The lady was rude asf I got there 15 before closing told the lady what I wanted made me wait refused my service only cause the other lady that walk in after me was gonna get a full set and a pedi I got upset told her off walk out all I wanted was a pedi I waited there patiently she was rude asf trying tell to come bk tomorrow or something I sure did went off on her don’t ever go there and there over priced

Several times have had to go back because polish or gel did not hold properly. Waited over an hour for repair to one nail and then the tech tried to blame it on me. I sat still and stayed under the light for the length of time I was instructed so how is it my fault. I did take a shower the next day but had not even washed any dishes. She was so rude I got up and left. I will never use this salon again. When I pay that much to have my nails done, I don’t believe it’s too much to ask for common courtesy and for it to last more than one day without needing repair. A piece of the gel just peeled off.

I love this place and so does my little girl. The owner is very generous. Always going above and beyond. She almost always sends guest home with a little free gift.

Over priced for small shop. Bad customer service. They just do pedicures so fast. They didn't do my callus remover. Never come back. When you go to this place make sure you make the price clear. The price is higher than other shops around.

Im glad i decided to try this salon. I just walked in this salon for a basic manicure and pedicure. The salon was very busy but they attended me very fast and they took time to do my manicure and pedicure even though they were busy. The staff is very friendly. Offering drinks to guest. They have a great selection of colors and several pedicure options to choose from. I have gone back at least 3 more times and I have always recieved great service here. I plan to make this my go to nail salon from now on.

The rudest nail place on the Southside of San Antonio! The owner she is very rude to customers and her employees seems like everyone there is scared of her. She turned me away twice!!! Do not recommend

Been trying to give local businesses a chance than going to the mall. They’re rude and even tho they’re wrong the owners wife will argue with you. They don’t pay attention to what you say and will later say you should have explained it better. Won’t be going there again, since for the price it’s there you can go to a nicer north side place with more staff. They’re sexist so if you are taking a male you need to tell them if not they will ignore him and say it’s because “a man can’t do a man’s pedicure”

I have came to them for years now I started off with the very old man then his daughter had to finish mid way I had to tell her to cut my nails because they were too long. They missed a lot of steps and I payed for the deluxe. I stopped correcting them after I had to repeat myself 10 time.

I just moved to this side of town and was wondering where would I go to take care of my nails. I found this place and from the time I arrived they made me feel important, they open the door for every client, the prompt and professional service was awesome, and the final touch at the register: they gave me a little present with a very friendly “Merry Christmas” They got me!! I’ll be there every week yay!

I've been here twice, once for a pedicure, which went well and I was satisfied. The second for a full set of acrylic nails. The gentleman was nice, but he nicked me 3 different times, on different fingers, and apologized. I thought it was one that he nicked me, and just kept apologizing. Wrong! 3 times, this has never happened anywhere! The owner did not apologize, but gave me a $5 discount and tube of Neosporin. Needless to say, I won't be back.

Very disappointed this time. I wanted three colors ombré style. The thing is I am told this can’t be done there which is fine but at least offer an alternative close to what I wanted. And don’t start soaking a hand until you know if you can do the job. I would’ve just left had one hand not been soaking already. I paid for services and tipped because the French dip is nice but won’t be back

Worst customer service ever… my granddaughter has been going here for 2 years and they always put her some little stones or gems and has never paid over $80 but after she was conversating with them and said her mom goes to lux nail bar but she rather come to this place they charged her $125 because that lux nail bar charges that much.. so they just lost a loyal customer and they didn’t care as long as they got the $125 out of it.. sad sad..

Worst place ever! I’ve gone 3x and each time was a different experience. I tried to give them another chance but nope it was horrible. They only have 1 nail tech and didn’t tell us. So we did our pedicures and when it was time for a nail set they didn’t have the time. But yet we walked in saying what we wanted. Don’t waste your time or money! I tried to talk to the owner and she just yelled. Kim was great but the owner does not know how to treat customers! They change everything up so it was a different experience and amount of $$ every time. Not worth the frustration or embarrassment! The owner will treat you horrible! She said I was complaining about the bill when I was asking why the service was different each time with a manicure. The first time they did a heated towel and massage like they do with a pedicure but the other 2x it was different. So the last time I asked about the massage and asked if it was a different amount of money she said ya. I asked ok how much? She said $1 a minute. They gave it to me the first time with my manicure for the $37. So I don’t know why it’s different.
