I went to this wonderful nail shop (Nailed It PDX), my nail technician (Hanson) was so polite, engaging, efficient. He did my nails perfectly w/o instructions. I will definitely return to this business after a horrible experience at a previous business.

Make sure to time your massages as proof and Make sure they specify before getting any services here if your massage is going to be the time they claimed or the service overall. I had came in explained I wanted a massage we agreed on a 30min massage with hot rocks and paraffin wax for $50. As soon as the massage started I started timing on my phone because I didn’t see the lady put a timer on herself like I seen at other salons that are true to what they do so I knew it was going to end up cheaped out and sure enough by the end of the massage that felt like she was just rubbing her hands over my legs it was a time 18:51. In the end the lady at the front switch her words around and tried saying the whole service itself would be 30mins. During my massage the lady herself walked away passing time and that’s not time I included into the actual massage itself that would be a 30 min service I think if you want customers to come here you should be a person of your word and be honest on what exactly your giving. I’m not a cheap person I wasn’t even paying myself my boyfriend was treating me and we were in the area.At the end of the day people are gonna want what they paid for and this place was not giving that. The lady working on my boyfriend did fine but he wasn’t paying attention to the massage times for his own so I can’t speak on the lady that did his I will say she was being very kind and even put his socks on him afterwards. Me and my partner are both hardworking people and we like to splurge money on a bunch of fancy massage places and go get pedicures together so we try a bunch of different ones and this one I’ll say we won’t be back to.

Gave me an ingrown toe nail and super painful during. Paid for expensive pedicure but I've had better done for way cheaper. I wouldn't reccomend.

I had a pedicure with Anne and it was probably the worst pedicure I've ever had. I paid 40 dollars for this pedicure, there was no massage involved she massaged my feet for maybe 7 seconds and was done. I definitely felt that it was all rushed. The nail polish that was put on my feet came off almost instantly it was gooey and did not want to dry. Definitely don't recommend and will not be back

Kenny did Gel X on my nails, it was my first time getting this service done, and he did an amazing job! I gave him an inspiration photo for a fun New Years sparkly ombre french tip with little stars. He executed the design pretty perfectly and was very sweet and talkative! I really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be back. A little pricey but I think it is worth it!

I had an amazing experience at Nailed it pdx!! The shop has a very cute and cozy vibe, they offer you drinks and make you feel very comfortable. Everyone working there was so nice and friendly, definitely the best salon I’ve been to in Portland. I got a detailed design on my full set and Zoe did an amazing job! I love my nails and will definitely be returning!

I went there and was afraid becuse i am aucb a picky person, they were so friendly, i was amazed with kenny’s job he did my nails in such a professional way, you can tell from the picture, i would definitely book with him again, i am so glad i went there. Got my nails done today! Quick and easy booking online!! I picked anyone but got blessed by Trish!!!! She was amazing, I showed her my 2 pictures and said I trust you! She took my photos and made it even better! Only thing this was my second time there and I wasn’t offered drinks like last time maybe that just comes with pedicure services not sure but love this place! Try this place you won’t be disappointed!

Kenny did SUCH an amazing job with my full set! I came in wanting a pretty specific holiday themed nail design with cat eye shimmer and overlayed transparent red. He knew exactly what I wanted from the picture I showed him. I have to say that I left with nails even prettier than the inspo pic! I will definitely be back, I’m so happy I found this place! The staff is kind, they offer same day appointments, and they have a great selection of gel polish colors. However, both times I have gone I have had issues with the quality of service and cleanliness. My most recent trip, my tech sped through my service. First, an e file was used to remove my entire previous set, instead of being combined with a soak off, leaving my nails thin and brittle. Then, the dust from the e file was left on my hands and all the equipment throughout my appointment; rather than having me wash my hands before the new set was applied. This led to dust getting into my new gel set. Finally, my gel was not properly cured, and it has begun to peel within three days, which is very disappointing as I get gel for its longevity.

my gf and I recently went to Nailed it PDX under its new ownership. The salon has undergone a stunning remodeling, and I couldn't be more impressed! As we step inside we were greeted by a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The new décor features a modern aesthetic with soft lighting and elegant background that creates a relaxing ambiance. The staff are friendly and professional. The salon was impeccably clean and good hygiene. We got pedicures along with complimentary drink! and was delighted by the technician's attention to detail and professionalism. My gf also got her nails done by Uyen and they looked fabulous. I highly recommend visiting this salon for anyone looking to indulge in some pampering and top-notch services.

I've been going here for 6 months and it's amazing. My nail guy Kenny always makes sure my nails come out perfect. The environment is super welcoming and relaxing. I'll be going back for years to come.

Kenny did an amazingggggg job on my nails, I had specific request and he knew exactly what to do and made my nails soooo beautiful, the shop is comfortable and everybody is friendly and ensures you get what you want !! Definitely recommend this place !!!

Second time visiting this salon and had a great experience both times, respectively w Trish and Liam. Fast paced services and techs are very friendly, fair pricing with add ons not being too significant. I also had an issue (my own fault) having broken a nail at work and they were happy to accommodate and fix it quickly and accurately :)

The shop wasn't clean and the staff was extremely rude. Thier work isn't anything like thier advertised pictures.
