviews - good and bad - and I read what, if any, response the salon gave to the review. I decided that Nail Spot & Spa sounded like the best place. I am extremely happy with the services I received from Michael today. The pedicure was one of the best I’ve ever had. He listened to a problem I had with a nail and worked on the nail until he got it just right! He was personable - we carried on a great conversation. Once the pedicure was finished, he gave me a gel manicure. I was very pleased with the manicure also - especially because he listened to what I wanted. The salon is very clean, neat, and professional. I met the owner, Linda, before I left and she is a genuinely nice person. The salon is very convenient - located beside Hangry Joes at the intersection of Greenview Dr and Timberlake Rd. I’ve already booked my next manicure and pedicure, with Michael. This salon is worth my drive from Rustburg!!

Mary is the best nail tech I've ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable of the nails and very thorough in cleaning the nails and removing dry skin and cuticle buildup. If you have any problems with callouses and dry skin please visit her. Linda is amazing and operates a beautiful salon, very friendly and customer service is top notch. Worth your visit!

Omg!! I love it there they all are so nice and I laugh the whole time I was there i felt like I was at home and my nails was the bomb I love them!! Will be going back forever!!!! Linda is awesome!!!

Peter did a wonderful job on my nails and feet did not rush took his time to make sure everything was perfect they also offer wine 🥰 I don’t drink but very great for those who do will be back again

The nail treatment is fabulous. I had a pedicure. I’m so relaxed and my feet are looking great. My granddaughter got manicures. They were so kind they did designs that were amazing on my 6 year old girl. We will be back.

The people were nice the place was clean. I made an appointment & i didn't have to wait. I am brand new to the area so I researched the best place to go & I’m glad that i chose Nail Spot & Spa & I was especially happy they were open on Sundays. The only issue I had is they charge an extra $1.50 to use your card but now that I know that I will bring cash. Overall is was a good experience and my toes look great!!!

Clean salon, people are very friendly. I almost always dread manicures because nail technicians always make me bleed, but Vinh did an amazing job and took extra care with my nails. Definitely going back and highly recommend this place to others! :)

The best nail salon in all of Lynchburg. Brought one of my Bff's with me and we were given the royal treatment. The mani/pedis we got were given with such attention, and the foot massage and chair massage were just the best!! Beautiful salon and very attentive to each client. Scored a perfect 50+ in my book!!!

Hands down the best service around! My daughter and I were treated like queens! Linda and Billy took the time to ensure we felt valued. Linda was such a gracious owner and made sure that Billy took extra special care of me as I am in a wheelchair with limited mobility. Billy was so gentle and thoughtful and then product was nothing short of amazing! We will be back!! The complementary beverage service was also a special touch.

Mary is awesome! Today was my second time receiving her services and she is always on point. I'm a travel nurse from out of town, so coming to new state and a new city there are certain things that are necessary. Thankfully I found Mary. She is very talented, and she makes sure that you are happy with her service. Thank you Mary.

Vinny was great I just moved here so I tried a few salons but he does a great job on the cuticles like an actual manicure so this is my new salon!
