Was seated fairly quickly for a pedicure but I won’t be coming back. I did not expect to just have my feet washed with hand soap! I did not receive the pedicure I thought.. if you just want to wash your feet save your $ and time:

Do not tell customers 30 mins if it’s 45 to an hour Don’t seat customers who came AFTER other customers just to appease their funky attitudes.

Please shut this place down or find new owners! They never have staff to do an eyebrow wax or a pedicure. I was told it was going to be an hr for an eyebrow wax because there doing bikini wax’s…There was two employees doing absolutely nothing !! I don’t know how there still in business..

I went in for a quick nail fix, the lady in the front helped right away, I told her I broke a nail she said, you need a fill me: me thinking i can go another week I told her no thank you, I have a ombre pink & white the lady behind her did my nails 2 weeks prior so she tells me it might not match, I told her can't you ask her which pink she used.anyhoo she's fixing my nail & asked if I wanted a eyebrow wax I thought why not I usually go to Walmart but what the heck I'm here already!! NEVER AGAIN!! She burned me not once but twice both eyelids! Horrible!!

Kim Told me to come back at 2:30 and then all the workers started accusing me of not liking my nails from like a month ago. Never once did I say I didn’t like them and Kim nor Steven could give me a straight answer.. tried to ignore me. And then they tried to say they were booked all day. I came here for years with my mother and was treated so terribly today. Never coming back. Lost a really loyal client.

I called and spoke to Lynn at 12pm, she scheduled me for 2pm same day… I drove almost an hour and showed up 3 minutes early for her to tell me “I’m too busy, I have someone now”. After I reminded her of our phone call she didn’t seem to care and told me to go to other lady who had appointments she needed to get in, as she should! I always tip generously because I also work in the service industry, so I’m not sure why I was treated this way today. I won’t be returning, and will gladly take my business elsewhere where they appreciate returning customers who tip well, like myself.

Absolutely perfect! My nail tech was patient and sweet with all my critiques. My nails came out beautifully and it didn't take too long! I will definitely be returning.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visits and will return. I especially liked Victoria. Her English was good and her service even better. Update - No English today, no one offered to help after being rushed to sit down. Three people sitting around doing nothing. No other customers Waited, waited, then left.

If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. I came in for a nail set and a pedicure and it was a complete waste of my time and money. Not only did the nail tech rush through my service because someone else walked in but she knicked me several times on my toes. Not to mention the pedicure job itself is so ugly I could’ve honestly done a better job painting my nails at home for free. And because she was rushing to take the next client she forgot that I had also asked her for a nail set. So she told me I had to wait an extra 30 minutes while she took the next client. Don’t bother coming here. They have terrible customer service and they do a terrible job. I won’t be coming back and don’t recommend anyone to waste their time. This is how she left my toes. It wasn’t even worth the $45.

So I accidentally forgot my wallet and offered to pay through Zelle, cash app, Apple Pay, pay pal, and was told no to all and given attitude by a female worker. I tried my best to be polite cause I understand how much of an inconvenience this could be to the establishment on MY part. BUT the woman who I was talking to gave me lots of attitude after she rushed my nails and she told me “you’re going to tip right” basically forcing a tip and speaking condescendingly towards me. Mind you my toes weren’t even shaped, it looked rushed, and my nails (French tips) are different shapes. USUALLY I would say something then and there but I felt rushed out of both chairs. Back to the payment. I PAID the woman through Zelle to which she said I didn’t and announced to basically everyone in there, gave me attitude, and told me to talk to “HER” pointing to another female worker (and I had the transaction and emails to prove so.) I ended up having to pay the other worker through Apple Pay and cancel the first payment the other lady was much nicer and understanding. Overall I didn’t like how the service was rushed in the first place and how I was spoken to rudely when the whole payment situation went down it gave me major anxiety.

I wasn't going to post this pic because the lady that did it was nice, but the more I look at it, the more I regret not waiting til Steve the nail tech was available. I'm not familiar with the others, but I can guarantee you Steve would not do a lumpy mess like this nail.

This is the second time I've been there first time staff was friendly and professional, went today called prior to going with no answer, when I got there staff was not as friendly especially when I told her that the phone was not answered prior to going, was told to sign in which I did wait was not long and pedicure was good but was told the person doing pedicure didn't speak English although she did tell me good morning, I as the only customer there when an elderly lady came in for services and was told she had to wait 1/3 hours before getting service someone else walked in and was taking in immediately for services need less to say that the elderly lady left after waiting 45 minutes for services, this was very unprofessional especially since there was only 2 customers at the time

My wife and I were in there today for a pedicure and the lady that took care of me and the man that took care of my wife they both did an excellent job. It was getting busy while we were there but they did not rush to do the service. They definitely earned our business for years to come.

Noticed blacking under my nails one day after using this nail salon. I Thought I had scuffed my nail until I noticed more nails changed colors also. After one of my nails broke off it revealed this horrendous discoloration. Not certain if this is contamination but something’s not right obviously.

Terrible. Place is unkept, old, and dirty. Witnessed a guy dropping his scrub brush on the floor and then dipped it into the water and proceeded on the customer's foot. That is disgusting. Nail polish on my own nails did not last even a month. Peeled off after two weeks.

This place was not friendly, the color i wanted they didn’t have, the shade is not how i liked it, and they change us for more than we should have pay for. I was on vacation too and they nail place was dirty and just not clean and they was even couple of buys inside the place.
