Amazing service. I got an acrylic fill and they did a beautiful job. Salon is very clean and everyone is very attentive and friendly! My new favorite nail place 😁

Came in a a broken nail half way down into my nail bed. Hai did a beautiful homered french acrylic to repair the nail and transformed them I to my best manicure ever! Officially obsessed!!

Was able to walk in with a friend for a pedicure. We only did nail polish, no gel. They attended my friend first since she was going to get an acrylic set done after her pedicure. I was a bit forgotten about and the tub water almost overflowed had I not mentioned it to the nail tech taking care of my friend next to me. Seemed like a lot was going on/they were taking care of a lot of people at once. I got a deluxe pedi but my feet still feel pretty rough/callused after. I think there are better places, but if you are in a pinch it’s not too bad.

I had the most amazing experience! I always go to Sandra. I’ve been going there ever since I started getting my nails done and she’s been nothing but great. She actually did this set! The whole staff is also amazing no matter who you get. I also love Tracy for my pedicure and my eyebrows. Either way I always have a great experience every time I go no matter who I get.

I asked for nail extensions on two of my nails to match the length of the rest of my natural nails that I’ve been growing for months. The woman misunderstood me and cut all of my nails to the length of the two short ones. I know it’s just nails, but i’m pretty devastated to have super short nails after working on growing them out for so long. The manager gave me a discount and said the woman’s english isn’t great, but that won’t help my nails grow back!😭

Racist guy at the front saw my nails told me we have nothing for the day we’re booked . (It’s only 2pm right now and they close at 5) I politely asked him can I book a fill in for tomorrow he then tells me no. They don’t do appointments (even though they do) and tells me thank you and walks off. Then he politely assists the white woman with a nail seating. I felt very offended and they did not want to serve a black woman

24 hours later in my foot 🦶🏿nail pain is almost completely gone. Vicky *really helped get my toes on the right track with a Deluxe Pedi. I do not get my feet taken care of professionally on any basis whatsoever, but I knew I needed some help. I’m happy I choose this business and I got what I needed.

I visit here for the first time in October 2023. I received great service. I then continue to follow up at this location until just recently. I missed an appointment that I was unable to reschedule due to a family emergency and was decline service by the tech I was scheduled with. I understood her reasoning so therefore I proceeded to allow other nail techs to do my nails. The last time I visit I was charged $94( $10tip included) for a full set over my natural nails with gel polish which were already cut down to 3/4” and basic eyebrows wax. I did not complain. At this point I was brushing it off until today. It has been confirmed they have been trying to decline me from service based on my no show appointment because the literally make me wait 30+ plus mins for service and when I ask for an appointment with the tech I had an initial appointment the owner said her schedule was booked but everyone else was available instead. As I know this is a private business and they are not required to service any and everyone but if you as a business did not want to service me then that should’ve been cleared 2 months ago. After that no show I still went to get my nails done when I came back in town 2 days later and explained to them what happened. Being over charged and getting horrible service after a no show is really disrespectful. At this point I have wasted money and time that I can’t get back but could’ve searched for another salon rather sticking with a salon that obviously do not care to serve me. Just as there is 100+ other clients they can serve there are just as many salon located near me to serve me. If you are a person that usually get mistreated or displaced on a daily basis please avoid this place of business. Oh and don’t be a no show. That will count against you forever despite any personal emergency.

I will not return due to racial slurs and poor treatment from Kevin at the front desk. When my nail tech asked him to help translate what I was trying to say to her he refused and walked away. During checkout, he slammed the card reader in my face. Each time I’ve come he has never been pleasant even when I am over the top nice, tip well, and smile. Today was the final straw I will not return due to Kevin’s treatment.

Had my nails done here 4 days ago one broke and the other one chipped (i had dip) went in today to see if someone could fix them today and the guy said there was no one available to fix two nails i come here every 3 weeks very disappointing customer service and will not be returning or recommending people!!!

Best nails I’ve ever gotten! Went because my friend said they have a student discount, and I’ve never left the salon feeling happier. She did exactly what I asked for after only looking at the inspo pic once, she talked to me the whole time (which I personally love), and there are no bumps on my nails whatsoever. So happy with my experience and absolutely will return.

I have been going to Tina for years. She is amazing! For nails hands down tina! For my pedicure it's hands down Andy! Magic hands. The place is filled with many skilled people and they are always crowded because they do good work. Love them and Kevin is the bomb also

I've never had a good experience here. The time they were being overly nice was uncomfortable. I guess they were trying to compensate for the mess they made. They're very rude and PREJUDICE. They aren't welcoming. Their skills are mediocre because they stick to what they want to do. Because I'm black they always ask if I want long nails and chuckle. There have been times they didn't complete the service as if I wouldn't realize like skipping cleansing my nails or massaging my hands. I gave big tips to these horrible people while leaving anxiously. The last time the manager wasn't there and I wasn't greeted. The person at the front desk looked annoyed. I requested a particular polish and he said no choose some random color in the back. Shooing me away. I told him I usually choose a particular color. He got annoyed and said that they were no longer taking any clients because they were booked. I finally realized I wasn't the problem. They are the worst in NEW TAMPA.

The worst place ever ! I can give less than a star I would ! Very racist and rude ! The lady was doing my nails when I told very nicely “u hurted me ! Can you please slow down a little !” She threw the material and asked me to go somewhere else !!!! Even the manager didn’t wanna even talk to me ! Very unprofessional!!!!!! They just don’t care !
