We came in from another state, and Heather was super friendly. I did a manicure with my daughter and we both have shorter nails. They turned out great, and we love them.

Heather has an amazing attention to details and natural gift for creating beautiful nails. She is efficient and her overall work is the best I’ve found in West Michigan. I felt entirely confident in her work thru the whole session. I never felt for a second I would walk out unhappy bc she is super easy to talk to about nail, quality I was seeking and life in general. I’m so so so excited to have finally found my person!!!

I don’t normally get my nails done because most salons i go to always mess it up but i will definitely be coming back to heather she did an amazing job and was very fast!

She canceled on me 3 times in less than a week. I completely understand it's hard when kids are sick, but by the 3rd appointment as a business owner I would've made my best to keep that one. After the 3rd cancelation not once did she try to reach out and works something out. Not very reliable.

I have been going to Nails By Heather for years. Not only is she the most talented Nail Tech I’ve been too, but she is also an amazing person. I highly recommend Heather!!

My favorite part about going to Heather for nails is that she’s an INCREDIBLE artist. She’s always willing to tackle any design I show her and add a little extra. I have gone to other salons who say they “cannot” do the nail inspo I bring, but Heather is willing to book the time to make your nail dreams come try. 10/10 recommend
