I have been going to Nails 2 for awhile now. Tim has always done such a great job on my nails. He has a great sense of humor. All staff members are great and very professional. I am never disappointed. I highly recommend going here. Very relaxing. Which after third death in family since May, I needed it.

My daughter and me love this place. Prices are good, services is always excellent. Honestly the best part is same day appointments! It's perfect for people with busy lives.

Drive an hour just to get my nails done here. Tim and the rest of the nail techs are the absolute BEST. 11/10 recommend.

They managed to squeeze me in right as they were about to close and did such an amazing job. The owners are so kind and funny, I will definitely be returning here for all my nail care needs. Also one of the most reasonably priced places in Morgantown for sure.

This is the first time I have ever left any bad review. I went in to get a pedicure and they gave me a price list that ranged from 44-61 dollars and it didn’t match the board which was 35-61 dollars. When she went to wipe off the excess of the foot file/ foot grater she reached in the garbage and used a dirty paper towel and wiped the grater with it . I wasn’t going to say anything unless she put it back on my foot, which she did , and I had to tell her to stop. I asked if she took the towel out of the trash and she didn’t say anything. Then when I checked out and they told me it was 59 dollars and I was originally quoted 44 with gel. And the work definitely wasn’t worth 59 I even went home to work on my own feet to fix what she did.

This was years ago but I won’t ever go here again because the man who did my nails was yelling at me that I wasn’t relaxing my hand and fingers and was being aggressive with my hand like trying to shake it to get me to relax (yep that will definitely work!) and he was just very rude to me.

Without a doubt the best nail salon I have visited in Morgantown. Best pedicure I have gotten in the area. I travel all over the country and have had pedicures at shops all over and Nails II is definitely a my pick from now on in the Morgantown area. And I drive 1 hour each direction to get there. The staff is definitely very friendly and pleasant to work with.

Best acrylic set I've ever gotten! He matched the photo I gave him almost perfectly, and my nails have held up so well for the past 2 weeks. Owner is so nice and talkative and really takes pride in the business. Price for design was not bad either.

I don’t normally do negative reviews, but this was needed. I needed acrylic nails removed and wanted gel polish after that. They removed my acrylic nails by using a fake nail to pry off my nails, it hurt SO BADLY. AND it destroyed my natural nails. To which, I have NEVER had my acrylic nails removed this way. Then, when I got gel on top it BURNED due to them being so destroyed by the removal process. I unfortunately do not recommend anyone going here since they do not follow nail guidelines and also their clients nail health. They were nice workers, but unfortunately being nice doesn’t resolve the TERRIBLE and DANGEROUS practice.

I love this place . I don't like being a person that they use for training sometimes.. they start out with pro person but hand you to someone that's training without asking . My nails got to short last time. Still charged full price. Took over 1.5 hours to get a fill done

I never write reviews but I’m furious leaving this establishment. I’m here for business and looked up highly rated nail salons and fell upon Nails II. I was put in a chair with cold water which was corrected quickly. The chair was broken and the back was fully reclined and wouldn’t come up. I asked and was just told it wore out a few days ago. I am used to nail tools being opened from a sterilized package and these were just on a tray on the stand so I’m afraid to think they were not cleansed. The Emory board and brush to brush off nail dust were certainly used between customers as I saw so while there. I was so stunned I couldn’t speak. The nail tech cut me twice so badly I yelped while using a cuticle cutter. The pedicure looks fine and I can’t speak to it holding up but this is not a clean facility at all. I planned to get a gel manicure but decided not too due to the cleanliness. Everyone was kind.

I wanted to at least be okay with this place since it's within walking distance of me and I need a back up nail place when my usual isn't available but everything down to the vibes were off here. By the time they got my nails off my nail tech at fantasy would've already been halfway done applying the acrylic. The lady that did my nails could not stop asking me to position my hand correctly over and over and over again the whole time it was so uncomfortable, I had to pay very close attention to how I was holding my hand, looking back I can't believe I paid for someone to do that to me for 2 hours, I just wanted to really respect her work. This is definitely in my top 3 worst nail experiences and I will never return even if I got 3 free, full sets. I really dislike leaving bad reviews because I know how terrible the feeling is but I was charged $92 for a French tip which is me working a full day at work so the 2 hours she spent being impatient with me and asking weird questions about my nail tech she earned my whole shift of what I would make being courteous and friendly to my customers. So yeah, I'll just leave this 1 star here...

My daughter got her nails done today. The lady did a great job. She loved them. I was a little taken aback with the price being $100. We have been to quite a few places around town and in PA. And this is the most we have paid, ever!

Not going back unless I’m desperate, came here one other time and service was mediocre at best. My regular place was closed, so I came in for a fill. The lady who did my nails was not only rude, but did a horrible job. Got a French fill, the first pic was how I left. The lady left them chunky, and incredibly uneven. I went back in, and the guy redid them for free (second pic was after they were redone,) and he was very sweet and apologetic. Do not go here unless you can see him, he’s the only one worth doing nails there.

Sub par service at best.. the lady who did my nails & pedicure rushed and was rough. My nails are crooked, bumpy, and you can see the white of the tip of my nail through the dip. The dip is on top of my cuticle. She ripped a chunk off my middle finger, which hurt so bad I automatically jerked my hand away. I will not be going back. My friend got her nails done by the man there, and they were very good

The nail technician in seat #3 was unprofessional and ridiculously rude. When initially walking Into the business, I said, “Good Morning!” the #3 looked up at me and said nothing and immediately looked back down. My daughter and I sat waiting for almost 10mins without anyone addressing me. Then a group of non-brown customers walks in, and #3 immediately greets the group with enthusiasm and immediately proceeds to sit the customers and then, after seating, tells us to “go sit down in. I believe it was #5.” I then asked the older lady to please do not use the drill because my daughter is young, and I didn't want her nail bed messed up. I only wanted the gel to be soaked off. #3 angrily interrupted and said it has to be done (which is untrue). She then walked away and rolled her eyes! The last insult to injury, the older lady that was helping us checked us out. As she was checking us out I asked how much? The older lady replied $17 (she’s learning English) I replied 17$ the older lady put 7 fingers up. But by then, #3 rudely interrupted and aggressively said $7! My take away is that my mother has always taught me that your money spends well. So, if your not treated, well or you don't get the service you paid for. Do NOT patronize the business ever again. What is sad is that #3 choose to treat me different, she choose to mistreat a paying customer who always pays and tip very well for the nails services. But the most heartbreaking is that my 7-year-old daughter had to see how a human unfairly treats another human who they believe is not as important. It is your choice to pay for service from this business, but if you are against any time of prejudice and micro-aggressions, I URGE to think twice before going to this nail salon. My daughter is ok, but her father and I had to have a discussion and unpack what happened in that nail shop, so she understood that #3 behavior was not okay!!!

We came here for my daughter and her friend to get their nails done for her birthday. The gentleman that did their nails was super nice and joked with them the whole time. He did an amazing job on their nails that they picked out from Pinterest. He made them look exactly how they wanted and they were so happy!
