I’ve been coming here for quite a while and sometimes I need a walk in and they’re always available. This time I did my nails with Gaby and it was an amazing service. She really did a great job! The place is always clean cozy and the staff is professional.

I had to visit Nailbox Miami unexpectedly today as I broke a nail before my cruise. Their staff was very helpful and able to do my nails, my nail tech Suset was very attentive and did my nails really well. I’d recommend them if you’re in the Miami area.

My nails came out good and the price was fair but I’m scared to go back because their sanitation is questionable. My nail tech grabbed some metal tools from the back and from her cart, but they did not come in the little plastic bag showing they’ve been sterilized. Despite this good work i don’t think i will risk coming back—there’s too many stories these days of women catching hiv, infections, etc from contamination in nail salons. If im wrong and the tools are sanitized, it would be so reassuring to the clients to see the tools come out of the sterilization pack or the blue sterilizing chemicals. 😓 otherwise i did enjoy the quality of the nails

In love with my nails. Beautiful atmosphere. (Would be nice to have a lil drinky drink 😉 🍷 ) but overall great experience. I was able to walk in but I recommend to call first or set an appointment.

I requested a structured manicure with Funny Bunny over black French tips and a gel pedicure. Sikhyu was amazing, she was focused, attentive, and really careful with the details. My nails are exactly how I like them, and she even took extra care with my pedicure, knowing I’m prone to ingrown nails. I love the results and will definitely be back for her.

Although the work is great, this person leaves hateful comments on many techs all over the world’s posts for literally no reason !😂😂 ON HER BUSINESS ACCOUNT TOO😂 very bitter female and UGLY behavior! you’d think for having her own shop and clientele she wouldn’t have time for that but guess she’s not that busy :(

I am probably the hands down pickiest client to ever walk into a nail salon but let me tell you they nail it every time! There was only once where I didn’t LOVE the color and the manager was PROMPT to have someone fix it right away and the nails stayed on a MONTH!!!! They do get booked and busy because they are just that good!! However I can usually get a same day appointment if I call during the week! I did have to go to another salon once bc they were booked on a weekend I needed a fill and I paid the same price just to leave crying.. it made me realize how great this salon is!! I refuse to go anywhere else. They do the cuticle like Russian manicure too which I love! This is the only salon where I don’t have to monitor the nail tech and can relax and just trust it’s going to be exactly what I want.. they have a lot of talented techs which is also rare bc usually salons have like one or two good techs. I just moved to Miami so unfortunately, I don’t speak much Spanish but they are very accommodating to that for me as well and make sure to still give me excellent service! Such a fun salon.. the nail techs are such a vibe! ♥️ Have to edit bc Helen is really THAT girl! Ask for her!! She got this done fast and she’s such a sweetheart!

I usually get a good service here, unfortunately I’ve noticed they don’t properly desinfecte their tools or nail fail so the same trimmers and cuticle pushers/ drills are used client after client. Also my last mani last 2 days 😞 the gel (Valentino) never curated so I had paint bubbles

If you are a person of non-hispanic decent do not visit this salon. The nail techs try to only speak in Spanish and are extremely rude. I visited this salon on vacation fwith my daughter. We are from Chicago and we are black. I made an appointment but we're left standing at the door while everyone stared at us like we were lost. Just as I was preparing to leave because I could tell my daughter was uncomfortable they seated us. The nail tech who helped me has a tattoo on her left upper arm and a long sleek high ponytail. She was rude and rough with the pedicure. When I said for hot water she pretended not to understand. When I asked her to use more lotion because told her colleages in Spanish that she would charge me for a pedicure and a massage. I immediately told her not to touch me because I didn't want to continue to allow her to disrespect me. I guess she didn't know that I understand Spanish. I understand that racism still very much exists and it's sad that my daughter and I had this experience on our vacation to Miami. I did not even finish my services because I was hurt and felt very disrespected. I just paid and waiting for my daughter to finish her services. I wanted to avoid any further incident. Long story short, black dollars are not respected here. Please be aware of this nail salon.

Someone recommended this place and I wanted to try it out. If you're looking to relax or expect a good pedicure, I don't think this is the place for you, but if you're looking for a quick pedicure, it's fine. I paid $41 + tips and the girl was nice.

The customer service started out okay until my conversation with one of the employees was rudely interrupted by another employee. In the midst of her asking what services I needed, the rude employee interrupted and said they were no longer taking customers. As a women my feelings are hurt by this disrespect and possible discrimination, as I am a women of color. As a business women myself I still wish them the best of luck with their business but it is clearly obvious all walks of life are not welcomed.

This place sucks indefinitely! This is the second time they canceled my appointment for no reason , not reliable at all! Would never recommend to anyone . Be careful for making an appointment they will cancel with no explanation!

Unfortunately I’m not one to write reviews but I got charged $111 for a mani pedi gel so I have no clue who thinks this is affordable. My nails on my toes weren’t even filed correctly, they were at a weird angle, my nails aren’t even shaped at any angles. My hands were ok but def not good, they were filed previously to the shape I wanted by someone else at a different salon so that’s what saved them I believe. On my hands all my nails have extra nail polish at the tip and it’s noticeable that the polish isn’t even and you can see it and feel it, this was really not worth it. I also had to file some of my nails on my own to fix them bc they made them too thin except for my thumbs? One of my nails even broke a couple days after (not the one I filed funny enough, waiting for another one to break).
