Got pedi/mani with gel. Tech was very kind, helpful, and great at her job. I called at 9:30 am for an appointment and there was no wait. I was in the parking lot so walked in and was helped right away. Massage chair was relaxing; background music was soothing, and I recommend them, especially if you’re near the Orlando International Airport. Regular mani/pedi is $53, which is a great price but I paid extra for the gel. This treat helped me kill time while waiting for my flight.

came in for a full set with french tips & pedicure, Le was great. i am a quiet customer but he checked in with me throughout both services. it was quiet on a sunday afternoon, definitely appointment recommended if on a Sunday, i’m glad i got in when i could! will be back, worth the 30 mins drive.

Worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had. I made an appointment for 10:15am, wasn’t even taken to the pedicure chair till 10:35am. I came with a friend who had an appointment at 10:30 am for a mani and pedi I was told, not asked but told I would have to wait for my friend to get her nails done first before getting my pedi, that I had scheduled an appointment for. What’s the point of an appointment if you’re seen as a walk in? When I arrived every technician was being seen. Then when I finally got to the spa the man that was doing my toes rushed my pedicure, that was suppose to be a long service since it was one of their more expensive ones. He barely massaged my leg/feet, when you pay for a pedicure that’s one thing you look forward too, and I received less than that. I paid more to receive worst service than my friend who got a deluxe for $20 cheaper. on top of that he never communicated he needed me to put a foot in or out of the soak tub. I barely got to soak my feet. He only mentioned that gel would be an up charge. I denied the gel, and got French tip toes. It was sloppy French tip and the tip is already smeared. I sat in the chair for an extra 20 mins so they could dry, but they didn’t. When I went to pay I was surprised by a $5 charge for French tip. He never mentioned I would be charged more for French tips. I was sat next to another lady when they had every chair open but hers. Which is fine, but they never disinfected her chair after she left only removed the bag they washed her toes in, and sat another customer in THAT SAME CHAIR!!!! Disgusting! I’m Highly disappointed in my service, and would never recommend anyone to this salon for the price and terrible service provided.

Couldn't get in my “usual place” when I called ahead, so checked them out today based on location and google ratings, and so happy i did! Polite, clean and very reasonably priced for the services given! Had deluxe spa pedi and mani, gel french and am so happy with the overall experience and outcome! Will defiantly be coming back. Thank you, Le!

I went to Nail’d it as a recommendation from a friend and they did not disappoint. Leon definitely has a happy customer in me. I’ve never had some pay more attention to not cutting my cuticles with the filing tool and I loved it! He was also quite gentle when maneuvering my hands. Plus, I am not a chatty Cathy when it comes to my nails, so I’m not offended in the least when people don’t really want to talk. Thanks Leon! I’ll definitely be back.

*UPDATE* I'm so disappointed. Sad to say, I haven't been to this salon in a while because of how bad they did a refill of my nails. I was completely in love with the color and design I chose... until my gel extensions fell off my nails after 9 days like glued press ons. They are so kind, and I love how long my nails last after every visit.

I forgot to ask for the name of the person who did my nails but he sits on the second chair, he was fast and efficient and i have to say y really love my nails ❤️
