worst nail place ever. they rush, done sloppy. didn’t even shape my nails, chipped in 1 day (gel) not worth 45 dollars.

I made an app a week and half ago for 2 adults and 2 toddlers to get manicures and pedicures. We showed up 5 mins early and no one greeted us or said a word. We waited for 25 mins before a lady who came in after us got to go before us. Finally I said we had an app scheduled and we’ve now been waiting a half an hour with a 3 year old and a 2 year old who are starting to get restless. They told us they don’t even have my app down and they had one girl who could start us and we’d have to keep waiting. She painted my toddlers nails quick and that was it. They never once apologized for not having my app down, and us waiting over 35 mins. The lady accused me of scheduling at the wrong place, and I said no I talked to Vincent on the phone it was the right place. Again no apology, or trying to make it right. We leave for vacation tomorrow and this was supposed to be a fun experience for me, my girls, and my mom! It took an hour for them to just throw polish on my toddlers nails and she still charged me full price! I’m beyond upset, and will never be returning! The poorest customer service I have ever experienced!

So I really honestly love this place. They were really nice. Really sweet. One of them couldn't speak English but that is okay but the way she was handling with my hand she did cut me in one or two places but she did apologize and I was really grateful for that. So I just wanted to say thank you and I absolutely love my nails. I recommend you go to this place

Been going there for yrs. Service has went so downhill its not worth it. Just paid $65 for pedicure that was worth $35. Never finish appointment as staff was over booked and sick. Agreed to come the 25min back following Monday. Came back and still sat for 10 to 15 minutes without being helped. Having an appointment means absolutely nothing. 15 yrs being a loyal customer. I'm done. Left again without nails being done. My time is as important as theirs. Never once have I been offered anything for the multiple times I've left and rescheduled. So disappointing. I would assume some perks or reimbursement would have been offered at least once over the many yrs I've been going to Vincent.

if it was nice until i found out i hand HAIR in my big toe nail… so now i have little lines of black hair. over all if was nice. my mom was sad/mad because she wanted a green background and pink heart but they did it the opposite.

My nails show from on the sides and did the wrong design on my nails and overall did a bad job.

Nails are messy and they didn’t clean up around the nails it was 40 dollars to just get them painted and rushed the process.

The cost was very high and I got them today. They are already cracked. Paint job was very patchy and messy. My cuticle have never hurt so bad. They are very beat up. The rushed the whole process. My friend got a full set with design in 30 minutes
