I don’t normally leave reviews but Christian assisted in my Brazilian wax. I’ve had lots of them before and she has been the first person to make it almost painless and gave me a comfortable experience. Highly recommend seeing her!!!

First time there and I received excellent service!!! Ms. Gina waxed me very well and made sure I was happy before I left the room. I also received brow service, which was done well. Will be returning back.

Don’t book here , unprofessional, needs new management. Posted a honest review and deleted it & they blocked me from booking so I’m putting it back up. Ms. Gina is the best waxer but I won’t support another black unprofessional business. 😘 Been a customer for years and any little inconvenience they block you from booking instead of calling you to resolve the issue. Assistant Spa Manager Traci is unprofessional , yells , roles her eyes at customers and never smiles or makes eye contact when you check in. It’s been multiple instances where waxers have been late or behind and I always waited never complained . One Sunday I came and a new waxer took over a hour to do my wax never complained . Another instance their lights were off never complained after driving over 30 minutes. The one time I rescheduled an appointment due to my work schedule I get charged a fee.

I would love to support this business, however reading the responses to the negative reviews, makes me feel that management is doing more defense than customer service. The way these customers are being responded to here is unprofessional in most cases, so I could only imagine what an "in person" issue looks like. I'd still love to give a try but as a multi business owner, I would love to suggest a little more empathy when dealing with customers having issues. I am not a competitor but a potential future customer, who would love to know that if an issue arises, I'd be treated kindly and respectfully whether in person or in response to a review... (I added the three stars because this is based on what I am viewing here and some responses were decent. I'll rate my experience with services after my experience. Still looking forward to it!)

This company is very professional. Very oriented, love my wax for the first time. IT was very Dedicated gentle Must come out and see for yourself. I promise you, you will not regret it. Great service, I must say for the first time getting waxs.

This was my first time visiting this spa. I got a Brazilian wax, and I am disappointed. I had high hopes bc so many people have told me such great things about this place. My esthe basically didn’t wax inside of my lips. Most strips she didn’t hold my skin taut, and also didn’t apply pressure after removing wax. However the atmosphere is top tier, the only reason I’m giving 3 stars. Edit: if I were given a mirror or asked to assure I was satisfied before I left the room, I would have noticed that the hair there. Since I was only told “you can go ahead and get up now so I can clean the table”, I didn’t notice until I made it home.

My very first time here and it was amazing. I definitely will be making this my main wax bar! Mollie was also very amazing and informative. Very great customer service! Will definitely be rebooking and adding more services. Thank y’all!

This was my first wax and Mollie was AMAZING, she made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. She didn’t hesitate to answer my questions and she also gave me some helpful recommendations! Would definitely recommend booking Mollie.

Stopped by earlier today as a walk in & had an excellent experience here! Jessica & Brittany were very courteous as well as attentive to my needs. The receptionist was very friendly & was able to give me some of the most accurate information I’ve received with customer service over the phone. Glad to say I’ll be back soon everything was superb. If you’ve never supported a black owned business this is definitely where you should start. Keep up the good work ❤️

I 💯 absolutely love this place. I have been going here for years now, and they never disappoint. Mrs. Gina is top tier, and the ladies at the front desk know me by name. Everyone is super sweet, and the facility is super clean. It's the only place I trust with my wax and spa experience! Plus, it's black owned.

If I could give zero stars I would twice. I don’t remember the lady name that did my wax but I know she was big and rude. The worst Brazilian wax I have ever gotten. Lady was so unprofessional and made no effort to make me comfortable. She had earphones in BOTH her ears the whole time! If I had questions she wouldn’t know cuz she was ignoring me the whole time. Wax took all of 15 minutes which I never experienced a wax that fast but she was clearly rushing. I was waiting for 15mins for my appointment cuz she was still doing someone else’s. She was using huge strips of wax..5 wax strips to wax a sensitive area is just ridiculous. And STILL had lots of hair left…they must be hiring anybody cuz there’s no way a licensed professional esthetician is waxing ppl carelessly like she did. Someone recommended me here cuz it’s black owned..first experience was my last. y’all need to do better with your professionalism, service and execution of Brazilian waxes. It’s clear they care more about money than SERVICE. They got the aesthetic but that’s all. It’s not a Brazilian if there’s still lots and lots of hair left..

EDIT: It’s been three years and I can say they’re only getting better and better ! I received multiple services today and everyone did an amazing job ; MYA WAS AMAZING. I arrived on time to my 10:45am appointment. When I arrived at Naked the light's were turned off and door locked. I called the owner 4 times, knocked several times on the front door, and waited for 15 mins before leaving. At 11: 05am she finally texted me back and stated she was there the whole time. I informed her that I tried to contact her multiple times and the business looked closed. She claimed she was there but that was a lie, I waited 15 mins in the parking and no one was there. She's was very unprofessional when I simply asked for a refund of my deposit; because I never received any service and arrived to my appointment on the scheduled time.

