My first time with a great experience! Personal is very friendly with a great customer service. place is nice and clean. I was able to get an appointment the same day and Claudia the manicurists that did my manicure is sooo sweet, professional and does a great job. 🙌

I have been coming here for some time now and my nails always come out amazing and strong. I highly recommend Claudia for nails, her nail designs are so detailed and the edges are always clean and beautiful. Customer service is amazing and I always walk out feeling like I got great value for the excellent service!

I've been going to Nails by Ada for a few months now, and I have to say that Marielys is simply amazing! She's not only sweet and professional, but also very skilled and talented at what she does. She takes the time to listen to my preferences and makes sure I'm happy with the final result. My nails look absolutely stunning, and I have received countless compliments on them. My teenage daughter, who is very picky and hard to please, absolutely loves Marielys and always looks forward to her appointments. The salon is clean, modern, and stylish, and the staff are all friendly and professional. I highly recommend Nails by Ada and Marielys to anyone looking for a top-notch manicure experience!

Terrible customer service. Wasn't even acknowledged when I stepped inside. Had an appointment and was told that it would take another 30-40 minutes. From the little interaction I had, I would never step back into this shop.

Honestamente no regresaría a este lugar, que mal me hizo sentir la persona que me atendió (Shakira) le pedí por favor que me cambiara el color de las uñas de los pies ya que había quedado muy claro y realmente desconocía que era así y se molestó de tal manera que comenzó hacer comentarios incómodos, y se alteró al ver esa actitud preferí irme , no entiendo por que,🤷‍♀️ se supone que esta prestando un servicio y entiendo que por ello debía pagar de nuevo y no me importaba hacerlo, es lamentable que no sepan tratar a los clientes y se atrevan a mentir diciendo que uno es irrespetuoso para justificar su mal comportamiento y servicio al cliente…JAMÁS REGRESARÍA A ESTE LUGAR..

This is the best nail place! Everyone is fantastic! Very attentive, nice, and truly do a great job. I have never been to a nail salon and felt their customers come first till now. My nails actually grow and do not break. I love them!
