I Went Here For My First And Last Time Ever… I Specifically Called For GLOW N THE DARK Which They Said They Had, I Got There And They Asked Me To Make Sure About 50+ Times If I Wanted Glow N The Dark And What All Else I Was Getting… Told Me To Pick Any Color And They Can Add Glow N The Dark… I Picked A Color And They Lied About The Glow N The Dark.. They Didn’t Listen To My Details And Even Acted As If They Did…. It Took 4 Nail Techs To Get Me “Done”… Lindsey Was Great With My Pedicure Just Didn’t Speak English And Still Didn’t Put Glow N The Dark After She Confirmed With 7 Other Coworkers…. Once I Got To The Woman Who Was Doing My Nails Which Was Supposed To Be Dip Powder, It Was Close To Her Time To Go Home So We Was Rushing And Doing A Horrible Job… So John Stepped In Placing Acrylic Over My Already Dip Powdered Nails As I Requested…. He Said He Did So To Be Able To Do The Glow N The Dark Top Coat So I Was Like Okay…. I Only Wanted The Tips To Glow And He Painted Over My Whole Nail Once Again Not Listening… They Close At 7pm But Were Still Taking 7pm Appointments… So John Finished My Hands, Cut Me Twice…. Then When I Reminded Him To Glow My Toes He Said It’s Too Late And That They Didn’t Charge Me For It And I Was Definitely Charged $10 Twice For Glow N The Dark… I Paid $140 For Bull Crap And Sloppy Rushed Work…. I’m Not Sure Why I Paid $140 For Fingertip Length NATURAL Dipped Mani And A French Tip Pedi That Were Both Supposed To Glow N The Dark…. But I’ll NEVER Go Here Again! It Has Barely Made 24 Hours & My Gel Paint He Put Over My Acrylic Which Was Neither One Asked For… Is Already Chipping Off 😡 They Fool You Being Nice With Massages At First But Afterwards Yeah They’re Not So Nice…

I wasn’t thrilled how my nails looked. The Manager was very nice and fixed them for me. I truly feel they want their clients to be happy with their nails. Very safe and wonderful atmosphere.

I came in on Dec 16 around noon. The nail tech was not friendly and very rude and made a face as I asked her for a glass of wine. The skin around my toe nail bed are so very sore. It wasn’t relaxing at all.

I been coming to this place for years . What made me love this place was how respectful and nice the staff was . And the free style set John did on my hand🥰🔥🔥 the style was everything . ….. so , I am a teacher during the mornings and a CNA and med tech at night . I worked two months straight with no days off in my med tech career, today 12/01/2024 was my first whole off day wanted to get some quick self care in. All I wanted was to get my feet did to feel some sense of control back in life. When I took my socks off my feet was ashy and no self care for two months honey the way they talked and judge me on my feet as if I had some type of disease my feet was just real ashy and I had med / short toe nails . I had on my translator and honey they talked about me bad smh I was gone leave but I wanted my feet done so bad on my day off uts a shame they judge me without knowing my life style. I take care of hundreds of people a day all I wanted was some self care time and also did a rush job on my feet .dont grammar check me . I rushed writing this 😂

I was recommended to Nail Time and Day Spa by a family member after recently moving here about a year ago. I’ve been here a few times and used Sandy and Vicki 2 with absolutely no issues. I loved both of their work! Unfortunately today I got someone different. I came in for a soak off and new set. I stated I needed a soak off to the receptionist as well as the nail tech. I told the nail tech twice before the service started I needed my current set SOAKED off. He started filing the nails down they usually do before soaking them off. Next thing I know the nail starts popping my nails off. I did have some that had already lifted and were barely hanging on. But once the nail tech got to my thumb that was NOT lifting whatsoever he tried to pry it off. When the tech forced it off he ended up ripping my real nail from the nail bed about 1/4 of the way up my nail. Of course my nails off started bleeding and the tech asked me if it hurt as if it wasn’t supposed too. He just ripped my nails off from my nail bed and it’s bleeding!! Of course it hurts! I then stated AGAIN that’s why I said to soak them off. I wish I would have gotten a picture before the tech put the solution on it to stop the bleeding. These were supposed to be my birthday nails since my birthday is in a couple days. Now my nail is burning and throbbing in pain and will be for my birthday. If it wasn’t for me being a really nice person I would not have tipped. This wasn’t the first time I got a tech there that didn’t listen when I said to soak my nails off. I had a previous experience with another tech who I mentioned several times I wanted to soak a current set off before having a new set applied. I told the tech several times while she was trying to pry the set I had on off that I asked to soak them off. Eventually that tech soaked them off but it took 4 or 5 times telling the nail tech I wanted them soaked off.

Vickie 1 is the bomb. Best pedicure ever. She doesn't rush you, gets the callouses off and gives amazing massages. Would give 10* if I could.

We were denied service because they close at 5. Mind you it’s only 3:45pm it was two kids pedi and and two gel I even offered to not get mine done to at least accommodate my girls. The guy was extremely rude and said sorry no more, come back or leave your phone number. My girls were super upset and were looking forward to getting a pedi. Won’t be coming back.

Love this place. Vivian and Anna are amazing at pedicures and manicures. My husband is a hard man to please when it comes to this kinda thing but he has found his spot and completely relaxing friendly speak good English and very much both ladies pay attention to the details and don’t miss a beat. Thank you ladies for taking such great care of my husband and I.😃

I was hopeful to find a new salon after moving to this area and the reviews online were good. This was the most unsanitary nail salon I’ve ever been to. For my pedicure, the tools were not sanitized and were loosely in the technicians box. The exfoliating tools were not sanitized prior to, and they just dipped it in the water to clean it off before putting it on my feet. At literally every other nail salon I’ve ever been to, I’ve never been charged for getting my nails and feet done at the same time- I was charged an express fee without being told. The guy doing my nails turned to cough mid session, covered his cough with his HANDS (no gloves) and then grabbed my hands and kept working. I was in shock. Final top coat flooded my nail beds, sloppy French pedi, polish smeared and top coat on my skin (tried to attach pictures to show). $100 total. Here’s to hoping I do not get a staph infection after this session. Please do not go here if you are looking for a sanitary session and hidden fees.
