I recently had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Mindy & I couldn't be happier! She did an amazing job, paying attention to every detail. Not only was she incredibly skilled, but her sweet & friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. I also want to commend Angie for her outstanding customer service. After a disappointing experience the day before, she took the time to address my concerns & ensured I felt valued as a customer. Her dedication to creating a positive atmosphere & providing excellent service truly made a difference. Thank you both for making my visit so wonderful! I’ll definitely be back!

This has been my nail salon for over a decade! They always provide wonderful service! The massages during the pedicures are great, and they have a fantastic selection of colors for gel and nail polish. They take exceptional care of their clients, and even as a walk-in, I've never waited more than 10 minutes. I recommend the volcano pedicure and the gel manicure—it lasts much longer!

My daughter and I went for gel manicures. Turned out exactly like we wanted. Very nice salon, opened up new packages of tools for our manicures. Enjoyed that the technician talked to me since I’m a talker. Lol

Got my nails done for a trip and less than a week later my thumbnail cracked in half I have not hit them on anything and I have not done anything to damage them if I’m paying almost 70 dollars for my nails they better last more than a week

I am now a regular here. I am always treated well. The salon is clean and creates a calm and relaxing environment. They have fair prices for their services. Everyone is kind and Jeannie is my favorite!! Julie is incredibly kind and talented. Ryan is super great as well. I will always recommend Nails & Beyond to my friends and family.

Probably the worst service I have received from a nail salon. No one greeted me when I walked in. The nail tech didn't know what he was doing. My nails don't look like a professional did them at all. I totally wasted my money

While I enjoy the salon I’m going to have to say they shouldn’t play religious music nonstop. Not everyone appreioates it-have to find another place.

After getting charged $111.00 dollars for a basic gel tips I will never come here again! I didn’t get any fake nails. I got a 15 min pedicure which was considered the deluxe and it was $37.00 then I was charged 8.00 dollars extra for the white tip on my toes and an additional 8.00 dollars for my nails and an additional charge of 20.00 and what ever else that added up to $111.00. They lost my business.

Contacted, I was told the shop would be open til 6pm. I came to get a pedicure and I was turned away. My sister and I will not be returning to this nail shop.

My service provider did a great job! My nails look beautiful. The front desk person at first seemed helpful but then would roll her eyes or make off hand comments. She was a bit pushy about returning for service. I love my nails but am not sure if I will be back because of the treatment. Too bad.

I tried this salon for the first time when looking for a pedicure on Sunday. It is a lovely salon with friendly staff and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They offer a wide range of services but are not pushy. I will definitely be back!

Bad experience got there told me to pick a color then 5 minutes later told me to leave ,had me waiting for nothing. A lot of racism if your not white you will not be attended hate it.

I came into town this week and remembered coming to this salon a few years ago. They did my nails and toes so beautifully! The dip on my nails is so natural looking (not thick), and my toes look better than they’ve looked all summer! The staff are kind, helpful and very friendly! They were willing to wait for me after the shop closed while I waited for my Uber (women looking after women!! YES!). I will be making my appointments ahead of time when I know I’m coming back to KC!

I have been going to Jeanie at Nails & Beyond for 2 years and absolutely love what a wonderful job she does. I’m a diabetic and she understands the special precautions that need to taken and is always considerate of this. All of the staff are so kind and professional. If you’re looking for an exceptional nail salon, this is it!!

I've been coming here since I moved to zona rosa last year. They are always courteous, clean and provide great service. Typing this as I leave today, having received a pedicure and polish change. Michelle was so thorough with the foot and leg massage I almost fell asleep. Highly recommend!

This is the nail shop I usually go to, to get my gel pedicure, but after today that will be coming to an end. Beautiful establishment, and seems very clean, which is why I originally kept coming back but now after 5 times of visiting since moving to a KC I will be choosing a new shop. So this place offers different type of pedi like regular, deluxe etc. I’ve gotten the deluxe and it’s very nice, and relaxing but it’s seems like every-time you tell that you don’t want that, they give you a lazy pedi. Every-time I say I want regular, they say “here get his one, it’s better”, which I understand they may want to promote, but I’m sure if I wanted it, that’s what I would’ve said. It’s also quite annoying coming in knowing what you want but feel almost pressured to get it or feeling like you have to repeat multiple times what YOU want! Then when you don’t get it, here comes a lazy 15 min pedi. This has been the experience each time now that I don’t get it; the pedi are getting quicker and quicker for $52 before tip. I could’ve did this paint job at home, because they don’t care to perfect it. My feet are also still hard, which is why I felt the need to make this review because my feet should not feel dry/crusty after a few hours. Usually my feet are soft at other shops. They did not let my feet soak whatsoever, and put no pressure when scrubbing. The water was barely even warmed up before she started. They also didn’t bother turning on my chair like usual. When I first came here they used pre packaged disposable pumice stones, now use reusable metal cheese grater type, which we all know are not supposed to be used; they don’t work. Lastly, I usually go to private owned nail technicians, as the nail type I like are usually done more to my liking that way, but I still love the feeling of not having to make an appointment for feet, as I may need that anytime, which is why I still come to walk in shops such as this for convenience. I’m not sure it they feel a way that my nails are done already, but due to experiences like these, THIS is why I go to private/ small owned businesses for my nails. When i first moved here I let them try on my nails, and I hated them. I was so embarrassed to even check out at stores and said they would NEVER touch my fingers again. I got simple short white nails, and the reason the lady said they didn’t look right was because she said they were “too short”. You should be able to make long or short nails cute, and if you don’t know how, you should let the customer know! This may be why it’s always slow when I come here. At my old nail shop there was ALWAYS a wait.*UPDATE* The owner reached out regarding my review and was very apologetic on behalf of his staff and very nice. He brought me in n took care of a pedicure and it was very nice and was the kind of care I was expecting. I usually don’t come back to make updates as most companies don’t care to reach out but this owner showed me that he values me as a customer. Ruby did great on my pedicure and if I choose to visit again I will def book with her. Thanks again for being so nice and trying to leave me with a better impression of your facility.
