I do not recommend this salon for ladies with interlocs. I came to this location on two separate occasions because I live downtown, and both times, I was disappointed with my service. 1st time, I booked an interloc and style and was talked into a palm roll and style by the owner or face of the place. She rushed the style and was yanking my hair. Wasn't using a comb to part my grid and was rough. The style was cute but didn't last. 2nd time, I had Bree. She did a half ass retie job on the front rows and styled my hair in a beyond basic hairstyle. I went on the 3rd of December, went to the Bahamas for 5 days, took the style down to wash it, and my hair was so puffy because she did not really retie my hair. I had to go to another stylist on the 11th who said this how you get holes in locs and basically had to retie my whole head. I also lost a loc. Idk what they are on, but healthy locs are not the focus here. I called several times and did not get an answer. At this point I don't want to reconcile just warn others of my experiences. I really wanted to like them as they are urban and close to me. Proceed with Caution ⚠️

I got recommended from a coworker I booked online for my micro locs. I arrived and was so pleasantly surprised by the look and aesthetic! The vibe was def vibing. My loctitian was Khamm she was nice and professional. Unfortunately she told me that they didn't actually offer the service that I needed fory hair but she was thinking of ideas to get me together She did AMAZING fixing the issues with my hair, staying over the time allowed for the service that was originally booked to do so, aaaand she even WASHED MY HAIR! all you ladies know how rare that is. Def recommend def will be back!

The person who did my starter locs(bre) did not do them the size I asked for. She wasn’t even the person I booked with to begin with.. some of my parts were small some medium..

My 1st visit and the young lady who helped get my hair looking good was awesome. Smart and seemed like she loved her job. The facility was clean fresh, and the vibe was black love. I can tell that the community loves their services. They have a new customer, and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

The stylists here are SOOO unprofessional, unorganized, and rude. Most of them BARELY speak to you. To give you an idea: I asked the “owner”, Fulani, the best way to make an appointment with her (she always seemed to be late) and she seriously told me she checks to see when her 1st appt is and “goes from there”. I’M SERIOUS. I was so taken aback at the fact that she thought that was an acceptable answer lol. She does loc styles fast, but they come undone sometimes. The stylists are so busy trying to look cute & have these “cool-kid” attitudes that they forgot they are actually running a business! The last time I went, I walked out before even being seen. Just a MESSS.

Wonder stylist! My son will not get his hair, washed, re-twist and styled at any other salon! And believe me, that's a great compliment! I really appreciate them all!
