******NAIL SALON UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT ****** I've been going to the new owner for 13 years now and have followed him to this new salon. I won't let anyone else do my nails . His wife does an amazing job as well. I'm always satisfied and my fills typically last 3 weeks. Dan does my pedicures and eyebrows. This is truly and one stop shop. I've recommended him to all of my family and friends. I'm so happy for them now that they have take over this shop in the last month. The previous reviews dont reflect the new management.

I think my acrylic nails were filed down too much and that’s why they started to break across my nail bed and the tips popping off smh. $65 in the trash. Only lasted 1 week. I’m visiting family and my nail hurts and they are breaking. Coffin shape is kind of skinny.. I won’t be returning ..

I hate the fact that I have to leave a review like this. I've been coming to this particular person for more than a decade probably two off and on. I love the way he has always done my nails. The lady in the first seat has always been rude and never speak when I walk in. I went to get my nails done lucky no one was in his chair. Before he started doing my nails I noticed he was upset. He was rough while filing my nails, but I didn't say anything. I was very undecided about the color that I wanted. When I did finally picked a color he didn't even have it in stock. I chose another color and his opinion he didn't think I would like the color so I picked a different color. I changed my mind and said I wanted to go with a different color. When I said that he yelled at me and told me don't play with him loud in front of everyone. I asked him was he alright? He told me that I could go to my old nail tech and that he was tired. I became very uncomfortable, but remained humble. I was so shocked and embarrassed. While he was doing my nails I asked him what was my price and he ignored me. His face was frowned up the entire time while doing my nails. When paying for my nails he still had an attitude, didn't talk to me gave me my receipt and walked away. Even after the way I was treated I still gave him a tip. He didn't say Thank you. He sat my receipt on the counter and walked off. I must say I've never seen him mad. Whatever he was going through shouldn't have been taken out on me. It was very unprofessional and embarrassing. Regardless of how good he does nails. I shouldn't be mistreated where I am spending my money. Plus I was a loyal customer. I won't be returning to get my nails done. Next time leave your problems at home!

Everyone was very nice! I brought in a design they hadn’t seen before, and they worked with me to make it happen. The gel manicure with the design was only $35! You really can’t beat that! I would definitely come back :)

I LOVE DAN and his whole staff. Very Professional and they do Awesome work. I drive from Portsmouth to Denbigh just to get My eyebrows, chin and feet done.

My first time here, I called before and Dan let me know there was time to get my nails fixed. I got them done two days prior at another salon and hated them so the nail tech named “M” did so well!!! I will be returning!

Took my sister, mom and niece here for a nice girls day out! Great service! I had a refill, and pedicure and my sister and niece also had facial waxing and pedicures. Mom had a manicure! Clean shop and plenty of available staff when we went. No appointment needed!

Came in around 5 on a Tuesday. No wait at all, only three other people. Had a spa pedicure ($27) and a full set put on (Ombre - $45). This place is VERY reasonable compared to others. I was never pressured for an upsell. They were very quick and friendly. 7/10 for cleanliness. They did use all new/sanitized bagged tools. Would definitely return!

My wife and I got the deluxe spa package, which was not worth the price. For starters they didn't talk to us, they just applied what came with the package and rubbed not massage at all. My wife and I brought up her potentially being allergic to the lotion and asked if they could wait to apply it on her. They didn't care and did not give us time to look up the ingredients. Barely spook English. Bugs found around.

So I have my pedi and mani gel set. I love my toes because I wasn’t able to get them done for 8mths due to a accident and he did them perfect. My nails was done done by someone different and he did my square set very nice! They got busy but they definitely accommodate everyone! Thank you.

I had initially gone to another nail salon across the street but they were all booked up despite the shop being dead. So I came to Nails by Lisa and I'm so glad I did! Super nice, I got seated right away for my pedicure. They have a HUGE collection of nail polish to choose from. The lady taking care of my feet is doing a wonderful job, and for my ingrown toenails she went and got the expert in the shop to cut them out, and he didn't even hurt while he did it! They have gained a new customer, I will come here everytime I'm in town and I'm going to recommend them to my family who are local! They're always looking for a great place for pedicures and I have found it!

I use to enjoy coming here, Trina was always a delight and have quality products but the other owner…just rude. He picks & choose who he wants to show professionalism to and if I’m a lil undecided of what color or design I may want he gets an attitude-no patience at all. I’ve had to hold my tongue the last 2 times, I suggest he take a customer service class immediately.
