This is not the place to go if you want a spa like, bend over backward pampering. However, if you are looking for a no nonsense, mani/pedi, gel or acrylic nails that is quick, easy and affordable, this is it! Helen and Paul run it together. They are sweet and charming. English is a 2nd language so just make sure everyone understands what is being communicated. I think they are great but understand if it isn't what some expect in a salon.

Highly recommend! Nice selection of colors for gel and regular polish. Great array of nail design art. Lots of glitter options. Attention to detail while doing both mani and pedi- good quality. Will definitely return. Plenty of parking out front- close to Longboards, yogurt Beach, and superstition Java on Golden Valley Rd. Walk ins and appointments available (family owned- just the two staff)

Finally a top quality nail salon in the Norh Valleys. Their work is consistent, perfect each time. Which ever one you have do your nails, either Paul or Helen, they are excellent technicians. We need more businesses like this in our area.

I was very Loyal to Paul and his Wife Helen,l too would make appointments with Paul or Helen and when I come in? I was working very many hours and Since I rescheduled twice,I was told even after all that,a cold call from Paul saying,your only welcome for a walk in basis.

I've been going there from almost the beginning. I felt like an alumni. Was very impressed with the shop and Paul and Helen and how very personal they were and I'm sure still are. It always took a little bit extra time there because they were both perfectionists. I kind of felt like a little bit of family. Which is why the following was so upsetting to me. I always make an appointment. I made the appointment and went in and Paul told me it was the wrong day okay I make mistakes so I went back for the next time and it was all good then roll around a few months later and the same thing this time I wasn't so agreeable because I knew when I had made the appointment in addition when I went in there according to them on the wrong day there was only 1 person 1 customer in the whole entire shop I never went back. I guess customers are a dime a dozen. The quality of the work was always good.

Rlly bad service. I am happy with the nails I got tho it wasn’t what I was really wanting, the guy who did them was extremely impolite. It was my first time at a nail salon and I even mentioned that, but even then when I tried to ask a question the man got upset and was even holding his wrist to his chest as if he was trying to pull back from punching me. Honestly was kinda scared, never going again.

This was my 2nd appt with Paul and it was just as AMAZING and professional as the 1st appt was ... Paul really takes his time and does such incredible work I'm so glad that I found this family owned nail salon when my appt is complete I feel pampered and beautiful Thank you Paul, Helen and Mama

Walked in to try to get my nails done anytime today (trying to set an appointment) and the lady inside said I can’t do your nails right now. I told her I was trying to make an appointment for anytime today and she ignored me. Not very professional at all where is the customer service? I’ll take my $50 tip elsewhere

I got the husband and they scheduled me for a same day appointment. I got a full set done and he spent so much time shaping them and making sure they were perfect I didn’t feel rushed at all compared to other salons. The nails look great. Price was $55 which is not too bad considering he spent 1.5 hrs on them. I loved them and would recommend coming here just make sure to call ahead.

My sister in law and I went in on Friday 10/01/22 @1130 am. We will NEVER return!!! The male did my sister nails. The polish was not applied to edges of the nails (looked like a landing strip), you could see through the polish and worst of all he kept hitting/slapping her hands telling her to stop moving her hands. She's a 68 yr senior for goodness sake!!! Now my experience....Huyhen the female didn't do much better. She kept twisting my wrists exhaling looking at me rolling hers eyes. Finally I said what's the problem? She said, " just stop let me work"! Are you kidding me.....the attitude and treatment was unbelievable and unacceptable!!!! BORDER LINE SENIOR ABUSE!!! STOP SLAPPING HANDS!! SHAME ON YOU!!! I'm not going to even talk about quality of nail polish!!! Never again!!

This is the most professional Gel Fill and Pedicure I have ever had performed. Paul is a Master and gifted at doing nails. The shop is a family run business with just Paul and his wife Helen as workers' You need to make an appointment to get in, and do not expect a rush job, because they take their time and do quality work. The prices are very reasonable for the work done. I had a Gel Fill french manicure and a spa pedicure with colored autumn leaves and both with Gel nail polish. It took 2 hours for the appointment and my nails were gorgeous, the cost was $95. I have arthritic hands so is tough to do my nails and he did them with ease and they didn't look like a crooked road like they usually do after leaving other salons. I can't stop looking at my pretty fingers and toes. The business is located next to Longboards Pizza in the little strip mall across the street from Wendys in Golden Valley. I noticed it was difficult for clients to understand Paul's thick Vietnamese accent on the phone when they called in for information. If you are looking for a wonderful nail experience this is the place for you!!!!
