Today was my first trip to the new Nails Hope. I was pleased to have technician Ricky do my nails today. I had read reviews that he did an excellent job so I booked an appointment with him. Well the reviews were 100% accurate. Not only did he welcome me as soon as I walked in the door. But, he was friendly and very courteous. The entire appointment. He asked me exactly what I wanted. And he listened to me throughout the whole appointment. Needless to say, when I left I was 100% satisfied. I am so glad to return to the salon under new ownership. I will definitely be returning as I have found my new technician. The Establishment is very clean. They have so many choices and polishes. You do not find that a lot anymore. I felt welcomed and very comfortable there. So if you're looking for a new place I would definitely give this one a go...

Very pleased. It was my first time getting acrylics and Ricky was amazing! He is very funny and asked me questions to make sure he did them exactly how I wanted. Will definitely go back!

I have gone to Ricky and he has been awesome! He is so personable and makes you feel comfortable. He does a fabulous job on my nails and his designs are amazing! I would definitely recommend!!

I had Ricky pretty sure, and they are so good! This is my second time having him and last time I got just a gel mani with a design, and the were wonderful looked exact like the pic, this time I got acrylic tips, just a plain square French tip. I love them. Best nail place in my area!!! Recommend 100%. Totally going back!!

The best nail salon around!!!! The quality of their work is so amazing. Their nails last SO LONG, whether you get a full set or just polish they are always done with care and are amazing quality. You will NEVER be disappointed with Nails Hope!!

I have seen Lisa now 4 times and ready for my next appointment. I was going to cranberry but am stoked I found her. Does exactly what you want! A bonus does brow n lip wax and is awesome 😎

This is the second time Lisa done my nails. Both times she has taken her time and made sure everything was to my liking. I get gel on my read nail. Very excited to have found a salon that does a great job so close to home!

Nice local shop that does good work. I had an appt for a full set of acrylics at 1 and was out the door by 2. Even though he worked fast he did a really good job of shaping the nails to a nice stabby point 😜 I've also been here for just a basic gel manicure & pedicures and the woman who does the pedicures is super nice and, again, does great work.

Very pleased with service. Update. May 2024. I just tried the Polly Gel instead of the dip on my nails and I love it. I am the cheerleader for the pedicure at this salon.

Check in was easy and the wait was no more than 10 minutes. I never got his name, but the man who did my nails was very kind and the other staff as well. My nails turned out great and he was very gentle with all of his tools. Even when I didn’t clearly tell him what I wanted, which caused him to mess up, he was still polite and kindly fixed them! They are everything I wanted and I am SO happy with them. Will definitely be coming back!!
