First of all you response to my review was false, I did not agree with the price that’s why we had an argument🤷🏾‍♀️ second did you read what I wrote or can you not comprehend? I was not dissatisfied with the work, it’s the price change when it comes to blacks and if you read your reviews a lot of people feel that way not just me so there is truth to this statement. I’m not a person that even do reviews or just to bash a company, you all change your prices all the time accordingly to black or white.

They do good nails no doubt, but black people are treated differently with pricing. I watched the guy charge this white lady 55 for a full set and tips. He charged me 85, when I said something I had to cuss him out cause he got so offended and that’s the reason I will not go back cause a full set and tips for 85 is insane.

They take their time to make sure your nails look the best. The artwork that they can do on nails is amazing, such a steady hand and great detail. Will definitely be going back.

I was in town and decided to get my nails done (got out of LaGrange for a bit, thank God). The lady that did my nails was very gentle, worked fast, the prices were much cheaper and a better selection of nail colors. Might be worth an hour drive to come back to my old stomping ground.

I went in for valentine day to get my feet done and the lady who did them was Not good she was ruff she rushed my toes she didn't even use the scrapper to get the dead skin off she also used two diffrent colors on my toes after I gave her my color my toes my toes are horrible after spending 55.00 for them I was a new customer and will not be returning.

Im not able to get extended nails but mines grow pretty fast, these are perfect for me and also feels very comfortable. I didnt make an appointment as i was told by a friend it would be cool to just walk In, she had gotten her nails done a few times and she had only great things to say, im usually worried they'd be hurtful. But it was a very fast and comfortable process.

Price changes regularly, but they're friendly, especially My I think is her name. And she shapes my natural nails like I want them. She's a great nail tech. 3 stars because of the price changing everything I go. Know the price and don't discuss while I'm sitting there. Makes me think you're trying to get me.

Spent $70 on a full set for the tech to make them way longer than I wanted after telling them multiple times that I have a toddler at home and need them shorter. She even added glitter to my nails without asking and the charged mw for it. Went back the next day to get them cut down due to being too long and was charged another $5 for this. Two days later, my nails are chipped. All within 4 days of the nail service. Will not be back. Since it will not let me reply, when I asked home much it would be… I was told $55 then when I got up to pay I was told $65. Hence why I would think I got charged for the glitter so my apologies on that one. But as I said, I did tell the tech several times that I have a 15 month old at home and needed them shorter to no avail hence why I tried to see if I could manage when the length for the evening and came back the next day. Thank you for the reply but I still will not be back.

This nail salon receives zero stars. The owner/manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. The rest of the nail techs are pretty friendly but their leadership is the reason they'll never receive my business. I waited nearly 2.5 hours to get my nails done (simple french tip fill in), there was a miscommunication by one of his staff who thought I was requesting a specific tech to do my nails. When they continued to take other customers before me I asked very politely where I was in line to get my fill in, the manager raised his voice and was very hostile telling me that I requested someone and will have to wait, after trying to explain to him I never requested anyone and have been patiently waiting he continued to come and get in my face raising his voice. Even two female techs apologized and hugged me when they realized they made a mistake, thinking I had requested someone...but the gentleman was way too abrasive and hostile for me to even feel safe getting my nails done there. He continued talking loudly, raises his hands. I immediately felt uncomfortable and left. I'll def be filing a complaint with the BBB and will not be doing any further business with this salon.

Fill in /design by Tan very pricey $100.00 don't think I'll go back, doesn't seem worth it. He told me $180.00 for rhinestones. I'll take my business elsewhere moving forward. 😌 thank you for your service & time.

I went to this place 2 weeks ago got my nails and toes done. I came back today for a fill in. Same lady with the Bob hair cut proceeds to take off my polish only to find I have fungus on my nail bed. She then says oh I can just put some alcohol on it. NEGATIVE! I tell her to take them off. (In all my years of getting my nails done I have never had fungus on my nail bed.) She then proceeds to cut my nails down cut my pinky finger and puts my nails in acetone. Let's just say I will never go back. They have too many clients and not enough nail techs. Which cause them to rush and allow for stuff like this to happen.

Spent 48$ on manicure with gel polish and it chipped within 4 days. They charged mee 33$ to redo my nails and now they have chipped within 2 days. They did nothing to fix the issue or provide a resolution for the problem. The customer service is horrible I will never waste any more money or time in this place.They rush the drying between coats and don't paint the side of your nails.

They change the price every time I go. I went a month ago and paid $70 for long coffin shaped nails, I just went there a week ago and it was $60 for the same length. They do a pretty decent job most of the time, this last time I was not very satisfied. She was rough, she did not take the acrylic all the way back to my nail bed, and the paint job was not that great. I definitely don’t think the prices are worth it, especially if they keep changing. They don’t even have any prices displayed anywhere in the salon. They just make up prices as they go.

This place has gone way done hill since I first started coming 10 years ago. The establishment used to be so professional and the nail techs were well trained. The nail art was dazzling and customer service was friendly, now the past few times I have came, I have waited for nearly an hour only to watch them seat a customer that came in after me. I walked out each time and said I would never go back but the soft spot in me kept wanting to give it one more chance needless to say I have been disappointed. This last time no one even acknowledged or greeted me and it was only me and one other woman waiting. I was there for an hour only to see them seat another girl for a pedicure when that's all I was there for. They have lost my business for good.
