Love the attentiveness & kindness of the staff at Nailed it Spa! I came in for a pedi + gel and my nails came out great! They take their time on removing dead skin and leave your feet soft and moisturized. It was my boyfriend’s first time and he loved it! The mimosas are the icing on the cake! Thank you Nailed it spa staff!!

My only reason for this review is to hopefully help someone not have the same experience as I did. So let's start with how I wasn't asked for water or any kind of beverage my entire pedicure. Mind you, the pedicure I bought which was $63 said it included a drink, but was not asked once. Not even for water. The young lady doing my pedicure cut my skin on both my big toes. Never apologized, but did put some kind of antibiotic liquid on it which burned like hell. I will include pictures of my toes. I had to REMIND the nail tech 3 times to cure my gel. She kept forgetting to do so. Overall worse pedicure I have EVER gotten. I don't do this often & when I do I look forward to a good experience. This was the complete opposite. Sadly I will not be returning to this place I used to always go too. Beware please, the young gal didn't seem experienced or licensed for that matter. Who the hell forgets to CURE GEL?!? Just wild. & to charge people $60. You better off going somewhere else!!!

I was in search of a new nail salon and I came across this one on google. It’s in a good area and they gave me the BEST service. They were really friendly and welcoming. The guy who did my nails did an amazing job!! And i felt bad because the design I showed him was a bit hard but he managed to do it. I am definitely coming here from now on and I recommend you do too. The prices are not bad either 😊

I've been twice now and both times my services have turned out great. Very detailed, cleaned the edges and made sure it was well filed. I'll be going here for the foreseeable future. Thanks for a great nail location! 9/15/23 - Just went again and took my daughter for her first time and they took care of us both so great. A fun experience together.

They were very accommodating to my 8 yr old princess who insisted she wanted to get her nails done on her birthday. They were very gentle, used nontoxic polish, and hasn't stopped smiling yet. 😊

My experience here was amazing. They got me back quickly, and the people there were very nice. I didn't have to wait for very long to get my pedicure started, and it was over before I knew it. They also made sure I was comfortable and made sure to not do anything that made me uncomfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone, truly great experience

What a joke this place is. My daughter had a manicure and pedicure here and she left crying. 1st they refused to use a gift certificate, but she said ok and would pay and deal with it later. She showed a picture of what she wanted and the nail tech kept trying to change her mind and continously claimed "This is better." My daughter ended up having them remove it and they charged her to do that. They didn't clean under the nails and did not clean tools!! It's unfortunate that they took advantage of a young lady and don't care that a prom dance is important to a young lady!! PATHETIC!!!

Amazing, attentive, just the best. I'm a repeat customer and will continue to be. Ive had manicures and pedicures from multiple techs, and they are all great. Kim did my last pedicure. She is the absolute best. Friendly and the massage was awesome. Can't say enough good things about Nailed It Spa, go and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed :)

I originally came in a week ago and this same thumb nail had already chipped three days after the service; I went back in and now it’s chipping worse the second time! My index finger nail broke and my middle finger nail is lifting so bad I’m afraid to use that particular hand. I’ve never had so many issues with short acrylic nails. It makes me sad that I paid $60 for this headache! The staff is very sweet but if you’re going to charge such high prices the work should be more reliable and quality!! Also if there are any fees associated with what is being requested you should mention that to the customer instead of shocking them with the unexpectedly high total when it’s time to check out

I took my grandmother here and she has really high expectations when it comes to her nails. We both loved the service and they did such a great job. Shoutout to Kimmy and Nancy! We have found our forever nail spa.

I was serviced very quickly but felt kind of rushed picking my colors. Pedicure by Kimmy was 5 stars. My manicure was disappointing , two of my nails broke the next day. I only went to this spa because of the photos of nail designs on their reviews but the nail tech said she couldn’t do anything but basic color… she didn’t even ask how I wanted them shaped or alternate designs. will not be coming again.

My bestfriend and I came to get a classic gel manicure and pedicure (although I got acrylics) with just black. I wanted short coffin/ballerina shape but they are fairly wide. Also the signature pedicure that we both got was supposed to be $25, we got gel as well and they told us it's $5 more. We were both charged $40 for our pedicures. Her total price came out to about $80 and mine came out to about $95. The service was good and the people were nice, we just both feel like we really got played with the pricing.
