This is the best place I’ve been to in a long time. Everyone is so nice and this is the second time getting my nails done by Bob. He takes his time and really listens to what I’m asking. Love my nails 💅🏻

Hands down the best experience I've had. My nail tech listened to everything I wanted as well as gave me great suggestions. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name but I will be returning to Nail Zone.

I don’t get my nails done often because it is so expensive and usually uncomfortable for an introvert like me, but I’ve been coming here for about a year now and I can say that I do not have to worry! I have been lucky enough to get Thi two of the times I went and she is so sweet and talented. The salon is cute and comfortable, they accommodate any changes or clarifications while working, and it is affordable.

I’ve been getting my nails by Bob for a while now and he’s the only reason to come to this salon. The owners are inconsistent on their pricing it’s whatever they feel like charging that day. I have no problem paying for the great work Bob does but the inconsistency is frustrating. They think because I know Bob I think I should get a discount which I never said or ever asked for. They say the price is up to Bob which he is never involved in the pricing when I ask it’s always up to Tim and Sophie. There is no set price on the website or in the salon it’s just a starting price. If you come to this nail salon only ask for Bob he will literally do exactly what you ask him to do and is very detail oriented. It has nothing to do with the amount I’m paying and everything to do with consistency. Sometimes I get a complicated design and it ends up less than an easier design I get. This time a fill was $70 because I have “extra long nails” and with the design was $105 when two weeks prior I had a brand new set and complicated design and it was only $130. Jon I believe, was very precise and steady when doing my nails. He was patient and cared about my feelings, as he asked multiple times to tell him if I felt in any type of pain. The place is a bit pricey but that is expected for pedicures! Overall, a clean and great place!

I’ve gotten acrylic nails with design and a pedicure with different people. Overall is a nice and clean place with affordable prices. If you like designs, then I recommend Sophie as she does a great job and is so gentle! This is a picture of her art

Love this place, I’ve gotten regular manicures, pedicures, and apres gel x nails. Each artist is amazing, you can’t go wrong 💕 (the picture included is 2 weeks after getting them done)

Such a hidden gem! Booking online was the initial draw to this place. It’s also hard to find a nice pedicure where they take their time and actually do all the steps as far as the massage, the warm towel, etc. what I received here as a standard pedicure would be a delux pedicure somewhere else. She took about an hour to do my french tip pedicure just to put a number on how much attention she gave to my service. I then got a manicure, which also was done precisely. Emily did both services and I will definitely be back to see her!

This was my second time taking my wife in for our pedicures, and she got a manicure. Clean environment. Kind service. Comfortable massage chairs. We enjoy treating ourselves here and leave feeling refreshed.

I’ve been going to NailZone since it opened. I usually only have Tim do my nails, but this time Sophie did them I’m always undecided on what designs to get. But Sophie showed me a glitter powder that was perfect and no design needed. I needed a new full set and they came out GREAT!! Thank you Sophie 😊

Friendly service in a timely manner. The owner was very sweet. I got a gel pedi and gel overlay on my hands. Relaxing atmosphere. If your looking for a cheap deal this is not the place to go. It was worth every penny. The prices are in keeping with the average prices for both. ~~~ Servicio amigable. El dueño fue muy dulce. Me puse un pedicura en gel y una capa de gel en las manos. Ambiente relajante. Si buscas una oferta barata, este no es el lugar para ir. Vale la pena cada centavo. I scheduled my appointment days in advance. I had an event coming up and was looking forward to getting my nails done. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment at 12pm. Right around 12 a lady came up to me and informed me that the person who was supposed to do my nails was running behind, apparently the customer they were working on decided on a full set instead of a fill. She asked me if I could come back later and I explained I could not . Clearly, they don't care about their customer's time. I drove out of my way for this appointment and planned my schedule around this. I would have appreciated a call before I got there letting me know the person was running behind because they must have realized it was going to take them longer once the customer asked for a full set. Instead, they waited to tell me when I was already there if I could come back later. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I don't get the point of having the option to schedule an appointment when you don't get seen at your scheduled time.

I was a first time customer and really wanted the louis vuitton pink nails the technician said they didn't have that color so he would do something else that was pretty well after seeing what he was doing I should've said no thx, instead I paid $80 for nails that were easy to bend and broke off in a week I won't ever go back there again.

This place was amazing it was my first time getting acrylics and the guy did an amazing job was sweet and kind and made sure I was ok with everything I took my mom and Aunt here for the first time too and they absolutely loved it we will all be coming back for another girls day

Been in tucson 2 years trying to find a good nail place and I finally did the NAIL ZONE!!! It's the spot very friendly clean and my nails done exactly how I wanted no complaint at all . Thank you Nail Zone very impressed!!! I highly recommend this place 👌

Prices are pretty fair for their work, they’re very good at making sure you’re okay with the progress, which I appreciated. Atmosphere is calm and quiet, would recommend for a self care day 😊

I came in for my birthday set after getting disappointed w another salon - they did SO well exactly like the picture and so dedicated to detail. It was beautiful and clean too will be coming back

I got a hot stone pedicure with gel polish and in 4 days it started to chip off. It could be because the lady was rushing the polish procedure with no reason and didn’t let the layers to dry for 60 sec, instead most layers was hold under UV for only 40 sec. I also noticed at home that callus removal job on some areas could have been done better. They charged me extra $15 for gel polish + $55 for pedi and I left a good tip because I liked the service at that moment. But now I feel really bummed that it lasted only 4 days!
