Nanci is an amazing stylist, I would venture to say, the best stylist I have ever encountered. NO ONE can do a perm the way she does!!! We have moved out of state 2 years ago, I had to fly back just for a hair appointment so I could get a decent Perm. The 2 things I miss are Nanci and HEB.

Everyone gets in a situation where you have a last minute issue which I did. I tried to get it resolved, but I had to take care of something and thought I would not make my appointment I canceled as soon as I knew. When I called and ask about why I was being charge, she gave me it was less then 24 hours. This was the first time I had to do this. I called back after I resolved most of the work issue, and figure I would work at home. Only to find out that she gave my time spot, so she filled it. Even though she filled she still charge me. I dont appreciate when an emergency comes up that you dont have a way to reschedule. If I do this often then cancel me as a client. I will NOT use her again (she was no super star), she did an average job on my wavy hair. I will not use anyone who uses STYLE SEAT either as they automatically charge. Company is the convenience of the hair stylist.

I have been going to Nanci for over 6 years now. I wouldn't go to anyone else!! She does a color and cut on my hair every 6 to 8 weeks. She is very good at what she does! Her prices are also great. I HIGHLY recommend her.

I purchased one of Nancy's Groupons last year and have been a client ever since. She does a thorough consultation before each appointment to make certain the look I want is achieved. She's very reasonably priced for her skill level and the conversation is always pleasant!

Not satisfied at all. I got highlights that dont even show and uneven haircut. waste of time and money. never going back.

The real deal. Doesn't try to smooth talk or sell you anything, and really listens to desires and particulars. My hair is thick and wavy/curly-ish, and has proven problematic for past hairstylists, but seemed easy for Nanci. Decent prices for women's cuts too. I'll be returning! :-)
