First time in absolutely wonderful, second time in not so grand, the tech that did me did me both times, and while he was able to accommodate me very early in the morning, I'm bummed that this time feels like a very rush job, the hard gel is not edge to edge, it is showing my natural nail around it, and I got a small cut from the e-file it does not look professional 😭, the staff and tech is very sweet but not sure if I'll give another try, The tech came highly recommend, hence why I went. Supper bummed

This nail salon looks different in person, even the color of the chairs is different. It is not very clean - I noticed dirty lamps, dirty chairs Limited nail polish color selection They don't have nail color charts, saying "they are working on getting them." The girl doing my nails seemed inexperienced, or poorly educated on her job.she was rough with my nails, and proceeded to file off the entire layer of gel polish, not just thw top coat, with an electric file down to the bare nail. This is not standard practice and damages my nails, in my opinion. I had to insist that she use acetone to remove the polish. She tried suggesting we turn down the file as acetone would take longer. I refused, and she agreed to acetone removal - clumsily crinkled foils around my toenails and said she would go to the break room and would be back in 15 minutes. I never had a nail tech leave me during an appointment and say they will be back in 15. The other nail salons use the time to do something else, like get my nail polish colors or do massage. I think the nail tech was nice and tried to do the best job that she can, however I believe the salon management did a bad job educating their employees on the standards of care. The salon also has poor standards for staff uniforms. The man who was in the salon was dressed okay, but it totally looked like he walked off the street, not matching the salon aesthetic at all. It's too casual for the service. My nail tech was dressed in lounge clothes, with a crop top hanging off her shoulders and showing cleveage. Pedicure chairs are uncomfortable, and half the buttons don't work. Overall, it was a very stressful experience - I cut my service short after the polish removal. The skin around my nails was hurting, my feel were hurting. I'm not coming back and do not recommend it if you care for your feet and your health.

I had a great experience at this nail salon. Came in for a last minute pedicure, I got in quick and was taken care of. Definitely recommend!

I had the most amazing time! My friends and I came in with a big group for pedicures. They were so accommodating and our nails turned out fantastic. I got gel while a couple others got regular polish and they all looked great.

My MIL and I go every 6 weeks - every nail tech we have had has been great. We do the pedicures + callus remover and are always happy.

The great part was that they spoke English, were very friendly and didn’t spend the entire time talking with each other. The bad part is the pedicure was very mediocre. First of all, they don’t give you the prices upfront, I didn’t see any list on the wall or a card that gives the rundown on all the services like other salons I’ve been in. I did get a pedicure with a callus remover, salt scrub and massage, but barely got any remover, and the massage with the scrub and lotion was almost nonexistent. In addition, their air-conditioning wasn’t working well and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable, will not be returning.

I called in last minute and they were able accommodate me. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. Kim was very gentle and meticulous. Wonderful conversation, I will be going back.

I came in for a pedicure with my sister and Hanna did the best pedicure I’ve had in my life. She was very gentle and it looks and feels amazing. This is my place now. So grateful for all the staff. Very sweet and knowledgeable.

I happened to randomly pop into this salon to avoid traffic & hopes for the best based on the online Google reviews. 3 ladies were available yet I was placed with the least experienced of the crew. I remained optimistic as everyone deserves a chance to learn their skill. I spent nearly 2 hours to remove acrylic and do a simple short nail gel manicure. Not only did they not have 4 of the 5 colors I selected, but my Cuticles weren’t cut properly and polish was thinly applied. I was surprised to be charged $50 for such basic amateur service & mentioned my dissatisfaction to the lady in charge (btw I still tipped the artist 20% anyway out of respect for her time). She could care less how I felt, zero empathy or apologies. I wasn’t going to take the time to leave a negative review until 2 days later my gel polish completely peeled off one nail, gel is chipping on a 2nd one. These nails won’t even last 1 week let alone 2days. $50 thrown down the drain on nails that aren’t even the color I wanted, cuticles are a hot mess… All would be ok for a beginner learning but I should have been charged for services appropriately. Also, FYI - it’s not good business practice to pay customers for positive Google reviews, yet you’ll find signs in every station paying $5 discounts for doing so. Beware of fake, “paid” reviews. Very unsatisfactory experience, but it’s pretty obvious they could care less about that.

I’m a guy and I got a basic mani and pedi just to keep my nails clean and Briana did such a good job. She makes sure you’re comfortable and keep a conversation and all the nails she’s done on other people look so good. If you’re looking for someone to do you’re nails, Briana is the one.

My sister & I had pedicures & we were both very disappointed. The staff was very nice so we tipped well but after we left we noticed we both had a couple chips/dings in our polish. 1 of mine was from the cotton they use to separate the toes. Then only a couple hours later, we both had multiple chips/dings…. !! Neither of us ever had this happen before so we’re both shocked & upset about it. :(

Not what I was expecting after reading reviews. Got a gel pedicure and my toes came out looking like this after an hour in the chair. I was so sweaty and my behind fell asleep so I didn't go back in to fix them but I was definitely overcharged (around $60) for this.

They have implacable service. The girls that did my family’s nails were kind and getting the job done. This is an amazing place to get your nails done. I recommend coming here and I will definitely be back. They allow kids and they have patience with all costumers. There was only 2 girls that did 9 people’s nails. Walked in and turned right around!! This place is soooo dirty. If you can’t clean your walls/behind chairs. Then I can’t expect sanitary equipment. I asked a friend about it and she said went once; they used dirty towels and used tools for her pedicure! 🤮 they also pay for 5 star reviews so those must be fake…..

Was charged $22 to get nail acrylics removed and no color, massage, or scrub? Nail tech made my nail bleed and they didn’t seem to switch out the towel used before me. After nail acrylics were removed they didn’t even ask me to wash my hands. Place didn’t look super clean either. But nail tech was nice.
