First time my lashes were ok. Second time my lashes all fell off in 3 days… I have been getting lashes for years. So I know what good lashes are. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend.

If you’re looking for a nice and affordable lashes that last for a month. I highly recommend Nami Beauty. I’ve been coming here for 4 months now. Nami made sure I am happy and satisfied with my lashes 💕 I’m 100% satisfied. It’s been 10 days and my lashes are still full.

Extremely Unprofessional. I wanted to book an appointment online for the end of August and tried to do it by the end of July and didn’t find any single time slot or opening for August at all. I decided to call Manhattan location to confirm, that August is off for bookings. Instead I was informed that they open the bookings 20 days in advance. I waited 2 weeks, went online and tried to book an appointment again and there is no availability again. I called and a male receptionist told me that they are doing renovation of the space and there will be no more lash services at this location. Only beauty school. Everything is going to be at Queens location from now on. I asked why nobody informed me before and I just waited for nothing? It’s a waste of my time and I could secure a spot for myself elsewhere! Before I even finished talking, the receptionist hang up on me! What an unprofessional behavior. Very disrespectful and rude.

The worst service ever. The day before my appointment I got a call from the receptionist. They had double booked me and someone else. The other person was receiving a more valuable service, and I was asked if I could reschedule. Unfortunately, I couldn’t. I kindly asked them to secure my spot as I was leaving town. Here comes the fun part. On the day of the appointment, I received a text message saying that the Nami Beauty Salon had BURNED DOWN! I was like, huh? But I guess miracles happen all the time. My friend received her lash extensions the following day after the place supposedly burned down for me. Why didn’t they just cancel? Why come up with so much drama? Lol.

Adriana is the best (and my only) lash tech. Besides doing great work with my lashes, she also provides the best conversation and the best company. I. One all the way from Albany to have my lashes done by Adriana because I refuse to go to another person. I love her!!!

So the first time i went she didn’t do what i asked for and one eye was less lashes than the other. I talked to them on instagram. They told me to come back for a fix i showed them a picture to do the same thing and she did something completely different and she was hurting me during the process and didn’t even apologize and i asked her for a fan cause my eyes were burning and she gave me a fan that is not charged and when i told her she ignored me she was so rude, the owner decided to fix it and it looked good but my lashes kept falling a lot the next day i dmed them on instagram about it still no answer.. so unprofessional

I set up a early appointment with Adriana , I showed up ON TIME and no one was here, I waited over 2 hours for someone to show up at the store, called numerous times and no one picked up. Don’t come here unless you want to waste your time.

This is what I called luxury at its finest. The aesthetic is giving! This is my first time here and I booked with Elizabeth. She was sweet, gentle and took her time to make sure every lash is done perfectly. I met Nami and her husband today and it was such a pleasure! Definitely coming back :)

Clean, pretty and relaxing, Nami is the perfect place to pamper yourself. Liza is a perfectionist and her touch is so gentle, I always get a nap during my sessions. I highly recommend!

I was really hoping this would be my go-to lash spot but after my last experience I won’t be returning. For context, I’m fairly new to getting lash extensions - both times I’ve had them done were at Nami Beauty. The first time was incredible - 100% painless and my classic set was done in an hour! Araceli did my lashes but she’s usually at the Forest Hills location which would be a very long commute for me. The second time, however, was with Mimi who is very nice but her technique, I recently learned, isn’t the safest. While she was applying the lashes, I noticed that each one felt uncomfortable which was jarring considering the first time I got them done, I barely felt it. After talking to the friend who originally suggested Nami Beauty to me, I learned that lash extensions shouldn’t be adhered to the water line (where my natural lashes grow) which is where they were put as opposed to my first time which were placed above my natural lashes. Not only did this set shed abnormally fast, but my eyelash line was tender to the touch for weeks. Thankfully no visible swelling or infection but I won’t be coming here again since I want to be able to trust the "any staff" option at beauty/hair/etc salons.

I went in cause my friend recommended her lash tech. I had booked my appointment and specifically choose a lash tech (friend’s recommendation), however when I arrived they gave me another lash tech without an explanation of the changes. All in all I had an amazing experience. She did an amazing job and her attention to detail is top notch. Thank you Lisa!!!!! I will be returning.

I’ve been here twice so far and I love everything, from the service to the cleanliness and professionalism. I get my lashes done by Adriana and she made me feel comfortable and confident, though it was my first time getting my lashes done. My lashes last 3-4 weeks, very happy with them.

I absolutely love love love this place. Right off the bat, the place is stunning and very clean. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had a gel manicure and I cannot stress enough how this is legit the best place I’ve ever gone to for a manicure. Melika is super talented and precise in her work. She’s a perfectionist! Love her and will be going back as this is now my new go to salon. She literally does each nail with great attention to detail and my nails look amazing. Extremely happy with this place. Definitely make an appointment and go see for yourself! Ask for Melika!!

I always come here to get my lashes done and they last for 3-4 weeks and longer depending on who does them. Julie just did mine yesterday with a cat eye look using 8/14 inches and they look fabulous. And guess what I have a mani/ pedi done at the same dang time. For us busy New Yorkers this is the place to be. You save money and time but getting derives done all at once and at the same location! I highly recommend.

I was at Nami’s a few days ago and loved everything about that place. The salon is very clean, stylish, everyone’s super nice and welcoming. Julia is very professional. She did exactly what I needed and I’m very satisfied with my lashes, they look fab. The quality is amazing.

This was my first time getting lash extensions. As soon as you get out of the elevator they greet you kindly. I asked for volume and cat eye and I got flawlessness! Lisa took good care of me and I fell asleep twice during the service. The spa itself is very clean, organized, has bright natural light, and is oh so calm with mood music playing in the background. I loved my time there and I can’t wait to come back and get a new set.
