I walked in, no appointment, got a pedicure and my nails done. My husband got a pedicure too(after much convincing) it was wonderful. The pricing is a little high but FABULOUS service from Summer and Mary.

Gave this place another try but was disappointed after paying $75 just for short almond nails with plain gel where the acrylic isn’t even laid close enough to the bottom of the nail bed so I will have to get a fill sooner than I’d like to and after getting the cheapest pedicure I still spent $145 . Also the salon is clean but the atmosphere didn’t feel very welcoming.

This was hands down the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had! So relaxing, they massaged my neck, shoulders, hands and feet with the service. The salon is extremely clean, while I was sitting there getting my pedicure I was watching all of the employees meticulously clean every surface of the place, it was impressive!! This is my new go-to, thanks Nail Story for a great experience :)

My first experience was amazing and everything was perfect which made me continue going back. But one thing I have realized is that it’s always different people who do my nails. I try to get appointment with the same people and every time I’m told they don’t work there anymore. So I’m left with nails that are okay but not as good as my first set. Lovely environment though.

Seems like a nice place, but this woman was cutting me and hurting way too much with the cuticle nippers and burned like hell when wiping with alcohol, she never massaged my feet, and she only rubbed the lotion in on my legs. I think my feet were in the water for a total of 3 minutes, if that! I feel like she just kept putting stuff on and wrapping my legs and feet with bags, like 4 different times and whatever it was wasn’t doing the job cause by the time she wrapped the other leg she was unwrapping. Just doing way too much when I just want a cut, color, and MASSAGE! But the paint job was good!

Went last minute after my work shift on mothers day while other places closed early me and my two kids went got pedicure and my youngest got nails painted! First time ever there and we drove from millsboro made it after calling prior just in time before closing! Loved the services and the massage after wards! Great staff Lisa did my teens feet, and not sure name but maybe the "realtive of lisa?" Did my feet! A guy did my youngest nails but All the staff seem friendly and very nice , clean , relaxing atmosphere! Thanks to all!!

I always drive by this nail salon and figured I would stop in for a much needed pedicure. The massage was great, but that was about it. 2 days after my pedicure my nails started chipping. I have gotten pedicures from other salons that have lasted 2 months without polish chipping and not even 2 days after getting this pedicure one of my nails the polish came completely off. The pedicure was very overpriced for the quality of my nails and I will never be going back there again.

My daughter and I had our nails done many times before at Nail Story, but today’s experience was not great. Alex was my tech, he handed me the color book and since it was not busy with people needing to look at the book, I took my time. Once I said what color, he snatched the book out of my hand. My daughter even noticed how he grabbed it and looked at me with big eyes. Then while Alex was doing my nails I jumped while he was using the dremel as it burned my nails. Alex recognized the one time that it hurt. When paying, I tipped according to the services we received. My daughter’s tech, I tipped well. Alex I tipped just shy of their “suggested” amount. Alex said next time you need to tip and he pointed to the “15%~20%”. At first I didn’t realize what he was saying because if I did, I would have said if you’re not happy with the tip I gave him, he could have given it back! After leaving, I realized one of my nails did not look like the top coat had been put on. I did go back into the establishment, Alex fixed the nail. (I do thank you for fixing my nail.) I proceeded to tell him I did not appreciate being told what to tip. He said people are to tip that amount. Alex said next time tip their suggested amount, there won’t be a next time. If service is poor, tip is poor. Service is exceptional, your tip will reflect that! I’m not a cheapskate tipper. I just find it extremely rude for you to comment on a tip you are given! Knowing there is no law requiring tipping at all! After reading some of your reviews about tips on here… I suggest if you want your techs receiving exceptional tips- add it to your cost! I will only tip according to the quality of services I receive.

Two stars only because staff were friendly. The pictures I post will show time stamp of when taken. I would NOT recommend getting dip done here. I went in with two broken nails. I had tips added to make them all one length. The very NEXT day the nails with tips added chipped. Unfortunately I did not have time to go back to have them fixed because I left for vacation. But 10 days later they look like this……

I took my two teenage daughters to Nail Story for the first time and they were treated so wonderfully. They took them without an appointment and made them feel so special. This place is very clean, professional, and has a kind hearted staff. We’ll definitely be back.

The best! Great service and excellent work! Take the time to do it right. Suggest making appointment but they can usually quickly accommodate. The cleanest I have ever seen.

Great service! My husband and I go periodically for pedicures and it's always very relaxing. As long as you have an appointment there is no wait time. Easy to get it! Very clean

I had my nails done a little over a week ago. Two days later three of my nails started to peel. With a dip manicure, I had never had that happen. I stopped in this morning and spoke with Jason and showed him what had occurred. He immediately seated me and started to fix those nails. He is quite busy because he takes care of the phone also. Shawn stepped in and finished the process and they look great! Thanks for standing behind your product!! I will continue to have my nails done there!

I have had pedicures twice there,would not go there again. I felt very uncomfortable and they were rude. The tech was snippy and gave me dirty looks. Couldn’t speak English so I couldn’t explain what I wanted so I just sat in the chair speechless, very uncomfortable.The whole experience was horrible . Good thing I tipped 20% anyway wouldn’t want someone to follow me out of the salon too. I have had many pedicures in my 68 years and they are the most unfriendly and not interested in customer satisfaction.

I’ve been going here for a while now and have had a great experience almost every time. They are very clean and accommodating. Whenever I ask for a design I get exactly what I want 😍 just make sure you call ahead for an appointment!

The staff was polite. Gelx nails take a century. And I got bit by something 22 times during my visit. I didnt know until I got home. My search for a nail tech continues.

They usually do a great job here and sometimes I tip and sometimes I don't. It just depends on what I have done and how it goes. I was not impressed when the manager chased me down to my car one time asking me why I didn't tip his technician after she did a basic manicure with regular polish. Not sure I'll go back.

When I make an appointment, they honor that appointment. Appointments should be the priority and Nail Story understands this. I left my old nail place because when I would make an appointment, they would sit me down, and then I had to wait forever because they were also taking walk-ins. Nail Story takes walks-in if they are not too busy, but if they are busy, they will tell you how long it will be or will tell you they cannot get you in. They are honest. They also do fantastic work. So, if you want to get in, make an appointment, and if you cannot make that appointment, be courteous and call.

first time coming here and absolutely loved it, great atmosphere, and very professional skilled work. i'm not sure the mans name who did my nails but i got the gel french manicure and he did an absolutely amazing job, also accidentally bumped my nail while he was painting the french tip and was extremely polite about it, fixed it within a few seconds. offered a massage, and moisturized hands with beautifully scented lotion afterwards so much detail in their work. super impressed, i've never had such a good experience at any salon, i will definitely be coming back again. 😁