I decided to come in for a walk in today and the receptionist was truly amazing. Soon as I walked in I felt the calm and relaxing vibe. I received a wax and ended up getting a v steam. I looked and I seen that the herbs wasn’t steamed and I asked the receptionist if that was supposed to happen like that and she replied no ma’am. I’m sorry and this one is on us. I’m like well thank you. She said when you come back you can get it done, I replied I’ll just get it done because I really want one. They took care of me right then and there. I wasn’t even worried because it wasn’t a big deal.I’m saying that to say this…. It was a malfunction and they handled it right then and there…… Thank You ladies…… I will be back…….🥰😍🥰😍 Y’all deserve more than 5 stars ⭐️

I received a 90 minute massage from a very attentive therapist. Her name was Roneshia Mcghee. It was like her hands knew where to go the entire time! She relieved the stress in my neck, shoulders, and lower back that I have been struggling with for years! I will be a repeat client for sure and if you book a massage here, make sure you book with her! You will not be disappointed! I wish I could give 10 stars!

I visited Naked Wax for the first time for a Brazilian Wax. I booked online which was super easy. I decided to be placed with whichever esthetician was available and I am truly happy it worked out that way. Mrs. Chris was my esthetician! She is highly experienced ( 5+ years ), she is very sweet, knowledgeable and she definitely has me snatched! It had been at least 3 months since my last wax and she was done in 15 minutes! Not as nearly as painful as I've experienced in the past! Mrs. Chris, I will definitely be back bc of the great service you provider me! 🫶🏽💖

I wanted to go to this place expecting a nice ambiance and experience. While it was a nice building, my experience ultimately felt rushed. I have had several waxes before this company and my experience here was unpleasant. I barely had time to make myself comfortable before the waxer rushed in. I have never experienced a rushed wax before, but I experienced it here. She would used really large amounts on me. She hardly made conversation with me to help with the pain. When finishing, she did not clean the excess wax that was left over. When checking out, the front desk asked me how much of a tip I wanted to leave, making me feel pressured into giving one that they do not deserve. I have never experienced something as obscure and unprofessional as this. I was excited about this experience and I was left feeling extremely disappointed. Will not be returning. Edit for Response: What you will not do is make me out to be a liar when I arrived to my appointment 5 minutes early. You all did not witness anything as the hallways were empty. Your technician, was very quiet when talking to me I had not even gotten onto the table when she entered. As far as prep service, she just said to take off my bottoms and said something about wipes pointing to them. So once again, do not lie about what actually happened because she never left back out. Addressing me still being on the table after the service, I was actually staying on the table due to leftover wax that was still on me and thought she needed to retrieve something. Which I had to remove myself when I made it home. In regards to my comment of it being fine, it was just that, FINE. However, the person did ask me about leaving a tip and how much. That made me very uncomfortable and feeling pressured to give a tip. There should no be NO REASON at all to ask about a tip whether the card is on file or not. Your response as a business owner is disgusting and I hope you do better in advance. It is clear to me that you need some improvements and do better for your future clients.

I would not recommend this establishment . The lady who did my wax was great, no issues there and I was happy to have found her (recommended by a friend). So I re-booked for my second appointment. Got there and was told she had an emergency. Emergencies happen which I do not mind at all, however the way they handled it was so unprofessional. I wasn’t informed that she wasn't in today. I mentioned this and was told “yeah, since you are new we don’t call you, we only call people who have been coming here for years.” Make that make sense please? I found it to be a really odd “policy” as my time is just as valuable as any other paying customer. I’m sure If It had been me who had missed the appointment I would have been charged full price. The receptionist was so rude for no reason. She was very argumentative, told me she was in charge and that she didn’t have time to call everybody. My appointment was at 2pm and they open at 9am!

My most recent experience was wonderful (Ratings 5)! The aesthetician was comforting, patient, and focused on relaxation while I had full body waxing (Full legs, Brazilian, under arms, lip or brows). Waxing is scary especially Brazilian and she took great caution and care. I will keep coming to Naked Wax as long as the aesthetician is there. Loved it! 1st experience (Rating 3): The place is comfortable and my service was decent. However, I was surprised that in Full legs, toes waxing is not included. I was scheduled for Full body (Full legs, Full Brazilian, underarms and with an option of either lips or brows) + Full arms. Since I wanted to get my toes waxed (ideally other places include that as a part of full legs) they refused to do lip or brows. The ladies in front desk also confirmed that full legs DO NOT include FOOT/TOES. I was little surprised at that! 🤭😄 Otherwise place is relaxing, accommodating if you are running late by 5-10 minutes and have informed them ahead of time, and friendly staff.

Very unprofessional. I called to book an appointment because the online portal was down and whoever was assisting me lied & said my appointment was confirmed. I never received any confirmation & when I called on the day of my appointment the receptionist said they couldn't find my appointment & was booked up for the day. I’m extremely disappointed because I was looking forward to supporting their business. 0/10

i just wanted to come here and braggggggg about my waxtician chris 😍😍 she was amazing . and when i say nooooooo hair was left for my brazilian 😩😩😩😩😩 hunty !!!! smooth like a babies bottom . by far the best place to step your foot in . they use two different waxes to help get stubborn hairs they cant see , plus they use led light for darker skin tones . have a lot of special services you can get as well . i didnt want to leave her . when i say you will love the experience , whyyyy havent you booked yet . ready , set , book !

I am so happy that I found this beautiful place. As soon as I entered, I instantly felt at peace. My wax technician was welcoming and quick. I will definitely be returning.
